Called to schedule an oil change for my 335 on the day my maintenance agreement expired. Was told they would honor it even though they had no availability that day. Needless to say, I was very pleased and promptly booked an appointment for the following day (which they said was completely fine, and that my situation had been noted in the system). Arrived for my appointment and was told I had been misinformed and they would not cover it. Asked to speak to the manager, informed them of the person who had promised me coverage, etc. No help.

Yeah, I procrastinated. I should've gotten in earlier rather than take a dealership at their word. If I had been told this on the phone I would've had no one to blame but myself. As it is, however, I had to burn 2 hours of my workday dealing with this bs. I won't be going back to Schomp.
