Fantastic hotel! One of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in.. pricey because its so close to LAX but if you can afford it this hotel is worth it

This is the second time we have our holiday party at the Hotel! The location is easy to get to and the parking is very close. The staff was amazing, food was great! Hope we have it there again next year!

Typical US airport hotel, very nice room, common areas a bit worn though. Good buffet breakfast but at $28 a bit pricy. Nearly the closest hotel to the terminal.

Water comes with one free of charge. There is a free shuttle. Close to the airport and car rental shop. It was good as a business hotel.

Ladies having fun st Roland Wirt's Annual Christmas in July party (White Party eith a splash of color). Beautiful location and atmosphere. Secured. Nice food and cocktails on bar area. Pool area clean with additional bar and food. Awesome memories.

The airline cancelled our flight so we got a free accodomation there and we are very thankful for it. The tourism table however, very unsatisfied , as we told them we're on limited time and we want to see Hollywood and Beverly Hills during the day. The tour guide came late, didnt follow the outline on the brochure that were given to us, wasted two hrs in Los Angeles poor areas with homeless people on the streets. By the time we got to Hollywood it was night, you couldn't see the sign and we only had short amount of time to walk there. Beverly Hills was closed as well, all their stores were closed. Such a waste of $140 dollars USD we paid for two of us. And it's shady cuz they wanted cash only!

I loved the hotel, it provided me so much despite i was only here for 2 overnight stays, i especialy loved the fact that they provided a gym for us.

Checked out from LAX Sheraton approximately 20 minutes ago. I just wanted to take a moment to thank hotel representative Llendy B. for his friendly assistance. He was very helpful in making sure I received my shower chair after not getting it the 1st night. He was also helpful when I needed to extend my stay. Thanks again Llendy B.!

Beautiful hotel. Bed felt like sleeping on rocks. Hamburger was awesome.

Just has a drink, it was $5 for a club soda plus tip.

Always one of my top five places to stay when traveling to Los Angeles! Service is great in every area of the hotel, rooms are really spacious and comfortable and the sheets are cozy.

The location is quite convenient right next to LAX. The rooms are clean and the beds are extremely comfortable feels like you're sleeping on a cloud. And the staff is very kind & respectful.

Excellent Hotel a stone's throw from the airport with a super swimming pool and a bar (Brasserie) where the vegetarian and vegan offer is nothing short of exquisite.

Hotel is beautiful. Customer care is a 10 out of 10. Staff is very professional and kind.

Nice to get away. Beautiful restaurant and bar with excellent food. Pool and jacuzzi equipped with poolside cabanas. Awesome gift store and a Starbucks in lobby

Great service. I arrived late from lax and was taken care of the entire time. Our group had a mix up with breakfast and they quickly accommodated us. The room was quiet and clean. The fish tacos were excellent at the bar.

Decent rooms, food at restaurants could be better. Very quick to the airport

This hotel has potential to be so much better.

1) they charge a ridiculous amount for valet parking. Not great for residents with cars in a city where you need a car.

2) despite the fancy looking reception and reasonably high level service from front desk the hotel corridors (5th floor) smell funky and are crying out for a new carpet.

Although the rooms are a good size and there is a decent fridge and a TV which is just far too big. There are other issues.

3) The curtains don t close properly in the centre and either side and this lets daylight in, not great if you re jet lagged.

4) there is no kettle in the room, just a coffee maker which isn t great if you want tea. Although Starbucks in reception were great at providing hot water. Inconvenienced yet.

5) the only mirror in the room is situated behind the bathroom door and in the smallest space of the entire room. Not great.

6) the pool is nice, the sun beds are a little old and there is loose gravel on the surface of the pool area which isn t nice if you re bare footed. There are a couple of big annoying trees blocking parts of the lounge area.

Positives are, good gym, decent equipment and open 24/7. Nice enough staff. good location to airport but with annoying parking cost and outdated parts of the hotel I d stay elsewhere next time.

Very expense parking lot, more when a guest or somebody is a event ( ticket expense).

As we pulled up to the hotel, we thought, perhaps, we were at the wrong place! This hotel is huge! It just sparkles from the minute you walk in the door.

Nice hotel with big room (at least to a European) and friendly staff.

