Very kind, reliable, fast at calling back (if and when) you are sent to voicemail. Definitely is clear at what needs to be received from customer and what it is they are asking for. Honestly the best for someone who is working alone.. Good job Casey.

If I could give this bank a zero I would. Absolutely horrible customer service. And when they mess up and take too much money from you it takes them four to six weeks to fix it. They sure don't mind taking your money but when they mess up they take their time fixing it.

Well when you have automatic payments set up and they CONSISTENTLY screw you over and because of their screw up, they put loan into collections after 3 days. WORST COMPANY EVER AND SHOULDN'T EVEN BE IN BUSINESS! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! They are reckless

How long you think a refund should take? 4 to 6 weeks? It s unfair, they hold on my money. I have an account financing a Toyota Corolla 2018 which I trade. Dealership paid them all the balance of the account. Even though knowing that they collected all the balance paid by the dealership on the 27 of June. They went to charge me another payment which they took on July 1st. Now expecting my refund to be expedited since they made a mistake. They want to hold on my money for 4 to 6 weeks. In this 21st century, banks do refunds with thin 5 business days. Even though being an good customer, and paying every month with autopay. They don t care about the customer, otherwise they would understand me as give my refund in reasonable time manner. They care about the money as my understanding. Not the customer, I guess I m not the only here since the rating says it all.

You will be surprise how many I have called to speak with a manager and a senior manager who apparently are disappeared or vanished trying to avoid the customer. You will be surprise how many time the customer service representative told and said to me that he submitted an order for a call back which never happened until the day of today and will
Not happen the dat after. Basically, this company is the champion of the worst companies and even that you may loose being the worst. Which is untrue.

If I could leave negative 5 stars I would I would not do business with them ever again I guarantee that all the positive reviews are fake they take advantage of people in the military please what ever you do don t finance anything from them. You could honestly finance something from them for a 10% interest rate then the next day it will somehow be 12%. Take everyone s advice and STAY AWAY

Accessing your account online is impossible if you forget a password. Customer service is terrible if you even get the opporutnity to speak with an actual rep. If you are military DO NOT go through them with their ridiculous interest rates.

Garbage, while deployed the guy watching my vehicle totaled it, I had no control over anything couldn't talk on the phone, I get back and find out my car was repossessed. I never missed a payment on it and I'm still making the monthly payment. I got completely screwed over. Customer service is terrible nobody ever answers and when they do they transfer me to another person who doesn't answer. Never again.

They did screw me pretty hard with the interest rate theirs no doubt about that but I literally had no option because I had my identity stolen twice and my credit score was horrendous. I had it setup on as an allotment from my pay back when you could do that still and I haven't had any issues yet this month coming up will be my first time paying as a civilian got my loan in August 2013 so I hope I don't have any of the issues some of these other people had.

I financed a motorcycle through them, I set my payments up to be split each paycheck which was every two weeks since I am military, I made the payments on time and one morning get a call saying I was two payments behind and my bike was getting repossessed and they took my motorcycle and when they were finally open after the weekend they said " I'm sorry our computer system wasn't updated with your payments" so I somehow had to pay almost $1800 for two supposed late payments when my payments are only $363 a month, then another $500 to get my bike from the auction yard so an error on their behalf. Then after paying that absurd amount and my account being up to date again, a few weeks later this company said I was now over $700 behind in late charges and still missed my monthly payment........then when I spoke to a supervisor I was told that the computer only showed I owed $423, none of this made sense to me at all and now I currently show I'm behind one months payment which is only $363 but I still owe another $918 total including late fees somehow, literally the most unprofessional and uncoordinated business I've ever dealt with and that's aside from their rude staff.

Literally just bought and new car (before my car payment was due) and got a called the day after my due date from a lady saying that I'm responsible for the payments until the dealership pays off my car. Then she proceeds to tell me that my loan will go into further default if I didn't make the payment. Look just do yourself a favor and dont go through this company

ABSOLUTELY terrible customer service. They are completely screwing over my roommate. 2 months ago they took out an EXTRA 500.00 and then this month $1300! They refused to refund the $500 and now that he asked about the 1300... they need a "written statement" or they wont work with him.. WHAT IN THE WORLD?! It is NOT that hard to refund money especially if someone is being over charged. TERRIBLE company.

