I called Service One as my Air Conditioner was blowing hot air. When the service tech came he looked at my Nest thermostat and said it could be your thermostat. He told me that the wire were fried by my thermostat. Now they replaced the relay the last time they came and the wires were burnt from the relay. He again says it is my thermostat. I told him that i have had two other tech come out and say its not the thermostat. So your telling me that your other tech were fing lying to me and went off on my. Saying that he is leaving. That he does not like that lang i apologize . But he start giving me attitude because I know that it is not the thermostat. So i tell him to take a 5 min breather and he grabs his stuff and leaves. Never fixes the burnt wires. I had another company come out and replay the relay and fix the wires and told me exactly what it was and its not the thermostat. This is tge first time i have ever had an issue with a service tech and i was told he the the lead. He needs to learn not to give attitude to his customers. I hope he learns from this. I also have to say get other quotes for furnace and air conditioner because they way over charge.
