Terrible customer service with no working phone number to contact anyone, I am not sure how they are getting good reviews I have had a terrible experience.

Ben set my service up and convinced me that I would have 4 months of free service, in addition he said my equipment was free.

He lied to me and I have not been able to get in contact with him since I set up the service.

Please do your FULL research before going with this company, I am not sure how they received the rating they currently have.

Scott Trudel was the technician who came out to do our install. Originally he came and gave me the run down and I felt my wife should be here as well and he was totally fine with coming back and rescheduling for a time that work for both of us and understood the importance of both of us being there. He came back and was so knowledgeable about the system and all electronics for that matter! I m not very tech smart but he was able to explain things in a way that anyone would understand and wanted us to understand everything that was happening. After making the decisions of what we wanted in a system and locations of panels/cameras Scott made the process go so easy. He worked extremely hard and we appreciate all the hiding of wires and how clean everything looks! He answered every and any question we may had and was even able to hook our already installed door locks to our security system. The final walk through and explaining of the system went by super easy and he made it very easy to understand how to work the system. He helped us set up the app on our phones and showed us all the different ways we could customer the system to how we would like. You can tell he s been doing this for a long time and he knows exactly what he s talking about. We can t thank Scott enough for all the advice on what our system should look like and even some nice new homeowner advice! My wife and I were extremely pleased with everything he did and can t be more thankful for him making this such an easy process and helping us feel safe in our new home.

Mr. Dillard the installation tech was very knowledgeable and helpful the sales reps were also very helpful a great experience so far.

Safe Haven brought Brandon Fine to my home and resulted in the best experience possible. Brandon was extremely patient and had excellent verbal and communication skills. My smart home experience was the best ever and very complex with installation and tutorials/trainings. This was not quick and Brandon was always upbeat/helpful. Enrique Villegas is a manager at Safe Haven ADT. I reached out to him yesterday after feeling alarmed about a potential break-in that occurred two homes down from me. I needed to know that my security system was going to protect me. Enrique scheduled an appointment with me the following day; I could not believe how quickly he was able to come. I walked him through my home while he gave me a breakdown of my current equipment explaining the safety and security that my current security system already offers. He was so thorough and extremely professional in answering all of my questions. I needed reassurance which he gave me. Enrique made me feel safe and more secure once he explained that my home was protected very well. He gave me recommendations and other options that I may want to consider. I appreciate Enrique for his honesty and candor. Lastly, he went above and beyond by showing me how to integrate Alexa and my security system together. A++ for his top notch customer service. I would definitely recommend this company and recommend Enrique.

My installer was Ben. He was very thorough, did a great job explaining things and making sure I understood how the system works. He was very patient with my big puppy and took the time to let the pup get comfortable with a new person in the house. Good, personal touch.

Jesse was very professional, courteous and informative.

Follow your gut. If it sounds too good, it is. I know better and I still did it. Don't let them in your house. They may act like your friend but they are not. Don't sign any paperwork. They are not actually ADT. The equipment they offer is different. Their customer support is also different and terrible. I was lied to repeatedly. They are really, really good at it, which made it so believable. I was had. After some fact checking, I am shocked and don't know what was a lie vs the truth. I'm not sure if they are a scam, if I just got my house cased by criminals and they'll be breaking into my place soon, is my family safe, and/or am I a future candidate for ID theft since I gave them all my personal information to do who knows what with? None are good feeling. I absolutely screwed up and I knew better. Time will tell how big of a screw up I made. Follow your gut. If it sounds too good, it is.

I appreciate how nice and kind Jeff was. it was great that he took the time to follow-up and make sure everything was still good after installation.

Brandon Fine was the most helpful and most informative tech. I had a bad experience with the first guy. Brandon fixed alot of that guy's mistakes and corrected him. I learned way more in the 45 minute he was here than the 4 hours the first guy was here.

Contacted ADT / Safe Haven (installers/Vendor) to come out and replace one of my sensor that was not working well due to outdated system but Nicholas Mccauley (Tech) came out and fixed everything.

Company provides great protection but Nicholas gave the great customer service and knowledge about the system.
Keep in mind you get what you pay for in anything/everything.

He came out in his personal vehicle during our snow storm instead of trying to reschedule.

Jeffery lanois was our tech and he was great! Very friendly and helpful! He made sure everything worked before he left. Very excited to start using our system.