They called me trying to tell me I was past due and that my due date was on June 9th. My payment dates are on the 1st and 15tht of the month. They tried telling me that the payment on the first wasn't good (Although it was taken out of my checking account.) now they want me to pay that again as well, what he heck. Do yourselves a favor and go with USAA, that's what I should've done. I'm switching from this company ASAP!

Don't do business with this company. As a veteran of the military, this company had the audacity to take my car the first week, of the third month i missed a payment. I paid over 14,000 on a 2009 nissan sentra that was 18,300. They came and hooked it up to a truck and took it. I was going through a crisis, while struggling with PTSD, Major depressive disorder, anxiety along with substance abuse problems. I COULD NOT JEEP A JOB AS HARD AS I TRIED. Sadly, they took it before tax season, which i then couldve gave them 4,000 to pay it off. Such heartless people...

My wife has a loan through then. This company is the worst I've ever seen! When you try and contact them for questions, nobody seems to know. They took money out our account without permission, and they reluctant to change errors that has been on their part.

What makes matters worse is they target military families! Please, Please don't miss a payment! the worst Customer service ever!!!! wish I could get ride of this bike, but I'll be paying it off soon so we don't have to deal with this company.

I have yet to have a bad experience with this company as so many of these other reviews have been posting. Most you can read and know first hand that the customer made a few mistakes and expected the lean holder to be held responsible.

Business people BEWARE!!I am an A+ rated business through the BBB and this is the treatment I received.Professionalism? HARDLY. If they were drowning I wouldn't throw them an alligator to make their deaths swifter.They owed me a title or $4400.00 but rather than do the right thing I was told I would have to file a mechanic's lien against the car even though they have the title as they own the car's lien.

I attempted to pay off my vehicle following the instructions given to me by a customer service representative. I even went as far as to call another customer service representative in order to confirm the address and gain an understanding of the process. Upon confirming that my check had been delivered to the appropriate address, I waited three days for an update on my account. Nothing was updated, and upon contacting SNAAC, I was informed that they didn't receive payment, even though USPS confirmed delivery. The complete lack of organization, lack of concern for the customer, and targeting of uniformed service members with low-no credit are why I will never be returning to this company for financing upon paying them off.

Horrible horrible customer service, I m in the military and I tried buying my first car at 18 I understood I didn t have credit and I m need of a car I git a car loan off them. Now to lower my interests rate they never get back to me I try paying my car off but they keep charging me once I made th payment. On top of that I attempted to call customer service it s like none understands what I m saying and they put me on hold when I just have a simple question to ask. Never get a car loan of these people they are not military friendly and will take advantage of anyone in need

Not that it s my place to advise such a thing, just I feel like it would boost morale and- yanno- make the workers happy and what-not. Haha. I've had my car with this company over a year now and they have worked with me the whole time. The first couple months were ify but they helped me to keep from breaking my wallet. Keep an eye to make sure your transactions went threw, if not then call and see what happened. Can't blame the company cause y'all don't pay attention to your money.

Never use these people, they will screw you over. I was in the military and when i got out i had no job so i started school. i told them i would work with them when i finished school and got a stable job. They were agreeable. That was a year or so ago, then they called a few months ago and i told them the same thing. i just finished my degree and don't have a job yet, but apparently the recurring payments that were supposed to be stopped over a year ago never were because even though i requested them to be, it hat to be sent to them in writing, which they never told me. So a payment went through yesterday, i called and they had it on record that i had spoken to them a few times and that i was trying to work out my situation, however they refused to cancel that charge, despite it being the only money i had to eat the rest of this month. They didn't care. They strait up told me that they had the ability to cancel it but that they wouldn't. Their reasoning being that i still owed them, even though i had been speaking to them and keeping them updated of my situation. They will screw you over. DO NOT USE THESE CRIMINALS.

