I was extremely impressed with the service that was provided by BMW. I recently bought a car and had never purchased a vehicle anywhere near a luxury brand and was a little nervous of what to expect knowing I wanted a specific car at BMW. From walking in the doors to leaving, the service provided was amazing; especially in comparison to other vehicle brands.