I was able to get a new system since we had just bought our house. It was an awesome deal that allowed us to get a doorbell camera, as well as a backyard camera, and sensors on all the doors. The technician, Chad, was friendly and very helpful in teaching me about the system. He was very thorough and even returned to install my doorbell because there was a problem with our electricity. I am very happy with my purchase!

Osvaldo Armendariz was the person who installed all of our ADT equipment and he was very professional. He answered all of our questions and made sure we understood how everything works and how to operate everything. I can now rest easy knowing my home is safely protected by ADT! 10/10 recommend

Install was a little tricky but the technician, John Felli, made it a great experience. He was very friendly and helpful. Let's see how the service goes but install was great.

If I could give this place no stars I would!!! I have been getting nothing but terrible customer service from Hilary a vice president! They send out terrible techs who dont do their job correctly nor have a manager who cares! I had my security system installed 2 weeks ago and was supposed to receive a ring doorbell but the tech didnt have the proper equipment to install a ring doorbell so I set an appointment up for today the 27th. Well my appointment was between 12 and 2 and the only call I received was the guy telling me he was double booked and would send someone out to me. Well I called him at 2pm and he said he had contacted my sales rep and she would be in contact with me! Well Hilary doesnt seem to like to answer my emails nor apologize for any inconvenience! The tech said I'm supposed to wait for someone to come out even though I requested a manager tech to come to my home so everything was done correct. Very disappointed with everything! I would like to speak to whose in charge of all these people because I am not happy!!!!

Joel Smith and John Carroll set our house up with its individual needs in mind. No cookie cutter approach with extra security on weak points they addressed during the installation. Nathan at ADT gave us a great deal on the service and we even got our old panel removed for free. Great group of guys.

It was great. Trevor Birkhofer did a great job installing this in our home. He showed us the introduction of how to arm and disarm if we leave work or go to sleep. Shows us how we can keep ourselves and our home protected.

If I could give a negative star rating I would. DO NOT use this firm under any circumstances if you value whatever you are trying to secure. All this firm is interested in is taking your money. I believe they hide behind the ADT "authorized dealer" (who we use) but they could have less in common. Each person we have dealt with has ZERO follow through, ZERO retention of any information you give them, ZERO buisness ethics, ZERO common sense and even LESS customer service (if possible). RUN AWAY AS FAST AS POSSIBLE.

Our install tech was very professional, informative and patient with us. Mr Earnest Wayne Casket Jr showed up on time, had everything laid out and completed most of the Insta) day one. Was very mindful of any mess he made and assisted us in fully understanding our system prior to leaving. He did reschedule a second day to install the ring door bell, because we couldn't find the power for the original door bell. He again showed up on time to the minute. Installed the new bell and set us up with training and reviewed all of the paper work. Great job! Will recommend ADT to all who I know need security systems. Well at least Safe Haven Security. We hope the monitoring side is as professional. We haven't had the system long enough to say more for ADT side of the house specifically. Contact us in a month or two for any follow up questions. Dainer Valle Pego was great and went the extra yard to work me into his schedule. Gave me all the info and walked me through the entire set up and computer program.

This company is garbage. Their salesperson lied about the capabilities of the system, and by time I figured it out I was already on the hook with a 3 year contract. Neither ADT nor Safe Haven have any interest in keeping their salesperson accountable... but they'll take my money! And no, it wasn't simply a misunderstanding. He made up stories about things that worked for many other customers... things that were impossible

Harassment & Rudeness - I'm not even sure how they got my number, but they continuously call over and over again. Today, I was in my office, I work as a real estate agent, and this number called me again. I finally answered. The woman began to try to sell me on security for a home I had recently sold. She wanted me to sell her product to my buyers. I then had a client come in. I hung up the phone and the woman from Safe Haven called me back, I did not answer because I was with my customer and did not have time to listen to a sales pitch. Later on, after my work day was through. I began checking my voicemails and "Celeste" from Safe haven had left the rudest message talking about how I apparently did not want to go that "extra" mile for my clients. I don't know WHO Celeste is. I had NEVER HEARD of this security establishment and I had NO IDEA how they got MY NUMBER. My NUMBER ONE JOB is to PROTECT my customers, not give you their information to telemarketers. So yes, Celeste, I WILL be going that EXTRA mile for my customers and continue to protect them from predatory services like you. And I WILL NEVER EVER recommend your product to any client or customer of mine EVER. PERIOD.

