Appointment reminder was sent to confirm (actually received 3 reminders) and they did not have me on the schedule when I arrived. Also, th hey were not sure they had the parts for the 2 recalls. The appointment was made specifically for this as 30 days ago they did not have both parts. Very disappointed!!
Matt from Schomp reached out to me today to discuss my experience and was very professional and sincere about making my experience better. It was nice to see that they care enough to insure that customers are satisfied and treated well. He listened to what I had to say and never interrupted me when I was explaining why I put up this post. He is the kind of manager I would want working for me. Thanks Matt!