Very friendly staff. Shuttle to/from the airport was very convenient and easy to catch.

The room was freezing cold, no heating just cooling.Bedding is polyester, makes you sweat and uncomfortable.There was no pen in the room.

Attended a workshop in one of their seminar rooms. Very comfortable chairs and excellent workspaces. Water was provided along with pens and notepads. Speaker could be heard well via their sound system. Parking is expensive, however, and cannot be validated even if eating in their restaurant. Wifi was also unavailable and would have been useful.

Hotel is ok looks nice big rooms, no free WiFi no free parking you have to park across the street and is still 18$ with no in out privileges or valet for 46$ a night, the Hilton down the street is only 15 to park or 20$ valet.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel! I really loved the full-length windows and enclosed balcony. Breakfast was good and the staff very friendly, especially the lady at reception was very helpful. I am very proud to recommend your Hotel to all of my friends and family here in our place! Thank you so much for your kindness!

Great location, easy access to Venice Beach. Hotel facilities a little aged. Club lounge below average.

Nice rooms, good bar, but parking across the street sucks.

Unlike other sheratons this is renovated so better looking rooms and amenities. Also carpet is lighter color unlike dark ones that most hotel use to hide the wear!
Parking is bit on higher side and only valet!

Large hotel very close to LAX. Big, comfortable rooms. Huge reception area. Expect there to be events on in the hotel every day. On-site Starbucks. Staff very helpful and courteous. Only disappointment was the $26 'grand buffet' breakfast which lacking in choice and quality at that price.

I visited a relative who stayed there. The staff from my perspective were professional and courteous.

Amazing chocolate peanut butter Jameson shot. Supper for me though, too thick and tasty to shoot. And the Balboa grilled cheese (with bacon tomato and avo), hit the spot. Love dippin it in the bisque.

Absolutely love this hotel. The food is delicious! And the room are very nice...

1. Was not told that internet would be a separate fee.
2. They did not give me a receipt for my stay. Then, even after I called to get a receipt they sent me the wrong one.

Renovated rooms are nice. Surprisingly quiet despite being close to airport. Very busy with lots of travelers but again, not as noisy as I feared. Can't comment on value because someone else paid.

Staff at the valet parking is not so friendly. Fast service at the front desk. Room is clean but I am so dissapointed when my reservations says I have free WiFi but when I tried to connect it says I have to pay! No way! I wouldn't choose this hotel if their internet is not free. So I ask the staff at the front desk and he gave me free WiFi for the rest of my stay but only for 1 device!

Nice hotel! Stay in the 15th floor it's very quiet + there's a club lounge.

Rooms are beautiful! Only thing is that there is only valet parking and they don't validate over night parking for guests.

The worst ,elevator doesn't work staff very rod .the bed is over used I woke up with the worst back pain

It's just clean and nice, with a great gym and pool.

We were unfortunately 2 hours in the Los Angeles traffic jam and have missed our flight. The hotel has saved us the evening and delivered us with the great service (including shuttle) a perfect all-round service. We love the USA beds and have really recovered before the next flight.

The location was by LAX so traffic was expected. The venue was well maintained and the staff was very helpful.

Great service and front desk really friendly and chatty.

As soon as we got there we noticed that there were dirty towels in our bathroom. One of the towels under the sink it was so crusty we knew it had been there a while. They offered to upgrade our room but during this pandemic you don t have room for error. We just try to get out for the day and enjoy ourselves in a room. Next time I ll just stay home Because if they re not going to clean exceptionally well then I might as well stay in my own home.

I reserved a room for my son as it s his first time visiting this city. He waited for almost 2 hours to obtain good room key! The room was paid for and we provided the night manager, Carmen all the information she requested. My son finally gets to the room to find it was not ready! A mattress from one bed was stacked onto another bed, used condoms and condom wrappers on the floor!! My son checked out and went elsewhere. I am highly disappointed in the service and the condition of the room they expected my son to stay in!! I hope to receive a full refund back on my card within 24 hours!! I will also be taking this above the night manager s supervisor!!

Very convenient location near airport, shopping mall is only 10 minutes away, room was very comfortable and friendly staff

Nice bathroom which counts for a lot. Delivery by robot, cool. Quiet considering beside airport. Fridge and coffee maker in my room.