This happened in Aurora, CO: Lady showed up at my door at 6pm and asked if they told me at closing she would be coming. I pushed back and said no, asked who would have told me? The lender or the realtor and she says the insuance agent. I'm like why would the insurance agent be at the closing? She ignores my question and says they forget to tell you. Says insurance gives you a discount. Why would anyone TELL you, CARE or WORRY at the closing of your new house about ADT?! I told her I've been getting ADT's "welcome to the neighborhood" letters and been ignoring them. She says that's from corporate and she can offer me better deals blah blah blah.
She tells me they're breaking in with master keys. I told her we have no valuables to protect except TVs and she tells me it's about my safety. There is gangsters who kill for initiations and 90% of rapes happen in home invasions.
I could not believe what she was telling me! The scare tactics and intimidation! Then she told me she lives in Centennial and pointed the wrong way and that her house got broken into 3 weeks ago! How convenient for her sales! The whole thing was a joke!
BE HONEST ABOUT BUYING LISTS OF HOMES SOLD AND HOW YOU'RE TRYING TO MAKE SALES! I RESPECT THE HUSTLE, I'VE DONE SALES BEFORE BUT DON'T SHOW UP AT MY DOOR AND TRY TO SCARE ME INTO BUYING A SECURITY SYSTEM!

Don't do business with this dealer. The door to door sales representative have no issue with lying to you to get your business. Luckily, you have three business days to cancel your contract with these crooks.

My experience includes being told there is no contract (when there is), not receiving all the equipment agreed upon, and it being more expensive than they claim. It is not $55.99 flat with no fees.

If you enjoy getting your credit pulled to deal with these liars, then I could recommend it.

Great service! Explanation of system by Jon and installation/training by Justice were top notch, and both were very professional and personable.

Joel was great installing our system and also explaining everything.

We just moved into our brand new home a couple of days before our installation was scheduled. Things are in complete disarray. Boxes and furniture are every where and we have two dogs that will follow you every step you take.

Daniel Ferry showed up at our home bright and early and waded through our moving mess and navigated our relentless animals like a true professional. He went above and beyond to remove a competitors sensors on our entry ways, and did an absolutely fantastic job with our installation of sensors and cameras.

Daniel Ferry is a super friendly guy that meticulously installed everything and even fixed my front door that was not latching correctly.

Also he's a Richard Dean Anderson fan who is brave enough to eat gas station chicken strips. Solid fella and incredible employee, make sure to keep this guy around.

Alex was great, he was very professional and answered every single question I had. The system was explained to me in great detail and he helped me decide the best option for my new home.

Shady sales tactics, lying customer service and technicians. Someone forged my signature on their online contract with added charges that were not disclosed when I agreed to the service. Management was indifferent when it was brought to their attention.

My family and I are pleased with our new home security!! Our technician Steven Molina is the best!!!!! He was punctual, highly experienced, patient, he is an excellent teacher, professional and he went above and beyond for us! The Safe Haven ADT service is excellent. Kyle King was the one who helped us set up the system and he was very detailed with his explanations and was very respectful while setting up the devices around the house. He did a very good job!

Wow. I don't understand why would anyone give this company more than 1 start. I just cancelled my service (obviously had to pay cancellation fee), and this makes me really happy. Definitely this was one of my top 3 mistakes in my life choosing ADT through safe haven. Agent not professional enough to tell us about contract (and i was stupid not going through that in the first place too). Panel is faulty, so I called for the service. I paid the initial visit, but had same problem over and over. They kept asking me to pay for the follow up visit, but it is the same problem!!! If they couldn't fix it, why should I pay for this again?

Service cost is way more expensive compare to other companies. 3 years contract is the worst among all security companies. Please please read and compare security companies before making choices!!! Please do not make same mistake as I did. There are so many other good companies out there that provides much better services at much lower cost! Do not waste your money and time with this company. I even contacted the guy from ADT that they would help me, but no.... All lies, no responses from them.

Thank God PA has a law in place that gives you 72 hrs to rescind the contract!! That law is in place because of companies like Safe Haven! Avoid avoid avoid! On a side note the "installer" Steve Zane was playing some game on his phone the entire install!! Steve kept getting notifications on his phone and he said if he didn't play right that moment his player would die!! I should have thrown him out at that moment! Check the reviews online abt this company! Terrible terrible, buyer beware

Don't do it!!! I have had sevices for 3 months, and I have already have had 4 service calls on top of my original install. Repeat issues with sensors and cameras. They refuse to let me out of my contract but I am not getting any value. They have not been able to get the system to work!!! Many phone calls with support and In-house visits. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Our ADT technician, Rob Thompson, was very knowledgeable when setting up our security system at our new home. He gave great recommendations on where we needed security and also gave good advice on which devices to use in different areas of the house.

