Terrible company. You pay for a product and it always takes two weeks for them to deliver on it. The fees are not worth it. I usually wind up calling Omaha appliance repair who always gets to my house within 1-2 days. I've asked service one multiple times how to cancel my contract and what the fee is and they refuse to get back with me and just keep charging me month to month.
