Don t trust them! Was told I would get $200 to sign up the call was recorded but now that I have already signed the contract and haven t not received the money the salesman, Eric Gardner, is dodged my calls. No one else at safe haven seems to be able to help. Don t trust the sales person.

Michael Tepe was great! He was patient and understanding. He was willing to call my husband who wasnt able to be home during the install to see exactly what we needed.

Probably one of the most painless processes I have ever gone through from the initial sale to the seamless installation. I appreciated how everything was explained step by step.

Mark the sales rep was in town from TX and came by and showed me a system I should have installed. Landon installed the system and he was awesome. He was very personable and showed me how everything worked after he installed. Both Mark and Landon were very professional throughout the transaction and I am very pleased with my new system! Careful when signing with this company. They lock you in 5 years and if you try to cancel expect to pay $1500+ in cancellation fees. Poor customer service as well.

Jeff was great at explaining everything from start to finish. It took a long time, but it was well worth the time and effort. Made sure I knew everything I needed to run the system before he left.

The company is great, and the service is better. The sell rep was willing to bend over backwards to provide best deals. and the tech who came to install was also willing to take the extra mile to give me comfort of knowing my home was being secured. thank you safe haven.

My experience thus far, has been horrible!!!! I was assured no upfront costs, and had agreed to an install of 2 free cameras, along with other peripheral devices that were supposed to be included in my installation. $750.00 later, and 2 unauthorized additional charges of $26.xx and $74.39, I am over it!!! I am terribly disappointed that this company has not been very forthcoming and completely honest and transparent with cost associations. I would never recommend them unfortunately, to anyone!!! I want my MONEY BACK!!! This company has done a poor job of representing ADT and I have never been satisfied with ADT in the past, even as a renter in places I've lived. It's always some catch!!!

Derrick Graves and Chris hunt was great and very professional. They made sure I understood everything and told me all the options of security.

Very friendly and willing to show you how to set up everything. Gary didn't try to sell us anything we didn't want or need. Willing to go the extra mile to make sure the task was met and fully accomplished. I'd reccomend Gary Landsberg to anyone that wants quality work and knowledge.

Be sure to read your contract. There's only 3 days to cancel even though the sales rep says a 2 week trial. Then the cancellation fee is 75% of the contract.

Abe Brown was the technician who installed my security system;

I couldn t be happier with the installation process. Abe was able to make an audible and attach 1 sensor to a window in which I originally thought needed 2. From that, I was able to add security to an additional window that I wasn t going to initially secure.

All in all, it was a great experience & I highly recommend Abe, he s the man!

Our technician (Ben) was excellent, and our sales rep (Jake) gave us a great deal. Things are explained clearly, and all options are presented in a low-pressure format. Excellent service experience by some really nice people. Highly recommend!

Ruben was a phenomenal help for getting our security established. As first-time homeowners, his friendliness and thoroughness helped my family and I to feel secure.

Aliesha Rosales was very helpful and informative during the initial phone call. She helped me save a lot of money and was very thorough as to what I needed. Didn't ever once made me feel obligated to purchase something I didn't want or need. I also feel like if I went anywhere else, I would have payed a lot more. I was able to get a smart door lock, an outdoor camera, and cover all my doors and I payed nothing out of pocket for that equipment. Installation cost was affordable. I thought there would be other costs on top of that but I was pleasantly surprised everything she said was exactly what I was paying for.

Andrew G was also a great technician. He arrived right on time, didn't pressure me to buy anything extra although all the extra products he had were at a good price. He was friendly and showed me how to use the app and helped me customize everything too. Will be calling him to eventually put in a smart thermostat. I definitely recommend!

Wow, I haven t have customer service like this in a long time! This review is for my tech Terry out of the Riverside, CA office. I just had my new home installed with a monitoring system and Terry listener to my father and I s concerns and took into account the uniqueness of the home and came up with a system that got the needs of the home. He was extremely personable and professional. Thank you so much Terry for such a great experience and I will definitely be referring people to your team!

