I had a GREAT experience at Schomp bmw. They were honest, attentive, and fair when it came to selling me a vehicle I bought a 2013 bmw 528i which I love it costs 13,500 dollars i day next to someone buying a 2020 X6 ( yes I was being nosey ) and was treated wit the same attentiveness and appreciation as that customer was buying a car far much more expensive than mine I STRONGLY recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a car.

Service department runs pretty efficiently. The staff are courteous and helpful. I had some brake work done awhile back. The foreman had the work redone as there might have been a problem with earlier service. They owned the issue whether it was them at fault or if a problem occurred with use. No finger pointing. They were professional and took good care of me. They've earned my loyalty!

Filled out online form for annual service, stipula...

Filled out online form for annual service, stipulating that I wanted an inspection and oil change. Arrived at the dealership early the next morning. They sat me down for over four hours, and during the interim we went over what was covered under warranty, with me approving any/all repairs covered by the warranty. I told the repair tech not to fix anything not under warranty, as the bill was over $7k. Four hours later they told me they had done a bunch of things not covered, and none of the things that were covered. I asked to speak with a manager. The service manager was disrespectful and things got heated, with him threatening to call law enforcement after I refused to pay for the unrequested repair. I informed him that he could stick it, but went back into the store after he offered to talk more respectfully and cut down on the legal threats. We reached a compromise where he would remove the parts I hadn't asked for and reinstall my old parts. When I got my car back, it was acting odd - unlike it had before - with the engine "hiccuping". When I asked them to restore the car to the condition it had been in, they told me that I could "go my own way," but that he would credit me the oil change [an oil change being worth $99 in a $65k car]. This, after being a loyal Schomp customer for nearly a decade with three vehicles (X5, X3, 435xi). I have considered legal action for the harm caused to the vehicle, but eventually just decided that sometimes you do "have to go your own way." I absorbed the loss, sold the car, and bought a Kia Stinger. I will never buy a vehicle or service from a Schomp-owned store again, and if you're smart you won't either. It amazes me that all across this country (NY, NC, WI) BMW dealership employees have managed to be respectful and have done the repairs I actually ask for, yet these people simply could not (and managed to make a customer more upset than he had ever been with an customer-oriented service before). Sayonara.

The customer service seems to go downhill every time I visit Schomp BMW to service my BMW. Before I was scheduled with the same service consultant every time I came in for a visit. Now it's whomever is available. Then I request a specific loaner car because that's what I would like to lease next, and no effort was put into fulfilling that request. Lastly I bring my loaner back in and almost get hit by a worker driving through a stop sign fast to pull another loaner back into the garage. I was not happy. At least I lease so I walked out without paying a dime, but I assure you for the customer service and experience I got, I'm glad I didn't pay anything. I pay for luxury and expect professionalism and attention, both of which are lacking when you staff the service department with 90% high school students.

I was extremely impressed with the service that was provided by BMW. I recently bought a car and had never purchased a vehicle anywhere near a luxury brand and was a little nervous of what to expect knowing I wanted a specific car at BMW. From walking in the doors to leaving, the service provided was amazing; especially in comparison to other vehicle brands.

Steven the service manager is a really good guy. I had been quoted $422 for a taillight repair then got billed $535 for the job. I was obviously upset but Steven refunded me the difference, apologized for the mix up and then replaced a different tail light bulb for free. Customer service is always great here.

BMW changed the oil on my car and told me that I would do to get some new tires soon. They gave me a quote, but did not rotate the tires so that they would wear evenly until I change them. I expected more as their labor rate is $135 an hour. Fortunately I'm still under their service plan.

Storied Brand and Storied Dealership on the Decline

I am updating my previous review of Schomp BMW. I have been a loyal customer since 2006. This dealership was great when it operated out of its old micro-lot on South Broadway but, regrettably, it has grown to a very large and inattentive operation off of Lucent Blvd.

Unfortunately, the BMW brand has been marred by factory recalls for defective airbags that exploded shrapnel into the vehicle s occupants whenever they deployed. BMW USA notified me of this recall some two years ago and it was not until the late spring of this year that a resolution had been reached. While I understand that the airbag system on my BMW needed to be re-engineered, two years is an unreasonably long amount of time for drivers of the affected vehicles to be stuck with what was and is such a lethal defect. Like most car owners, I didn t have the means to buy or lease another safer vehicle while waiting for some 24 months for BMW s engineers to fix a problem that endangers people s lives.

