I tend to buy cars that are not readily available in every market, so I end up going long distance when necessary to find a car that I want. I found this 560SEL at Sears and could not be happier with the purchase process. At 800 miles away they provided me with any photograph I needed [I looked through 124 pix] and Brian answered every question I asked. If he didn't know the answer, he got the answer.

I flew to the dealership and everyone there was friendly and answered my remaining questions. The transaction was fast and I was on my way back to Kentucky - an 800 mile test drive. It was flawless. The car was as advertised and was as smooth as a new SEL throughout the trip.

Put simply, we conducted this over three days and I could not be happier with the transaction.