I would love to be able to give less than one star but that is not possible, so I guess I will be giving one star do not go with this company please we were with them for almost a year and when we went to move we called and they wanted a good amount of money to move that wasn t what we were told when we signed up so we argued with them about that for about an hour and just got tired of it and told them we wanted out of our contract because we had been lied to and signed up under false pretenses so we went through the process of buying our selfs out of the contract for just under $1400 this was the first of March about a week later we call the make sure that every thing is canceled so we would not be charged they said yes you are completely canceled out well guess what is pending in our account right now our monthly ADT payment so I call adt and they said we are still in contract and have received no money saying we have payed our contract out so now not only have I been lied to but I have also been stolen from so this company isn t a security company it s a wolf in sheep s clothing pretending to be a security company but truly stepping from its customers please go with vivint or any other company heck just call adt and go with them but avoid this authorized dealer because every time I have talked to adt they have said we are sorry but we can t help you with your problem because you actually aren t even with us you are with our this authorized dealer we will put you in contract with them so all I can say is do your self a favor and go somewhere else!!!!!!

Also the cameras you are paying for are next to useless unless the security system goes off they don t record and if it s at night no IR so they don t really work at all and no sound comes through so good luck with that also

The Technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. The only reason it is not a 5 star no fault to him but the company sent out to 2 trainees with him which prolonged the process. Again no complaint on the customer service just the length of time it took and I believe that had a lot to do with him having 2 trainees at the same time.

Do not trust them, they had a rep knock on the door. Rep gave a name. After some research turns out the name they gave was altered from their name at their company website. WHEN IN DOUBT THERE IS NO DOUBT, don't trust them, don't let them in.

We recently had a new system installed and our rep, Chris Hunt, was amazing. He was professional, intelligent and informative about the products and what they do and scenarios where certain products would be used. We had a pleasant experience.

First I took 1/2 a day off to be there for the tech who never arrived or called. I had to call in to see what was going on. Some time after that I got a text for the sale person saying he was stuck in traffic. They should call right away if they are going to be late. Not have me waiting around. They then apologized and rescheduled a tech for the next day. The tech came out. Very nice. Well he couldn t install the camera and get it working or the door lock. He has to move the main panel key pad thing within 15 feet. He said he would come back in a couple of days. Probably Monday with new equipment and move the main panel and set up the camera. Monday came and went and now it is Wednesday. Again I had to call. No call from tech or customer service for a follow up. They couldn t reach the tech. So they are scheduling another one out. In the mean time I have been fully billed from ADT for services I don t even have. The follow up with this company is not good. People should be calling and keeping in contact with your customers. Thumbs down. I have seriously thought about calling and telling them to come get all there stuff and you have lost my business. If tech does not show tomorrow and if I don t have my system up and running this is what is going to happen.

Had a really comfortable and easy experience with the folks at Safe Haven. No BS, super helpful and honest with us about what we should get to make our first home feel secure.

10 Days outside my 90 day window I call to report a system failure that's been going on since day 15. Yes - I should have called before now but when logs show the date the problem started Safe Haven should have taken some of that responsibility too. I'll cancel my service before I call Safe Haven for anything more.

This company is wonderful! They go WAY above and beyond. I highly recommend ADT to anyone looking for home security

Justice Davis did a great job setting up our system and educating us on how to use the system.

Our experience was decent; Trevor was professional and very thorough.

He explained all of our options multiple times. ADT has several pieces of equipment in order to make your home safe.

The only criticism we had is the excessive "upselling". Trevor, as I stated above was very professional and respectful when he was offering options. We simply wanted what was discussed the night before the install with a Manager. We get it...the more a Rep sells the more commission he or she earns.

Overall it was wonderful! We are grateful for ADT and looking forward to a long working relationship!

Safe Haven Security has very deceptive practices towards the employees and their customers

They are an authorized dealer for ADT even though they have the same deceptive practices as ADT Defenders that was bought earlier this year. Apply to work at ADT corporate.

Do not waist your time with the deceptive practices of an authorized dealer like Safe Haven Security.

No gas, phone or insurance allowance reimbursement. A lot of wear and tear on your vehicle. If you have an accident there is no insurance in place to protect you or your vehicle.

Stop deceiving employees that Safe Haven Security is the largest dealer for ADT in the world; simply not true.

