Sears takes care of both of our cars. Their service is top notch. We always get personal care. My car is usually serviced while we take vacations. The car is picked up, serviced and delivered with no flaws in what is requested and emails to let us know when everything is done. This is service to the max!

Was scolded for bringing the car above 4k RPM on a test drive. Felt like I had a nanny in the passenger seat rather than someone trying to find the car that fit my interests.
Very positive first experience! I followed my long time sales expert Boris to this dealership after his recent move and am very pleased with the whole purchasing process at Sears. Dynamic, knowledgeable and flexible team combined with their abundant inventory and ability to source pretty much anything with Mercedes logo makes it to top of my list! Plus, I can hardly imagine a successful and satisfactory deal on a Mercedes without Boris in equation, he truly protects his customer's interests and numerous clients that follow him speak for that!
I will make this short and sweet. I have never liked car shopping, but this experience was different. The experience was excellent! From the time my husband and I entered the parking lot to the time we left the parking lot with my new car, the staff was attentive and respectful. This place has the best customer service I ever experienced. I found a few cars on their website that my wife and I were interested in. We were able to connect with Soroush, who was our sales consultant. Soroush was fantastic. He listened to what our concerns and needs were for a car, had great input and advice, and the best part was that he wasn't the typical, pushy car salesman that you'll find at most dealerships. When we arrived for our test drive, Soroush had both cars ready that we requested and all of their supporting documents, Carfax reports, etc. This was our first time buying a car and although we had many questions, not once did Soroush make us feel dumb for asking them
My recent experiences at Sears service have been great! The service is commensurate with the Mercedes ownership experience. From the service advisors to the techs to my loaner, all was great. We service both our Mercedes at Sears, wouldn't think of taking them anywhere else.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The staff here are very discriminating and Judge mental. I m disappointed that I even bought as many cars from them as I did. They upsell as much as they can and try to rip you off of your hard earned money. Good customer service is key, but they lack it.

Just purchased a used Mercedes Benz, called Sears import, asked if they could look up history and let me know what if anything could should be done. Asked about service, he told he could not find anything on my Benz. I asked about bringing it in for a service, did I need to make appointment. He said no just stop by and they would get me right in. Took a day off work to get there at there Express service time. Got there only to be told they couldn't do it. I explained I took a day off work to bring it in. They could of cared less. Why do they tell you that you don't need appointment. So I went to Bloomington Feldman's. Not only were they lot more friendly they looked up my history and told it was not time for a service. Great people, helpful and friendly

BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM SEARS IMPORTS. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. I purchased a E350 Blutec in 2017. After 30k miles the engine stall and now needs to be replaced. A dead - diesel - engine, $37k to replace it. I now have to buy another vehicle. I will never buy another car from Sears, and neither should you. They are not to be trusted, they are snakes in the grass.
So buying a new vehicle is always a very difficult decision with all the cars available and the buy vs lease predicament. Jared Kenny at the Sears Mercedes Minneapolis dealership made this entire process extremely simple. I told him my budget, he showed me the cars that fit. Test drive was amazing, and especially not a predetermined route. Finances handled by Jessica Parker was also amazing. You don't expect overselling or overpricing with Jared Kenny. Competent, quick service. Reasonably priced, which isn't always the case with MB dealers. I pass two other MB dealers on my way to Sears because it is worth it. Better technicians, knowledgeable advisors, reasonable pricing. Yes, the cookies, bagels, and Keurig machine are cool as well.