So my new born died, my wife was let go from her job it caused me to fall behind on my payments, however I made payment arrangements, to try and keep my car, unfortunately trying to cover all bills by myself was more than I thought. I am currently behind 56 days, I setup a pay arrangement for the 28th, apparently that is 4 days too late as my account will be sent for repossession on the 24th! I have begged and pleaded with them to allow me 4 more days till the 28th of this month to make that payment and they refuse. I was optimistic when I first started working with them, but now I would not recommend anyone working with them, I am trying to refinance my car to get away.....

This company needs 0 stars. I wish I would have never financed through them. I hate talking to them and wish they would just go away all together. Me and my husband had terrible credit and this seemed to be the only place we could get approved for anything. I got in a bad wreck and our car was totaled and we were in need of something ASAP and we got to drive off the lot with a $500 down payment. Boy did they trick us. So after about a year the car ended up being too much for us we couldn t afford it anymore. And with the interest rates it was well over $30,000 and it wasn t even that great of a car for that price. We made our payments on time every month and eventually voluntarily surrender it. So they sold the car never sent us a notice of them selling it so we knew nothing. We attempted to set up a plan with them of something we COULD afford to pay our deficiency on the car. Well we were told to set up a plan we had to put a down payment on the plan and then the payments couldn t be any lower than the actual car payment. Me and my husband explained that s why we surrendered it in the first place because we couldn t afford it. At least we re trying to pay them something towards it and they won t even accept it. So now we re being sued for the whole deficiency at once and I wish me and my husband would have been smarter and weren t so quick to jump the gun with this crooked company. Such crooks.

I've been with this company for a few years and ha...

I've been with this company for a few years and had no issues until recently. My payments are set up to come out automatically each month. Well, last month I received a text reminding me that my payment would be due in 3 days. The text included the option to "text yes" (or something like that) to process my payment now. I opted to do so since the process takes about a week to pull normally and I wanted to expedite. A few days later I go to the ATM to pull money to take my kids school shopping only to learn that my over $400 payment has pulled twice! They were kind enough to put it back but not before my other bills were debited. Thus, leaving me with way over $100 in fees with my bank. According to the bank, I just needed SNAAC to fax a letter saying that the 2nd payment was pulled in error. Not that they would be assuming responsibility for the fees or anything like that, but that it was simply an error. They refused. Pretty much told me that the recurring system and text message system have no connection and it was my fault for opting to process right away. Needless to say, I'm not happy.

*Update 8/15/18* I received the Merchant Error letter today! Out of nowhere! Thank you for making this right, SNAAC.

My Husband and I agreed to automatic payments that were scheduled to be withdrawn on each payday. Security National would skip payments, and then report to the credit bureau that we were making late payments. Fast forward 3 years. Our truck has now been paid off and SNAAC is refusing to update our credit reports to reflect a zero balance. Their customer service is non-existent. Needless to say; I wouldn t recommend SNAAC if they were the last auto loan company on Earth!!!

P.S. - Avoid SNAAC if you are in the Military!! SNAAC is notorious for screwing over Military families and thinking nothing of it.

SNAAC barely deserves one star. My husband and I agreed to ridiculously high payments, which we figured was due to our horrible credit at the time. After a few years of working on our credit we decided to trade in our car for something better and cheaper. My husband called SNAAC numerous times for them to stop payment, update our address to send a refund check and to get confirmation of a payoff. They took out 2 additional payments (one wasn't their fault). I called to get the $$ back and was finally able to speak to someone with a brain, Hallelujah! She informed me that it would take about 30 days to get a check in the mail bc they have to audit the account to make sure I don't owe anything else... I'm confused by this. They told us a pay off quote and that exact amount was paid. They took 2 more payments. Shouldn't I just get my money back for my 2 payments? Isn't that the purpose of a pay off quote? So now I get to wait 30 days to hopefully see my $$. I've never in my life heard of this and I have had multiple loans and credit cards from all across the United States for all different things. They may be one of the only people to approve you for a loan, but trust me it's not worth it!!!!