That said, Schomp BMW has been my dealer and vehicle servicer of choice until now. After scheduling and dropping off my BMW for said factory recall repairs, I was told by my service representative that it would take one day for them to complete the work. At the end of the first day, the service representative called me and told me that they ran out of time to complete the repairs. They needed one more day and they indicated that they would call me once everything was complete. Unfortunately, I never heard back. Some nine days passed and when my spouse called to inquire about the status of our car while I was traveling on business, the dealership admitted that it had lost track of our vehicle and forgot to call us after the repairs were completed. Schomp quickly found our vehicle and returned it to us in good working order, but then refused my request to speak with dealership management about this problem after the fact.

Schomp BMW used to be a company where customers, employees, and managers were in the same room together. Employee s provided excellent and attentive service because their bosses were standing within next to them. Now, Schomp has grown into a sprawling operation that rewards inattentiveness and apathy towards the customer. While I am disappointed that Schomp lost track of my vehicle, I am furious that their staff does not forward my concerns to the dealership s management.

Until BMW can build and stand behind the safety of its vehicles and until Schomp BMW s staff and management can find its way, I recommend that anyone who is serious about buying and maintaining a car to steer clear of this brand and this dealership.

Living only about eight minutes from BMW of Downtown Denver, Schomp BMW s 45 minute drive is quite a bit out of the way for me. Both locations are fantastic with their servicing and are very responsive to customer needs. The only reason I made the switch was because I found out BMW team member Chris Bridges had moved to this location. His positivity is infectious and his professionalism definitely reflects the quality and time he invests into his clients. I have a number of patients who go to Schomp and have only had great things to say. His reach out to the community is fantastic and Highlands Ranch is lucky to have him!

From the first afternoon back in 2012 when I visited and purchased my X3, til today's (resolved) fiasco, Schomp BMW has consistently validated my choice in dealership. My Service lead Grant literally had the technician team spend three days trying to elicit the challenge in my car, then when it finally manifested the following week, patiently explained what was going on (to someone who knows *nothing* about engines).

The loaner program is a Godsend for me, and Schomp has always come through, even when I've had to leave my car late on a Sunday and return first thing in the morning via Uber.

When I'm waiting (v briefly) for any reason, I am approached every minute or so by team members wanting to make sure I've been taken care of. Tbh, if they allowed younger employees I'd love my son to work there, bc it'd be an incredible life/career lesson opportunity.

Last (but not least), had a great conversation today with one of their BMW Geniuses, Tracy, while shuttling me back home. She was incredibly knowledgeable and gave me some great advice to consider when thinking about my next car.

This dealership is first class.

My husband was working with a sales person, who made him feel like the car was his. My Husband even drove an hour, out here in NY, to test out the Integral Steering system on a 540i to ensure that it would not be an impediment to purchasing the car in Colorado. He replied back to Cam last night that he would like to move forward and requested a few things.

The sales person (Mr. Kam) assured him that he would have it by this morning. Then was dishonest to him through the day, claiming that the car was with the owners relative when it was clearly out for a test drive.

Its really unfortunate. Pre-owned BMW have very specific builds, had to just find another.

Really unfortunate and frustrating. But we should have known, yelp ratings are pretty solid. In this case they displayed why they are rated a 3 of 5 on Yelp (unlike google, cant pay for fake reviews on Yelp). Sadly based on our experience it should be much lower.

Overall experience was very pleasant. Brian Neal and his sales manager Dennis made the entire ordering process completely painless. Zero pressure and NO TRICKS!. The service department is outstanding. There was a very minor problem with my new vehicle delivery and they called me up right away to get it sorted out. It is evident from everything done at Schomp that customer service is of paramount importance to them.

Schomp BMW is very fortunate to have Chris on their team.

Everyone I interacted with was great! However, my car was scratched up while it was in the shop. I raised this before leaving and they offered to fix it for free in about 10 days (great).

Shortly after I left the shop, the darn engine light came on again and it smells like car (2012 X3) is burning oil now. After spending $1600 to fix a couple of firing issues, I was very disappointed to see the check engine light come back on right after I left.

Absolutely the most fun and the best experience I have ever had at a car dealer. From the brand new employee, to the senior sales men, and one of the senior managers. Their wealth of knowledge about the car and making me and my wife feel like family was just an exciting experience. Simply amazing and I would recommend to everyone I know that is looking for a BMW to go nowhere else other than Schomp BMW of Highlands Ranch.