I did not purchase my Mercedes through Sears. I purchased my car used and the previous owner had all services/routine maintenance through Sears. I do not regret my decision to continue the relationship. My car and I are always well taken care of.
My girlfriend and I went here in search of a used vehicle. When we told them our price range the salesman (Soroush Nezhad) became very rude. He tried to push her into a car that she told him she didn't like, lied to us about not having the vehicle she was actually interested in and told us he didn't have the time for us. He made a follow up phone call today and he hung up on her when she told him she bought something else. We will never consider buying from them again. Tom at BMW of Minnetonka on the other hand was very helpful and she loves her new bimmer!
never purchase or get work done on your vehicle at Sears Imported Autos they treated me with absolute disrespect the whole month it took them to fix my Mercedes. They would argue with me, deny my warranty on my vehicle, and lied about what they were/did about situations. In the end I was stuck with a bill when I had a warranty because they neglected to call it in, they also broke my shifter cover and blew a speaker in my car never even told me about it. But when confronted they told me " oh it's common we can't control that". I proceeded to try to come to some terms and the manager told me that this whole scenario is not his problem and he wants nothing to do with it and hung up on me! The most unprofessional company and group I've ever felt with by far.
My family and I have always been the type of people to drive through car dealerships on Sundays so we can just look at the cars and not feel pressured to purchase a new vehicle. My viewpoint has changed after going to Sears Imported Autos and working with William Steiner. Every time I walk into the dealership, I feel welcomed and that my needs/interests are heard but not taken advantage of. William is always going above and beyond to help me make the stress of such a big purchase go away, make the process more enjoyable, and is always available to answer my nagging questions. Not only is William honest, he is approachable, responsible with his communication (giving out his cell number, taking calls on his day off, etc.), he is reliable, and he follows up with me about my interests. He truly goes above and beyond for every customer (potential or actual). William s passion for cars shines through with every conversation we have about cars. I will definitely keep working with William and Sears Imported Autos if they keep up this great work!
I have never had anything but the best service from Sears Imports. I first went to them when they went out of their way to help me when I was told "sorry" from my previous dealership which was the best thing they could have done for me. They always make me feel like a VIP and even provide a few discounts on my service bill from time to time. I'm only sorry I didn't find them sooner.
We went to the Sears Imports dealership around 4 pm during the week and found the place buzzing with activity. There were staff members on the phone, walking with other customers on the sales floor, while others were in their offices attending to customer needs.
At the start of our engagement we were instantly greeted by John Mulligan with a smile and a handshake. He took extra care in making sure we were comfortable and answered all our questions professionally and with the knowledge of an expert in his field.
After our decision was made to make the purchase, everyone jumped to complete all the paperwork quickly (other places we had visited in the past took hours). Kent Martinka gave us a good price on our trade-in and Kelly Rogers worked to get us a great rate for our loan by not accepting the first offer given and working to get us the best deal possible. It was true teamwork between these three to help give us an amazing experience!
When it was time to leave with our new car, John held a mini-celebration for us including putting a big silver bow on the car and taking our picture. The car interior and exterior had been cleaned to a dazzling shine!

The service was a little slow at first, hence not a 5 star review. We did not have good communications with the original sales representative. After talking with the general manager and Carrie in the finance department, they took care of us to close the deal on our new BMW. We are very pleased with our purchase.
I purchased my used ML350 from Sears a few years back, my first Mercedes. Generally a great car and I love driving it. I can't say that I have been overly impressed with the maintenance cost of this car though. What I was expecting was a vehicle with superior engineering...not what I found to be true...but that is another issue for another time. When you buy a Mercedes you don t expect to pay half the value of the car again in repairs. A VERY sad testament to the failure of their claim to have superior engineering and this should be addressed by someone at Mercedes. But I digress...
After repairing the front differential last year ($3,800), I was faced again with another very large repair of the balance shaft ($7,800). This was a known issue and should have been a recall or fixed by Mercedes for free, but my vehicle is out of warrantee. The class action lawsuit failed, so Mercedes was off the hook and legally not required to do anything for me. The car was not drivable without the repair, so needless to say, it looked like I would be paying for another very large repair bill. I spoke with Reid Willemsen the Service Manager at Sears. He said he would do all he could to help me out. After speaking with Mercedes he was able to reduce my repair bill by over 50%. The Services agent Lance Hoefener was also great to work with and I think he was helpful in reducing my cost even further. I don t know if I will be a Mercedes owner in the near future, but I will be a Sears Imports customer. I feel they were helpful and did what they could to make it right given the situation. I see the fault here as with Mercedes; they should have repaired this known issue and poorly engineered problem for free. But the Sears team made a very difficult situation better and did great work on the repairs!! Thanks Sears team, I am giving you 5-stars for your focus on customer service!! Mercedes...you get 1-star...
It is not often that the person answering the phone at the body shop calms and relaxes me when I call to ask about an insurance claim and repair work. Camara, at Sears auto body did just that. She returned calls and really took charge of the process in a friendly and capable way. Efficient, capable, calm and friendly. What more could I ask for?

I was incredibly happy with my experience at Sear s. Eric was very amenable & genuine and no one made me feel I was under pressure or a time restraint, even though I was there quite late in the afternoon. The deal for my 2013 Volvo was outstanding and it is in impeccable shape. I ll undoubtedly return there the next time my partner or I are looking for a reliable car.

