I've been employed at Aero-Hose for almost 2 years. I love working for this company and the family atmosphere it provides. My manager always keeps me update on any changes or news about Aero-Hose. Compared to my previous employer, which I worked for 17 years, Aero-Hose is a answer top notch. I see myself growing with the company and many opportunities to advance in the future.

I m proud to call myself a part of this company. The small shop mentality creates a family like atmosphere amongst coworkers. I look forward to seeing how far Aero-Hose can grow.

Started working for this company however due to a death in the family and other insinuating circumstances I was unable to continue with my employment. The staff seemed understanding with the situation however they deemed it fitting to only pay me for 8 of the 24 hours I worked without any explanation. I do not recommend employment with this company if this is how the operate.

This an amazing company to work for. This is the first job that I have enjoyed to come into every day. The environment in the shop is like no other that I have Experience. They treat everyone here like a family. I am glad to call Aero-Hose my home away from home.

I applied to this company in Jacksonville Florida and got an interview. Which from the time I walked in this guy wasn t Pleasant at all! I felt like he knew what he was looking for an it wasn t someone of color being a black man. The interview was not like any interview I had before he was like come on to the back, told me about what the company does and from there he mentioned at least 5 times they do a background check and drug test. Which was fine with Me I never done drugs a day in my life and my background so clean I m went through the process of Applying to be a police officer with no problem. But Decided against it because I have a three-year-old son. He went on and on about how deep of a background they do which the whole time I m thinking if I was a white man siting here would he feel the need to mention background and drug test so many times. I felt Racial profile only because aside from that he really didn t ask me about job History, who I am as a person or anything having to do with a real interview so needless to say I have lots of experience always been an hard working individual and I never had any

problem finding a job so it s fine but I just wanted to leave an review for anyone who may have went through this or others that may be applying in future.
