Never again. Never ever.

The biggest mistake of my MB ownership experience: not buying from Feldmann s again.

My history:

GLE 350: Back to Feldmann s in September 2018

- Sears Imports Sales failed to follow-up on my request to track availability for E Class Coupe, then there was no inventory when it was time to buy.

- Sears Import Service department failed to capture all services requests and follow-up on service requests.

- Services Imports Service department failed to advise me of warranty issues, then warranty ran out, and they stuck with me with the bill.

The best advice I can give: go see Scott @ Feldmann s. At a minimum, get a 2nd quote if you are shopping at Sears. You ll be glad you did.
