If I could give these people 0 stars I would. Absolute worst customer service I've ever had. Long story short they've double charged my bank account, also marked my account with a "missed" payment when the entire problem was on their end. Now I need to do this and do that just to recieve my money back because of their incompetent staff. Unreal.