If I could possibly give zero stars, I would. We have a monthly payment arrangement with them and they never take it out the way they're supposed to. We agree on a certain date, they take it out, we assume it's paid so we pay the rest of our bills. They take it out again two days later, overdrawing our account. We have financed through them for almost a year and they have done this since the very beginning. It's sad that they'd screw the military like this. If it were a proven fraudulent company with a track record of fraud, they'd be in jail or fined, or both. DO NOT FINANCE WITH THIS COMPANY. My husband and I have learned our lesson. Never again.

Terrible customer support side of the business, ho...

Terrible customer support side of the business, however, thankfully USAA handled dealing with them when I refinanced my car once my credit went from the 500's to 726 to finish moving my accounts under one great bank.

As for the reviews talking about crazy car payments of X amount such as $500 a month. You agreed to that amount before you even finished signing all the papers, that's a lack of personal judgement.

Anyways, glad to be rid of this company as I transition out of the Army.

Dont get a loan with them!! Its a constant battle to do anything with them. I was on the phone daily dor a week just to get a copy of my title faxes and still 2 months later they wont send it. They always "forget" to charge u for the automatic payments you set up every month and ghen charge you extra for missing the payment. I dont even have an account any more and they tried to pull another car payment out. Thank god for usaa for refinancing for me so i never have to deal with the most incompetent employees ive ever seen. Thank you for making a car loan as miserable as possible gentleman!

DO NOT USE THEM. All they do is rip you and your family off. They are just another company that screws over our military instead of helping them. Seriously and what happens to the soldiers that get out and can no longer afford these payments they're the same as rent for instance our car payment is 515 a month plus the 5 dollar fee to pay them. It's ridiculous. For a car that isn't worth it it's a 2013 Nissan sentra . Not only are we paying way too much but we get horrible customer service along with it. Please just do yourself a huge favor and don't even think about using them save yourself your time money and sanity they're not worth the trouble.

Never use this company! No matter what. I ran into a financial issue (I was supposed to be getting paid for my schooling after leaving the Army) and got behind three payments. My car suddenly got repossessed. I had to fight tooth and nail to get extensions and deal with rude people (which did wonders for my PTSD.)

Even after I got everything finally straightened out with my money and picked up my car from the auction yard - they conveniently left the repossession on my credit report. When I pulled my credit report and saw that - I contacted them immediately. Of course, I had to leave a message and NO ONE ever called me back; however, it IS now off my credit report.

Again, DO NOT USE THEM EVER! If I could give them no stars - I would. Good luck car shopping!

I'm not the brightest, when it comes to anything financially, and thus had a rocky start, but no matter how many times I asked them to repeat and/or clarify they had no problem with it and we're very polite. I recently came into some problems and was unable to make a payment, however when I called and explained the situation, they cut straight to the point explaining what they could do and the benefits of it and it was very helpful to be able to talk to someone that was polite and knew what they were talking about.

Everyone should contact their base legal and have them blacklisted so they can't screw over anymore military members. No doubt the worst company with the worst customer service ever. The should really change the motto and they are liars and crooks. Try a credit union before signing anything with these people. Carvana is even better and their online quick and easier to deal with. I purchased from snaac in 2011 in 2013 I traded the vehicle in for a suv. After 2 months they decided to back out on the deal. Reported me as late even though I had a trade in and even gave the dealership back their check for the vehicle I had purchased. Never ever do business with these people. Took 3 months to get my title after paying off my car and ever time I asked for a receipt they woyld give me something saying they hadnt got the funds yet. Even though my bank while on a conference call confirmed to them they did. Liars liars liars!!!!!!