We purchased a used 2011 BMW X6 from Schomp on Dec...

We purchased a used 2011 BMW X6 from Schomp on December 30th 2015. At the time we purchased the X6, we were told that for $199/year, we could get the BMW Assist which would give us some added features for the car such as remote unlock. This was interesting to us since Schomp did not have 2 sets of keys for this car and a spare key would have cost us $400+.

I logged onto the BMW website a few days later to sign up for BMW Assist and after putting in the VIN saw a message stating that someone else was already registered for BMW Assist on the car. I thought ok well I'll deal with it later.

Fast forward a month or so and we locked the keys in the car (note to self, with remote keyless entry, if you throw your keys in the trunk with the other doors locked, it locks you out). Called BMW who was kind enough to send a guy in an unmarked, beat up, transmission fluid spewing, 80s Jeep Cherokee out to the meet us at the car and charge us $100 to place a wedge between the window and the door jamb and unlock the car with a stick. Fine.

While we had BMW on the phone, they informed us that as of January 2016, they no longer offer BMW Assist to new customers. They now are calling it BMW Connected Drive and it is only offered on models 2014 and newer. Seriously? Called Schomp that day and said what the hell you said we could get BMW Assist on this car and now we can't? They acted like they never heard that before in their lives. "Really?" They said they would try to contact BMW to get us added to the Assist program, but I seriously doubt they did. They never followed up with us about it. So since we apparently can't get that, can you get us a 2nd key? They said they tried contacting the previous owner to see if they had it and no, they can't get us a second key. However, they're more than happy to sell us one at 'cost' which saved us about $50. Feeling desperate now, we ordered it.

Meanwhile, the car has started having problems. It stalls, there's a rattle beneath the car like something is loose, and oh yeah, the service light comes on. ?? We still have the temporary tags on it! When we took it to Schomp to get the key programmed, we asked them to look at all this. We (wrongfully) assumed that the car had been checked out and brought up to date with services before we bought it. Well we assumed that because they told us that. What they said though when we brought it in is that it looks like it needs brake fluid flushed (for $400) and any more diagnostics than that they would have to charge us to do. Keep in mind that because this car is more than 4 years old, there is no CPO and no warranty. We did buy as much extended warranty we could to cover anything other than maintenance knowing how expensive repairs can get.

We said no thanks and thanks for nothing. Now we have to try to find a 3rd party shop that can do these repairs for us at a fair price - and all within 2 months of owning this car.

Oh and by the way we traded in my 2006 BMW 330xi only because we didn't want to keep paying for repairs on it. They gave us $8,500 for on a trade and had it on the lot for $12,500 the next week. They don't haggle. Don't forget that. The price is the price. And it's fair. Or so they say.

Very disappointing experience Schomp.

I had the wonderful opportunity to work with Sean ...

I had the wonderful opportunity to work with Sean in my search for a low-milage 2016 340i. I discussed the features that I wanted in the vehicle and he kept a very close eye on their inventory for any car that came in. The communication channel was spectacular and the best I ve experienced with any dealership. I felt open to ask any questions or let Sean know if my needs changed. While I was out of state, he kept me up to date with the inventory before it hit the website along with frequent check ins to make sure I had the best chance at finding the right vehicle. He even went out to lots and sent me videos before the car was able to be photographed by the in-house photography team. This was great since I was able to quickly filter out which were possible purchases and which I could say no to. Not having to go out to the physical location was a great change in pace and I have honestly no complaints. Sean was extremely friendly and approachable in any aspect and would definitely come back to Schomp solely to deal with him.

I ended up finding another 340i elsewhere, but Schomp is now my #1 recommendation thanks to Sean! Great friendly staff, extensive fleet of cars, and clean and welcoming location.

I never write reviews, but thanks to my experience I had with Sean, I want to give every bit I can to make sure people know Schomp is the real deal!

When I decided to purchase my first BMW I went to ...

When I decided to purchase my first BMW I went to Schomp because I had heard they were the best BMW dealer in Denver. I was pleased with my salesperson, who although was new, worked very hard to take good care of me and make sure everything went perfectly. Unfortunately, when I returned to purchase my 2nd BMW, he wasn t there any longer. I am by no means a novice to purchasing a car, and am quite knowledgeable about the particular model that I was seeking. In fact, I knew more about the car than the salesman did. I was continually transferred to a different salesperson, I could never get the same guy to return my calls. I m no tire-kicker , I knew exactly what I wanted and was ready to sign the paperwork, I just needed a competent person to find me the car. Eventually, I had enough with Schomp s sales staff and purchased my new car at Downtown Denver BMW.