I ve had a very disappointing experience with this dealership and that s saying a lot giving I have a very high threshold before complaining. I would certainly never recommend anyone doing business with this dealership or even Mercedes for that matter. They started off by first disclosing a body damage after I already signed the paperwork for the new purchase. Within the first 3 months I had to take in my car for various reasons and they sometimes pushed to have me pay for things that were already covered under warranty. I had recorded videos to show malfunctions of the vehicle and yet they were unable to reproduce it during services. I eventually wanted to replace the car with a new purchase and they gave me the lowest offer of about $3000 compared to the final buyer. Now I m at the same position I was several months ago looking for a replacement and they have still shown poor customer service in the process.
I purchased a Certified, 2015, E350 sedan from this dealership online. I never saw the vehicle until it was delivered by the transportation company Sears arranged for. Every representation they made as to condition, equipment, inspection, etc. was true. Price was easily agreed upon and they even arranged the shipping from Minnesota to Indiana within the budget I said I was willing to pay. The sales representative, Nicholas Griffin, was very professional and helpful in making the arrangements and answering the many questions I had about the details since I had never purchased a vehicle sight unseen previously and was wary of what might go wrong. This is our 6th Mercedes Benz and we still own 3 of them. I love this car. It's the best one yet. Thanks to Nick and Sears for making the purchase as enjoyable an experience as buying a car could be.

The service department (Scott) was slow, unfriendly and very expensive. Coon Rapids Dodge was way better on my kids car. I paid $149 just too look at it then they wanted a $149 to just look at my brake pedal for a possible problem? Then I asked what are you fixing the actuators or the sensor? He has zero clue so he asked a guy walking past. Then I picked up Saturday and when I entered this Scott did not even say hi, some other lady was telling everyone she had been waiting for 45min. I will say, they do hire some female eye candy. I will do everything in my power to never enter that place again.
Sears' Service Department has always does a superior job for me. Not only is the work completed right during the initial visit, it's done on time and the vehicle is returned clean inside and out. I've had both mechanical and body work at Sears and can't be more satisfied.
OUTSTANDING!!!!! That s the word that sums up JOHN MULLIGAN! I was skeptical and nervous about shopping/purchasing a vehicle virtually. He and Kelly as a tag-team held my hand and walked me seamlessly through the whole process. The experience was way beyond my expectations to say the least. I purchased a used car but the A-1 treatment I received from John you would have thought I bought a brand new car off the showroom floor. He take the utmost pride in his work and you can tell his ultimate goal is to make sure his customer is HAPPY and HAPPY I AM!!!! He gave me his word the car was in mint condition and made sure he crossed all T s and dotted all I s before my car was shipped. I would give 1 star if not for Soroush in sales. He gets 5 stars. The service department gets a 0. I used to be a faithful Sears customer as I felt their service department was better than anywhere else. In the past year or so I have had nothing but bad experiences. On one vehicle they could not figure out what the issue was. They kept replacing relays but could not figure out what the root of the issue was. I had to research it on my own and I fixed it myself. Recently on another vehicle under warranty they replaced the wrong part, then put the original part back in and told me to come get the car and come back a week later when they could get the correct part. I gave them the error code when scheduling the service but they did not do the research to get the correct part in the first place. They think they know it all and in fact they are very incompetent. Update: Soroush moved on to another job. Will not be back...

Great service. I had the clear film applied on my new Silverado. They did the hood, front end, door sills, and door edges. Perfect cut to fit. Almost impossible to see once on the truck. Definitely the place to have done. I have recommended others to go there.
I bought my car from Sears and have stopped getting service there for a while due to the constant issues of having to pay so much money for simple things and then having to come back because of ill repairs . Most recently brought my car back due to slight shaking after paying so much for a diagnostic and then being told it was one thing only to find out it was another issue and then $1300 later they gave me my car which is now shaking even worse and is completely unaligned. I called the service provider and advised that tools were also left hanging from under my car which made me think that there s no way my car was fixed at all. I would recommend anyone to else where especially people of color because something about the condescending tone I which they belittle my concerns makes me feel I m being discredited by them. Also not to mention I wanted to trade my car and while speaking to someone in sales I advised my trade is in service and to get a quote only to never hear from the sales department either . They are very unprofessional when dealing with customers of color. I m now trading my. car at Feldmann. Hopefully I can attach the pictures soon.

