They don't even deserve one star. I've read "Make your payments and you'll be fine." Well when you have automatic payments set up and they CONSISTENTLY screw you over and because of their screw up, they put loan into collections after 3 days. WORST COMPANY EVER AND SHOULDN'T EVEN BE IN BUSINESS! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! They are reckless