I decided to continue my car maintenance with Schomp s service department since they had done such a good job in the past. Boy, am I sorry about that decision I! I m not sure if they only treat you well if you buy a car there, but I have been absolutely and completely disappointed with their service department. It used to be that each time I needed service they scheduled me quickly and when I arrived they had my loaner ready. Now, I call in to schedule service and was told that they could get me in in about 4 weeks, and that they would have to shuttle me rather than let me have a loaner. Since the service was for a front end alignment that would save the wear on my tires, I felt that I would sacrifice this one time and do the shuttle. Also, I was told by the girl on the phone that it would only take about an hour and a half to two hours. I waited about a week from my phone call, arrived for my appointment right on time, but was then told by Chris that it wouldn t be done for several hours. Well, that s not going to work, as I had to pick my husband from the airport, which was why I scheduled the time when I did. Chris assures me that he will get me a loaner but I would have to return 6 days later at 5:00. Once again, I worked my schedule around my service appointment. When I called Schomp on the date I was rescheduled for the guy on the phone told me that I was only set up for a shuttle again. Hmmm... and it was already 6:00 PM. Well, that s not going to work... I then asked to speak to someone. Conveniently, there was nobody there. This guy then tells me that he is going to send a message out to all of the managers and that one of them would call me back right away.

Well, that was last evening at 6:00 PM and it is now the following day at 1:40 PM. No call. I then started trying to all in to the service department this morning. So far today I have spent in excess of 1.25 hours on hold with Schomp. I ve been sent to Chris s voice mailbox repeatedly (Chris s voice mailbox is full, I cannot leave a message). I ve been sent in to some random voice mail box, in which I did leave a message. I sit on hold for service, nobody answers and eventually it hangs up.

It appears that Schomp BMW does not need or value my business, and I will be looking for someone to maintain my new car that will treat me as a valued customer.

we scheduled an appointment to test drive a 2014 650i last Friday. We did an over night test drive and not even 30 minutes after leaving the dealership the cars warning light came on regarding drive train. I can t remember exactly what the warning said but it cautioned to drive the car easy. Let me just say we could tell it was a big costly issue. However the car was under warranty. The car could barely make it up our driveways slight incline. We called the dealership back and they came the next more to pick up the car with a tow truck. We asked the salesman we were working with if they had noticed this issue bc we just couldn t believe no one had noticed this MAJOR issue. The salesman s didn t answer the question. Straight up avoided the question and said well anything can happen . Fast forward to the following week we were advised the issue had been fixed and we set up another 24 hour test drive for this evening with plans to purchase Saturday. We were informed later in the day Friday that they could not find the car . You don t lose a car. My guess is someone came in today interested in the car and they sold it right then and there. Instead of being honest about it they lead us on and played dumb. Definitely not impressed by the sales team. Definitely wouldn t recommend. The whole places seems shady!

I bought a bit of a lemon and have had several issues since purchasing my car. Every time I ve had a problem, I ve brought the car into the dealership. Their customer service has exceeded my expectations over and over. Wonderful staff from their phone people, porters, advisors, drivers, EVERYONE. I ve had some bad experiences at Schomp BMW. It started with buying my car, a 2011 335xi. When I got home I realized the speakers were emitting weird frequency sounds, they took care of this issue. Shortly after I discovered my brake rotors were very warped and the pads in the rear were at 3mm. You would think brakes are a high priority item on a used car. Later on I had my FRM module go out, after waiting half an hour in the service area, being ignored by everyone, someone finally told me I ll be talked to soon. Another half hour goes by and the service advisor tells me its under warranty, then he says wait a minute, it s not under warranty. He said 8 year or 125k. My car is at 9 years or 117k. I asked BMW of Denver the same question and they said my FRM module is under warranty 10 years or 150k. This could have cost me $1,000 or more. I m never going to Schomp for purchasing a used car or service related items. BMW of Denver is the place to go!

