My heat was not working last week and it was found that a coil needed to be cleaned. They told me they would have someone call me to set up a date and time and I never heard back from them for a week. When they did come to clean the coil around lunch time about a week later, by the time I got home that evening the heat and thermostat were no longer working. When I called the company to have someone come back out and informed them it would have to be after 6:45pm due to me having a prior appointment Rita stated she couldn t guarantee that even though it clearly was an error in their technicians part. When I asked to speak to her manager she refused to give me her name or information and stated her manager was not in. She placed me on hold and finally came back stating they would accommodate me and be out after 6:45pm. When I told her I still wanted her managers number and name I was then told she was in actually in the office. It has been a horrible experience with no follow-up and horrible customer service!!!!
