Competent, quick service. Reasonably priced, which isn't always the case with MB dealers. I pass two other MB dealers on my way to Sears because it is worth it. Better technicians, knowledgeable advisors, reasonable pricing. Yes, the cookies, bagels, and Keurig machine are cool as well.