Scott was very thorough, knowledgeable and professional with the installation of our security system. He showed up within the specified time window and walked us through all the possible options. He recognized we were making a big investment in the security system and he gave us ample amount of time to think and ask him questions. He recommended multiple options to optimize and get the best possible system setup within our budget. He also walked us through the security system once it was installed. Overall, it was great to know him and his professionalism and knowledge was spot on!

Jeff Roher was professional, explained everything to us and made us feel comfortable with our new security system. He had a great personality and was fun to work with!

THIS COMPANY IS ONE BIG GIANT SCAM!!!!!!

I have had to dispute charges in 2014 and now AGAIN I got a letter that I have to dispute this company for FALSE CHARGES to my name!

This company STOLE $182 from my bank account!!! It was not promptly returned to me until I had to bother them repeatedly to return my money!
Now they are trying to collect over $1,000 from me for equipment I DON'T HAVE AND RETURNED TO THEM!!!
This debt was already disputed with one company and their OWN debt collectors company decided that I was right! So they have hired a new debt collection company that I got a letter from today! TWO YEARS LATER!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!

STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Edited to add, contact ADT directly and speak with Corporate customer relations regarding your situations! Safe Haven is a scam and ADT needs to know what Safe Haven is putting their customers through and inadvertently ruining the reputation for ADT!

Our Technician, Justice Davis, was professional and courteous. He explained things clearly, letting us know of our options. His knowledge and customer service made me feel I made the right choice in going with ADT.

Trevor Birkhofer did a great job installing and walking us through our new home security.

Rob and Dustin came out and hooked me up and worked through any problems we had with instillation in my 1940s home. They gave me a great security system and now my family feels safe from fire, theft and in a medical emergency. Even my pets are protected when I am not home.

This is worst company I've ever had to deal with. Customer service was awful and beyond rude about the situation. You can't even speak to a manager because "that's not their job and they have other responsibilities than listen to you complain". 10/10 would NEVER recommend going through Safe Haven Security.

Brandon Fine was my technician and he was fantastic. I didnt have to tell him to remove his shoes before going in the house like other tech's. He was full of information and very friendly. I refuse to get another Safe Haven ADT tech for any repair. I will definitely renew and upgrade my ADT after my contract is over only if Brandon Fine is the technician who will install my upgrade.

Chris Hunt, my technician with Safe Haven Security did a good job at setting up our security system and he was professional through out the process.

Safe Haven sent Tamas Varga to our home and he was one of the most honest people I had ever met. He took his time making sure we got the package that was best for our family and for our budget even going as far as calling back to the company twice to try and get us a better deal. Once all that was set he promptly got to work installing the equipment and explaining how everything worked as he went along. It was a true pleasure working with Tamas.

BE AWARE!!!!! If i can give this company a 0 i would! We had a sales person " Nia and Gary" They came over to my house and lied about "personal stuff" than they told us how all of this is included in the "new home owner program" and showed us a video of what all we would have. So we said ok and agreed for the technician to come out the next day. When he came out he started hooking up the system and set down and went over numbers with me i was so shocked because according to GARY all of that was already included. I called Nia and Gary and of course they both said " we didn't say any of that and blah blah and how me and my husband didn't understand them. How do they have the nerve to come to my house and disrespect me. So anyways i called ADT and spoke to someone in retention and he said that they will do all of these things covered plus 3mnths free. So i agreed... i had another technician came out the next day and set up some things and he didn't have everything and he said he would return to completed it. IT HAS BEEN 2 WEEKS HE NEVER CAME BACK!!!!! They have already charged my card and sent me a bill after they told me 3mnths free lol.. also they told me how on the app i can control my lights and see who is at my door and blah blah I CAN'T DO ANY OF THAT LOL. WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD!!!! PLEASE BE AWARE AND IF GARY OR NIA COME TO YOUR HOUSE PLEASE DO NOT LISTEN TO THEM THEY MAKE PROMISES AND LATER GO BACK ON THEIR WORD AND ACT LIKE THEY NEVER SAID IT. BE AWARE BE AWARE!!! - OH AND I FORGOT TO MENTION THEY INSTALLED A "GLASS BREAK FOR ME AND IT CAME DOWN THE SAME DAY" HAHA