I go online to try and find a address to send the payoff check and I call the call center to confirm and the automated answer machine confirms the address...few days later I call to check this time I talk to a customer service representative and she tells me that isn't even the correct state where you send it to...maybe I'm doing something wrong...or maybe they should be more organized...do not recomend

Paid off everything, thought I was all done and good until I started getting calls saying I still owed on the account. They changed me interest on a zero balance account and after weeks of talking to them they finally agree it was a mistake and I'm finally going to get my paperwork so I can get rid of this piece of junk. Please people, just stay away from them, especially the military personnel like myself that they prey on.

Whatever you do, do not use these people for car loans. It s ridiculous how they take advantage of military families. After seeing the reviews, I see that I wasn t the only ones with these problems. They make it impossible to keep track of what s going on, we haven t had any access online for going on 2 years so you re so blinded. Auto payments were supposed to be set up recently but apparently the payments we re not being taken out, no calls no emails nothing but now we owe double of unnecessary fees and payment. Called two days ago to see what was going on, waited on my husband since he was supposed to be handling this, called this morning we all of a sudden owe double. Owe a repossessed fee from before when our vehicle was not even repossessed. Biggest mistake deal with this company, never again!

This company is the worst. They have screwed up our payments for months now. We are now on forbearance and had them shut off automatic payments, because it was causing problems for months, and they still took out an automatic payment...how does this happen?! Now my other obligations are all screwed. I hate these people with a passion. I hope they go out of business very soon. Can't wait to pay my damn car off and be done with them! I work for a repair shop and am currently filing a mechanics lien on a vehicle that has been abandoned at our shop for over 3 years now. I called SNAAC because they are the lienholder for the vehicle. They explained to me that they had no interest in the vehicle but they would not be releasing the lien. Before I can obtain title and sell the vehicle I have to have the lien released. I feel like it is only fair that we be able to atleast make our money back on the abandoned vehicle as these repairs were not cheap. Since you have no interest in the vehicle and dont want to pay the money that is due, release the lien so that we can. From all of your other reviews it seems that you are just a bunch of crooks that rip off military and small businesses, shame on you. Im sure you will pay no attention to this review but my hope is that I can save just one person or one small business from doing business with you at all. I am embarrassed for you people and I am sure that your mothers have raised you better than this.

Horrible customer service. I called for my brother who is currently deployed over seas because he got a delinquent email from them. He was set up for automatic payments so we were confused as to why he was delinquent. Both a representative and a supervisor admitted the employee who changed his payment date when we asked canceled automatic payments and re set them up but for the incorrect date. They wouldn't move this missed payment to the back of his loan. How are you going to punish the customer when it wasn't his fault and you even said your employee set it for the wrong month. You best believe I will be looking for a better company to buy out his loan when he gets back from deployment.

Terrible customer service. I would give them 0 stars if I could. They won't even give me information pertaining to my loan. Avoid using this company at all costs. They take advantage of military personnel. I strongly discourage anyone from getting a loan through this company.

This company is the absolute worst I've have 2 loans with them, the first time I took a loan out with them, was when I enlisted in the military. It was a failure on my part because of my lack of financial knowledge. After I paid of my first Loan I took another Loan with them for a new car thinking things would be better, it was worst. My automatic payments were never for the dates I set them up, I would call and complain and be told that it was my fault for not keeping track of it, And with automatic payments i was charged twice for the same bill numerous times, I would have to jump through hoops just to get my refund. their interest rates are horrible, the custermer service line never seems to have any accurate information for your account, or they can never seem to give you a direct answer to your question, and most of them have really thick accents that are hard to understand. I tried to get a copy of my title so I can register my car in a different state and a letter stating I have their permission to do so, after telling them word for word what the letter should say, 3 times in a row I received only a letter stating that " I can ship the car to the state I'm registering it in" which the DMV didn't accept because it didn't say "I have permission to register it". THANK GOD I finally paid off the second Loan, I would never recommend this company to anyone EVER. This company definitely needs some looking into because their current management is failing them horribly.

Do not get involved or have anything to do with this company. The details on the customer dashboard are despicably minimal. They expect you to answer their calls, but do not do the same when you call them. This company does not care about the customer. Less than one star.