Installation was difficult because of the structure of the house which caused problems with the signal reception, but the tech installing the system was able to make it work.

Jeff Roher greatly assisted me throughout the entire process, didn t make anything feel uncomfortable or pressuring and I would highly suggest his service.

We were very pleased with our ADT installation service. Brendan Bates was the technician, and he was wonderful! He texted us to let us know when he would be here, and he arrived on time. After he installed everything, Brendan explained the system in detail and showed us additional components (some of which we had installed as well).

Brendan then ensured that our entire system was working with our phone apps.

On hold for ever, no customer service at all. The technician who drilled a whole for a camera on the back deck, drill a hole in a pipe and left us with some water damage. Now it's impossible to reach anyone.
It was already bad enough that they tricked us as first time home owners in a new neighborhood and sold us something we don't need with the most awful sales tactics ever. We are really disappointed and cannot recommend this company at all.
If someone knocks on your door and want to sell you ADT, send them away. It is scam.

Joel set up our security system and he was great. He explained everything we were getting which made us feel safe knowing the security we were about to get.

This company's sales practices are predatory. If you buy a home in their area they'll show up acting like they work with your mortgage company and your realtor. They call themselves your relocation manager or some b.s. I have told these guys I wasn't interested multiple times, and different reps keep showing up at my door. They try scare tactics to try and get you signed up. This is becoming extremely annoying, because these are essentially used car salesmen, and a simple "not interested" doesn't slow them down. Even if I was interested in ADT, I would find another company to install it. I don't trust company's that use these types of practices.

Safe Haven has provided me with a great experience. From the initial consultation with Eric S. to the install process with Gustavo, the service has been impeccable. All of the details to the service agreement, cost of service and cost of initial install and equipment was made very clear. During installation our tech, Gustavo, ensured everything worked perfectly and even swapped out equipment that wasn t exactly working correctly. We had to leave for an appointment prior to completion of all of our paperwork and the tech came back the next day, a Saturday at that, to finish up with us; talk about good customer service. Definitely recommend.

Tech: Jeff was amazing! Very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. Very professional and funny! He was very patient with myself and family and very willing to explain things more than once. He made us feel like we were old friends and cared about us and not like a customer.
Jeff, in my opinion should be a trainer!
Enjoyed him in our home and he will be always welcome here!

If you want ADT, my advice would be to steer away from Safe Haven. We had a scare in our neighborhood. I talked to the Safe Haven rep and we discussed a security solution. They had someone out there next day to install which was great. The technician ate holes in the solution and discussed $1100 worth of upgrades which felt off. We went with the original solution, but did not feel good about it. The technician let us know that we had three days to think it over starting Thursday. We tried to cancel the following Monday to be told that Saturday is a business day, so we were stuck in a 3 year contract. However, Safe Haven is not open on Saturday and did not respond to my questions on that day. You tell me. Read the fine print because they also add a page to the ADT agreement that requires a signed letter sent by certified mail or delivered to them during that period.

My advice is to block off a whole day of work because this will not be a fast process. The technician was there 4-5 hours and we rushed through all the paperwork and how to use the system in the last 10 minutes...while scheduling a follow-up appointment to finish. It will likely require them coming to your house multiple times. I will never sign paperwork until a job is done again and highly recommend you listen to your gut in the process. I sought out Safe Haven for peace of mind and protection. That is not what I got.

If I could give no stars I would... I had an Safe Haven ADT sale rep come to my door on Tuesday, February 4th, 2020. He came to my door and said he had an appointment with me. He named my husband and said oh did you forget? I made a special trip just for you guys. He then said oh it s cold out here! And basically forced himself into my apartment. I was so discombobulated as he started checking my doors and windows.

This sales man be very aggressive towards me, lied to me, manipulate me. This sales rep checked our credit and got my debit card. He lied and told me they did not have a contract and we could cancel at anytime. LIES! They sign you up for a 36 month contract AFTER they install it.

The sales rep told me we would owe nothing till AFTER the service was provided. I woke up this morning to this company charging me over $100 dollars and had made them monthly recurring payments. I NEVER signed ANYTHING. I never have ANY authorization to change my account or set up a recurring payment. This is fraud! I want my money back or I will be hiring a lawyer. This is unacceptable treatment, behavior, and just plain fraud. I called customer service and no one answered or called me back. This is unacceptable.

Very good experience. Only bad thing was they wouldn't install the thermostat. Shouldn't sell something they want install.