My entire family are loyal Mercedes Benz Drivers - the only mistake I made was not finding Sears Imports sooner. My son and his fiance worked with Aaron and Soroush on their vehicle upgrades as I patiently waited for my turn - we were contacted by Sears to let me know that it was my turn and that they were able to get me out of my current lease and into a car of my dreams. From the moment I opened the door to the dealership I was greeted by name and literally felt warm and most importantly 'valued'. I will NEVER consider any other dealership and am very grateful that Sears has a team that is obviously driven to customer satisfaction. Start to finish exceeded all of my expectations! Boris was SO wonderful to work with - no high pressure sales - just lots of patience with our many questions even though we were just buying a used Mercedes. Boris was so knowledgeable it really helped us narrow down our choice from their very large inventory! Picked up our car a few days later and it was polished with a full tank of gas and a nice bow on the windshield to take pics to send to our envious kids. Also, you can tell everyone loves working here so kudos to mgmt! (Customers do pick up negative vibes if employees are disgruntled.) I have had nothing but the best experiences with this dealership time and time again! I recently leased a C300 and worked with Stacy in Sales and Jennifer in financing. They went above and beyond for me and really made the entire process easy and fun! I highly recommend you ask for them! One of the managers named Aaron stopped over to introduce himself and thank me, which I really appreciated! The service department is also always super helpful and friendly! I had a blinker bulb go out and they replaced it for no charge, on the spot and washed my car. ( Not to mention We had a snowstorm that morning, they were super busy and I came in without an appointment.) Five star service from the moment I put my foot in the door and the greeter at the desk asked me how she could help me with a smile, to the detail department that made my car look immaculate! It seems like every department communicates well with each other and bends over backwards for their customers, which is so appreciated! I can t say enough good things about this dealership! I tend to buy cars that are not readily available in every market, so I end up going long distance when necessary to find a car that I want. I found this 560SEL at Sears and could not be happier with the purchase process. At 800 miles away they provided me with any photograph I needed [I looked through 124 pix] and Brian answered every question I asked. If he didn't know the answer, he got the answer.
I flew to the dealership and everyone there was friendly and answered my remaining questions. The transaction was fast and I was on my way back to Kentucky - an 800 mile test drive. It was flawless. The car was as advertised and was as smooth as a new SEL throughout the trip.
Put simply, we conducted this over three days and I could not be happier with the transaction.

This is the fourth Mercedes we have bought from Sears. John was very helpful and professional. He sorted everything out quickly with first seeing the vehicle to driving away in less that 24 hours.
Wonderful service, friendly staff, quick turnaround on maintenance, found it odd at a luxury dealership that I was asked to replace the gas used in the loaner (which I had for four hours.) Other luxury dealerships I've used in the past haven't treated the loaner process as though I'm renting a UHaul. It seemed a bit tacky considering I paid $450 for essentially an oil change and was only driving the loaner about 30 miles total.
I have been dealing with Larry Keck and Sears Imported Autos for over 15 years. Larry makes practical recommendations with respect to our vehicles. We think that Larry and Sears do a great job. I just took delivery of an S-Class and my wife has a GLK on order: enough said.

Lemon. Buy new here, if you chance buying used, even with low miles...get the extended warranty. Just a few months off the lot we were 5k in estimates of repairs. And guess what? It needed all of them. The window motor after 47k miles went out $800, catalytic converter, some oil seal, and go figure everything needing repair required the motor to be lifted out $1200...and a lot of other repairs not mentioned. We would've bought a newer vehicle if we knew we'd be putting this much into it. I was very un satisfied with how little the dealership cared about this. By looking at the reviews most were happy that bought new. Well, that's because they weren't stuck with a mile long repair bill the second they drove off the lot. It took days to get phone calls returned. And they split the cost on maybe one thing...after the fact they had already marked up their repair and parts before splitting the repair bill 50/50. So in all actuality I still paid full price and they paid their mechanic like usual no hair off their back. No one should buy their veichle drive off the lot and miraculously 5mths after they inspected it before purchase have a $5k repair estimate. Disappointing. We are getting a new Mercedes but, not from here ever again. Our salesman disappeared shortly after our purchase, I wonder why? My vehicle, we were told, was from the south and barely driven by the older lady...we later found it was a loan vehicle from NY.
Nice, luxurious showroom, and the people seemed friendly enough, but had some issues with them when they fixed my car. When it was time for me to pickup my car, I was pretty shocked to find the plastic underbody panel IN MY BACKSEAT. Not sure why it was stored back there in the first place, but it dirtied the backseat area - more baffling is how could they overlook that?!
Additionally, when I got home I popped the hood to take a good look in the engine bay compartment (they performed an engine swap so I wanted to look at everything). To my dismay, I immediately saw the felt air intake tube was not only crushed but cut away altogether. I took a photo and emailed it asap to my service representative, and got the reply that it would cost me $48 to get that part in and replace it. What the heck.
Whoever was working on my car was either totally clueless, or for some incredulous reason totally ignored these OBVIOUS issues. There was no way I was going to pay another $50 for something like this...
I purchase a new MB 2012 350BTC about a year ago which was plagued by a persistent problem--a heated steering wheel that overheated initially where the left hand lower spoke met the wheel. On first complaint the wheel was immediately replaced to no avail indicating that it was a design problem. For one year I mentioned this problem. And then to my amazement I got a call from my service advisor that their lead mechanic/ shop foreman had finally gotten someone at corporate MB to listen to his repeated requests for a solution to this problem. An upgraded part had been developed, and was installed without delay. Its great to deal with a car agency that knows who you are and takes care of your problems! By the way I'm Arthur, the review is posted as coming from my grand daughter Alexis----So much for computer integrity!
