We appreciated the timely response of Service One to schedule the Maintenance of our AC Unit. Tony D contacted me early morning and was very considerate to allow me a few minutes to prepare --confining dogs.....Tony D was very pleasant and friendly. He did his thorough job without intrusion into my tasks. He went to the trouble of taking a photo of our unit full of Cotton from the neighboring trees and then how it looked after his cleaning it. He left a record of the inspection to verify what had been done. We appreciated very much his quality work and cordial demeanor.
