Enrique Villegas is a manager at Safe Haven ADT. I reached out to him yesterday after feeling alarmed about a potential break-in that occurred two homes down from me. I needed to know that my security system was going to protect me. Enrique scheduled an appointment with me the following day; I could not believe how quickly he was able to come. I walked him through my home while he gave me a breakdown of my current equipment explaining the safety and security that my current security system already offers. He was so thorough and extremely professional in answering all of my questions. I needed reassurance which he gave me. Enrique made me feel safe and more secure once he explained that my home was protected very well. He gave me recommendations and other options that I may want to consider. I appreciate Enrique for his honesty and candor. Lastly, he went above and beyond by showing me how to integrate Alexa and my security system together. A++ for his top notch customer service. I would definitely recommend this company and recommend Enrique.