My experience with Schomp BMW has been fantastic!
I happened to find a particular car on their website and after speaking with a sales team member, I decided to stop in and look at the car.
Upon my arrival, I was introduced to Mr. Tim Green and he showed me the car I had seen on the website.
Tim was very professional and during the test drive, he explained all the features the car had to offer and he was extremely knowledgeable about the particular model I was interested in.
Since my first visit, I have had multiple conversations with Tim and he has been extremely helpful.
I see why Schomp is Colorado's #1 BMW dealership.
I will be making a purchase from Schomp in the very near future.

First new car purchase in 12 years, and boy has the process changed! No haggling, no hassle. The sales advisor was totally objective. I truly felt like my best interests were considered. A totally different experience. Could not have been better!

I was very happy with the Client Advisors I worked with including Josh Crowder and Alice Hausig! They provided me with quick and accurate information on the new X4 I ended up buying. They were also very good with communication and follow-up as needed. I would recommend Schomp BMW and both Josh and Alice to others with no reservations! Jim Koehler

I originally inquired about a new BMW X5 online and got in contact with a nice guy named Kevin, I test drove with him, got to know him and strongly considered buying from him. The X5 was nice (although it was about $5000 more than a comparably equipped Lexus RX and was disappointed that EVERYTHING seemed like an expensive option I still considered getting this SUV).

One day I visited the dealership only to find that Kevin was absent so I had to deal with his 'superior' which was Nick... kind of a younger punk kid that was very informal and not very well kempt. (All I could think was 'wow, this guy must have came from a used car lot) He was pushy and kept trying to get me to BUY TODAY. (Even though they didn't have the right color or options or anything) I kept asking him who in their right mind would want to blow $60,000 on a car that isn't the right color or choice.

Finally one day (after he called me 3 times in one day) he got me on the phone only to find that I was one of the people affected with the serious flooding in Northern Colorado and basically told me that 'since I didn't drown, then I should buy a car to celebrate' REALLY??!! My house sustained thousands of dollars of loss, I was out of work a week and he practically LAUGHED at my situation?

This was FAR from professional... I was so mad I went to the Lexus dealership near my house in Frederick and just bought the Lexus RX... secretly I am sort of glad that Nick pushed me to this point... I have the new RX and couldn't be any happier. Now for this pushy dealership I laugh when I hear the abrupt tone from Lisa Schomp on the radio saying how they treat everyone so well in her raspy voice. Forget it. Go elsewhere!! Please take my advice.

Highly recommend Sales Rep Carlo Sansotta at Schomp BMW. Honestly, after a questionable experience 5 years ago at schomp, I wouldn't have gone back before my interactions with my salesperson, Carlo Sansotta. I called one evening after my fiance and I found a great X1 3.5 online. Carlo answered and couldn't have been MORE wonderful throughout the sales process. I was going through a crisis at work and couldn't leave for over a week to get to Schomp, and Carlo did EVERYTHING he could to assist me through the process, down to even driving to my office in DTC for me to do a test drive. He was friendly very organized, and MUCH MORE knowledgeable than any of the prior 25 salesmen I've talked to regarding BMWs. He totally redeemed Schomp in my eyes. As did the managers, Robb and Nick. Robb appraised my car and gave me a very fair trade offer taking into account what CarMax would give me. And Nick was wonderful in congratulating me on the new purchase. Carlo has been there within a moment's notice, before, during and after the sale. He's called to check in since the purchase, so you feel taken care of, even after the money has exchanged hands. Everyone should be so lucky to have Carlo as a sale rep. Thank you!!

Wow! Had been working with Kam. He told me he would get me pics and a shipping quote this morning

Pics never came. When I reached back out he said that the "owners relative had the car" and be was trying to get a hold of them... what? Fishy right?

Then when pressed a few hours later coincidently the "car had been sold 20 minutes ago". I guess the "owners relative" must have purchased it (Or someone was out for a test drive and Kam was lying). He never even asked for a deposit to secure the car. Instead made me feel we were moving forward.

Wow!!!

Had a fairly good experience with Schomp. Bought a used vehicle. After picking up the vehicle, noticed the brakes squeaking, the windshield wiper motor struggling/making a loud noise, and the tailgate doesn t latch.
Have notified the dealership, and am awaiting follow up.
Addendum: 2/13/19
These guys are meticulous! I scheduled a time to have the vehicle inspected, and then they fixed everything above to my satisfaction! They kept my vehicle overnight to order parts and put them on. They gave me a suitable loaner to drive in the mean time. All was done with pleasantness and politeness.
I will definitely purchase my next vehicle from this dealership!

