Dave and Tyler are as good as it gets. Quality all the way, and they fill in the seams too when you need a quick hand here and there. Very happy with my experience so far, and they're close to Base, which is a bonus. Thanks for all you guys do!
The only resone thay get one is because 0 was impossible. I called Southwest Suzuki as soon as it opeaned and spoke with Sturgis. I aked him about a tire cor a Vulcan 1700 he said I'll get back with you. Two hours later I went by. I spoke with Tyler. He gave me heart breaking news that Saterday was the soonest and would be 300.00. Happy to pay the price but im here from CO and Im here to ride. I shelled out the 310. I asked if he could look with me at the front. He said no doesnt need it. I agreed. Then I noticed my back tire wasnt as safe as I thought was showing cord. I went home called my friend he said im in Bernaleo call Kawasaki in Albuquerque and you can pay me back. I said thank you I said ill let Southwest put it on cince ill need a refund ill see if that will mount it and give restock fee. I called spoke with Tyler he said no you cant get ypur mony I already ordered it. I said no way thay shiped it call them tell them not to send it. Only been a hour.I said im here from out of town and im sure your vender will understand. He said YOU ARE MAKING YOjUR PROBLEM MY PROBLEM. I couldent beleve what he said. I told him I was a business owner and I would never tell a customer that. I said if you cant sympathize with me you dont deserve a bike shop.I said I will go to the court house and have you pay for my return trip in small claims. He said ill see you in court. I said look at least call your vender and see if thay shipped it. He said ill call you back.I drove back down there and he said I jave to pay shipping and restocking fee. I was looking for my receipt he didnt give me. I said you didnt give me a receit. He said then I never seen you before then. Then I said yes you did and you didnt offer a receipt so no transaction no resock or shipping he kept 50 some odd dollors and gave me around 250 back. Again no receipt. I wasnt prof he sent it back. I have 0 trust in this company
While on a cross country trip, these guys helped me out a lot when my motorcycle broke down and needed repair. I strive for honesty and experience when I have my bike worked on, and travel sometimes hundreds of miles to get it to someone I trust because I care about how my bike is handled. I was lucky to find these guys, I couldn't have asked for a better shop experience- except of course to be in for something other than repair. Thanks guys, I really appreciated your help.
Very knowledgeable mechanics with reasonable labor cost per hour. I've brought different brand ATVS to be worked on and they've always been fixed right the first time. Very friendly, informative and helpful. Highly recommend this place. I've tried every ATV dealer/mechanic shop in Alamogordo and this is by far the best place.

Lying ripoffs, took my bike to have a leak repaired. Next morning there was a huge puddle of oil under my bike. I strongly recommend you go elsewhere for repairs!!!

Bought some tires and they offered free mount and balance. Good price for the tires. Poor follow through on the mount and balance. They called and said they were ready. Showed up and only one tire was on the rim. They didn't offer to finish the other 3. Now I know where not to go I guess.

Best buying experience I've ever had, their out the door price on a premium paint scheme bike was better than a base model previous year left over "deal" from a different dealer. I tried to give the other dealer a chance, but their price never got close. Cannot say anything bad about the service/maintenance side, took the bike in for the first service, and they also sorted out my suspension without me saying anything...great overall experience so far...definitely will keep coming back...

My husband and I worked with Tyler at this store and he is super friendly and helpful! My husband got a jacket from them and we got two helmets. My helmet ended up not fitting me and I lost the receipt, but when I went back, Tyler ordered a bigger one for me! They have a small selection in the store, but any gear you want, they will order for you and call you when it's in!
Had them put new tires on my scooter and service it. They called me and said it needed brake pads as the rear were metal
to metal. The price for the brake pads & labor was very, very
reasonable. Had them do the brakes too. This place will continue to do my service, plus they are very friendly, honest,
and reasonable. When I want a new machine I will check with them first and am sure they will beat others prices.
Great shop and very knowledgeable staff. Awesome deals on new bikes and quads. I've been shopping around and their prices are better than Las Cruces and El Paso. I'll be ready to buy a new bike next year and here is why I'll be buying from them: I was in there when a customer brought his bike in for repair. The "other shop" in town had it for two weeks and couldn't fix it. By the time I left they had already figured out the problem with that guys bike and called him with a price to fix it. I'll never take my toys anywhere else for service. Customer for life. Thanks guys.
