Alan Donaldson was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. After he inspected our system he took the time to program our thermostat and teach us how to operate the system. It's nice to have an honest and trustworthy technician to work with.

We are so upset with the quality of service. We were going with Service One for our home warranty, and when they discluded a couple of items from our warranty, we were certainly not offended. We sought out repair options so they would be covered. However, when their service tech performed a service that caused our AC to stop working, they advised me that I MUST be wrong and their service tech COULDNT have done anything wrong. They refused us any sort of service including a potential repair. Ridiculously terrible customer service for our FIRST experience with them. First impressions are the lasting ones.

My dryer wasn't working, I called ServiceOne for service, they said to expect someone in the afternoon. Not only did Tyrell D. come a little sooner (I think he got here around 11:45), he was so nice, patient, and most importantly efficient.
He kindly answered all of my questions (and I know there were many), he listened as I explained what the problem was, I'm sure he figured it out before I even finished telling him. He knew exactly what to do, and luckily, had the part in his truck. I think he was here maybe 30 minutes total.
Over all, it was an excellent experience.

I never had service one but they keep sending me bills and calling me saying I owe them for services for dates before I even purchased my house. No matter how many times I told them they say it's my house now and Iam responsible. I have always went with a different home warranty company and always will.

Service One' Larry M has done a fantastic job for our furnace. Was punctual, curtious and very respectful. Despite the snow and slush outside, he made sure to wipe his feet every time he came in, cleaned up after he finished working and did it all with a smile. Even though he needed parts and could have just come in the next day, he called to request the pieces and came back within a couple of hours and resolved the problem.
Tony was very helpful with informing me of how to change my own filters and provided advice for me to keep my newer HVAC system in top condition. Tony also readily cleaned certain internal components while he was at my home for the service call. At this time, the furnace and humidifier filters have been replaced with new. New filters coupled with the quick component cleaning by Tony has resulted with my system working perfectly.
Being that my HVAC system is less than five years old, I would like to keep it properly maintained with the intent of fewer issues and extending longevity. However, it was reassuring to know that Service One fulfilled their end of the warranty when I was having home related difficulties. I intend to indefinitely continue my home warranty with Service One.
Furnace quit working on a very cold day. Service technician came out that evening and found part needed for repair. 8 o'clock before he was finished so a very long day for him. Temperature was down to 56 degrees so was appreciative for his help.

Service one is the best! You'd be stupid to be a homeowner and not have service one. We have had them for four years now and have used them several times. We have never had anything but great experiences with them. The employees are all so polite, professional, knowledgeable and quick at getting the job done. Tyrell D came a few days ago to fix our dryer and had figured out the problem, took the machine apart, fixed it and put it back together in like 20 minutes. Today, he came back to fix one more thing on it that he didn't have the parts for the other day, and it was apart, fixed and put together in the amount of time it took me to change a diaper he's awesome and so is service one!

I have been extremely pleased with the quality and professionalism of every Service One technician that has been out to my house. Most recently, Alan was here to do the winter servicing of my heating system. He left me with a very favorable impression of both himself and Service One.
The repair guy was very efficient and did I good job , having to wait one week for somebody to come out and having an 8 hour window for them to show up on that day is unexceptable and won't be forgotten when it comes to renewing my contract with Service One ...
My bathtub was backed up. We had another guy come out he couldn t fix it and then we called Chris from service one and he got the job done.. I would recommend Chris for any plumbing issues
After 10 months of paying our monthly fee for the warranty service we finally needed to use it. Our air-conditioner wouldn't start. We were told the soonest they could schedule us was 5 days out. Then they ended up cancelling that appointment due to rain. Luckily we found another company " Ideal Heating and Air" that was able to show up the same day we called. It ended up being a simple switch on the unit that flipped due to a power surge. I'm not sure why we are paying $25 a month to not get priority service calls. We switched companies. We were still obligated to fulfill our 1 year contract with Service One even though we got zero value from our warranty service that we paid over $300 in to.

Called on a holiday weekend and followed up following business day to inquire about my appointment time. Didn't even have my name on the list! The reason for my call was to already cancel as another service company was at the property and fixing the issue less than 2 hours after calling. My AC unit went out over a 100+ degree holiday weekend so yes the call volume was high, but another company stepped up! First experience since the unit was installed with Service One, but this will certainly be the last.
Tyrell showed up as scheduled, called ahead and showed up at the time he said he would arrive. He was courteous and was able to diagnose and fix the problem with our dryer in short order. He had the parts right in his truck and installed them without any issues. He explained the issues and fix to me, as well as discussing some of our other appliances in the house. He was very knowledgeable and I would be glad to have him back on any future appliance repairs.
Larry came by today to do a service check on my furnace. He showed up in his mask and he was professional and friendly. I really appreciated his excellent customer service and professional attitude.

Alan originally came to service our heater for the year. While doing the service he found a leak on a drain pipe for the heater. A high efficiency heater will cause condensation withing the unit and the drain had a slight leak. Alan ordered the part and put the new one on but the design was a little different from the original and it caused a vibration and he had to make a return trip to replace it again. He was always courteous and respectful. I highly recommend him to service you HVAC system.

We have a "home warranty" with this company. 6 days and they still have not come to my home for service. It's hot (88 degrees in the house) and what did i pay for ...NOTHING! I could have had someone come sooner for the same cost of $75. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!. I'm not expecting much when they do come to my home. My warranty expires soon so I am assuming this is a way not to do anything for me! I have one Star as they do answer the phone and the lady says," Sorry, I know how you feel". REALLY, because my kids are staying in a hotel, my husband and I took vacation time off work for an appointment that was canceled.

This is the second time Tyrell has been our service rep. He is fantastic! Prompt and professional, he was also very patient with my questions and very knowledgeable. We have had Service one for years and have always been pleased. The people they hire are top shelf!
Our clothes dryer has been acting up so we called Service One to come check it out. The tech's name was Tyrell and I wanted to let somebody know that he was very professional and knowledgeable since he knew what the issue was immediately. He quickly made the repairs and got us back to using the dryer in no time at all.

Chris was very helpful and went far and above what I expected. Before he left I had another problem with my refrigerator, it had to do with the ice maker. He checked that problem also. He moved everything back that he had taken out. Everything was clean and put back the way he found it. He also went over with me that make sure we call and have our furnace looked at soon, before it is cold out side and, make sure everything Is working properly.