I stopped by on a busy Saturday to check out a used I8 they had and got Brian Neal for our sales guy. Right off the bat he was super nice and very knowledgeable. He was never salesie or pushy in any way, just seemed happy to help with whatever he could. The car ended up just not being the right one but It was still one of the best car dealership experiences I ve ever had. I wouldn t hesitate to buy a car from Brain in the future if the right one pops up.

I had a very good service experience overall. My vehicle was in pretty bad shape. The service advisor and mechanics took their time explaining the problems and options. Turns out I had multiple codes and potentially could need a new engine. They were open to questions and suggestions. We came up with a two phase plan. They were very patient while I dealt with personal issues and my response times were not always very prompt. When the first suggested repair exposed an additional repair needed, it was expected and the options were again worked through in an informative and patient manner by the Shomp team. Second repair did the trick. Took about three weeks to get the car back, mostly due to my schedule, though not entirely. The car is running well. Based on that experience I would have given 5 stars. My only two critical observations on my experience were when I was bringing in my car the first time, I was told, rather unsympathetically that there were no loaner options for at least three weeks out. That was the end of the story, not options or suggestions for rentals or potentially looking at options from the Shomp Mini next door were presented. It turns out that I had a back up vehicle, but the situation could have been dire. Second issue was that when I was able to address picking up the vehicle between work travel, I called my service rep a number of times and never got a response. No indication on his voicemail that I should call someone else. After a couple of days of giving him the benefit of the doubt and still no response, I called the dealership service line and was inform the car was ready and had been for a while. Again, not a big deal, but it would have been nice for the voicemail of my service rep to indicate that he was out of the office for a number of days on training. Overall, happy with both the service advisor and the technicians, but wish there was better communication.

I have purchased 3 cars now at Schomp. The first ...

I have purchased 3 cars now at Schomp. The first 2 experiences were absolutely great. However, this latest experience I would rate as just "acceptable". I think this is probably due mostly to lack of education regarding the i3. One of the primary concerns for any prospective i3 buyer (buying a CPO car) is how the battery is holding charge. The car had no charge in it so it was not possible to see how well the battery charges up. I asked repeatedly about the precise charge % that BMW allows the battery to drop to before replacing it under warranty. I could get no answers. The only answer given to me was that the battery is covered under warranty - which of course I already understood. The problem is there is conflicting information on the web about the battery replacement specs. During the paper signing process, the vehicle check sheet also did not have the eV vehicle tests done on the car (this section would apply only to the i3 and i8), but I was asked to sign it anyway. I had to insist that these tests be done or a note made that they were not done. At this point I was getting suspicious. I asked about tires and was given a quote for tires that were all the same size. I asked repeatedly if the tires were staggered (which I had read about on the internet) and was told they were the same on the front and back. I did not buy extra tires at Schomp because this made no sense. In fact, when I got home I noted that the tires were staggered as I had suspected. Overall, had I been younger with less money, I think I would not have bought the car because it was not clear that I was getting a good functioning vehicle. But since I am older and (1) the cost of the car was low (~21K); (2) this is more of a "hobby" car; (3) the internet reports that i3 batteries do hold their charge well with age, I let many on these concerns go. For a first time EV buyer, Schomp sales did not have good information about the battery, exact battery warranty, or the tires. In the end it looks like there will be no issues, which is what I have come to expect from Schomp, but it is certainly up to the buyer to completely educate themselves rather than to rely on Schomp sales staff for an EV purchase.

I contacted Schomp BMW about getting a partial refund on extended new car warranty. Due to medical issues I couldn't drive my BMW coupe and sold it with just a few thousand miles on it. Everyone I spoke with was very helpful and Robert Sharp, a Title clerk, provided me with directions and necessary forms to request a refund. The refund I received was very fair. Yet again, another great experience with Schomp. Thanks so much.

I bought a 2011 Mini Clubman JCW here in early Sept. 2020. The price was neither excellent nor bad but I would say quite fair for the car. The experience of buying it was excellent. I arrived at the Denver airport where they kindly picked me up and drove me to the dealership where I was given a quiet seat in a private area with access to refreshments while they walked me through the process of purchase. It took a few hours but was very comfortable and the sale representatives where considerate and professional. If you're looking for a fair price and a great buying experience I highly recommend Schomp.
