Horrible customer service. I called for my brother who is currently deployed over seas because he got a delinquent email from them. He was set up for automatic payments so we were confused as to why he was delinquent. Both a representative and a supervisor admitted the employee who changed his payment date when we asked canceled automatic payments and re set them up but for the incorrect date. They wouldn't move this missed payment to the back of his loan. How are you going to punish the customer when it wasn't his fault and you even said your employee set it for the wrong month. You best believe I will be looking for a better company to buy out his loan when he gets back from deployment.
