I've been with this company for a few years and had no issues until recently. My payments are set up to come out automatically each month. Well, last month I received a text reminding me that my payment would be due in 3 days. The text included the option to "text yes" (or something like that) to process my payment now. I opted to do so since the process takes about a week to pull normally and I wanted to expedite. A few days later I go to the ATM to pull money to take my kids school shopping only to learn that my over $400 payment has pulled twice! They were kind enough to put it back but not before my other bills were debited. Thus, leaving me with way over $100 in fees with my bank. According to the bank, I just needed SNAAC to fax a letter saying that the 2nd payment was pulled in error. Not that they would be assuming responsibility for the fees or anything like that, but that it was simply an error. They refused. Pretty much told me that the recurring system and text message system have no connection and it was my fault for opting to process right away. Needless to say, I'm not happy.

*Update 8/15/18* I received the Merchant Error letter today! Out of nowhere! Thank you for making this right, SNAAC.
