We have had a home warranty with service one for almost 4 years. Super disappointed with recent encounters that we have had. Just had a customer care representative cut our phone call short and ended the conversation because of my dissatisfaction with how they are handling a situation even thought she said she understood my frustration. What I was asking was not unreasonable. We would like to continue using this company because not ALL encounters have been bad but one poor experience can always unfortunately leave a bad taste in anyone s mouth.
