It is not often that the person answering the phone at the body shop calms and relaxes me when I call to ask about an insurance claim and repair work. Camara, at Sears auto body did just that. She returned calls and really took charge of the process in a friendly and capable way. Efficient, capable, calm and friendly. What more could I ask for?
