Okay so I bought my brand new 2015 Chevrolet Traverse back in March. During the sales process I had a good experience. There were some scratches on my vehicle when I bought it and I was told they would be buffed out and taken care of upon bringing my vehicle in to get the environmental package that I purchased for my car taken care of and done. Well, when I came to pick up my vehicle after the environmental package was complete the scratches were not taken care of. I informed the sales associate before I left and he told us to call and make another appointment to come back in and they will take care of it. Well we called and left messages and got no call back. We called again before we moved and again no call back. Myself and my boyfriend have called and left messages with the sales associate that worked with me and left messages for the service manager again no return call. Last week I was able to speak with the sales Manager and he took my information after I gave him a rundown, he said he would call me back. But again I have not heard back. Now here almost 4 months after I bought my car the problem and scratches have not been taken care of! This is not how to do business.

We made an appointment on Saturday at 2pm to look at a car the next day at 1pm. The salesman with whom we spoke named Andrew was advised that we were driving 3 hours for this Sunday appointment. He promised that he would let us know if the car had been sold before we made the drive. We did not hear from him and began the trip. We called as soon as the dealership opened, which was at Noon, to ensure that the car was still there. A supervisor initially said that the inventory manager indicated the car is still available. We clarified because we were already 2 hours into the 3 hour drive. The supervisor then out us in hold and then came back and said the car was sold yesterday. The supervisor was completely unapologetic about it. Not only did the salesman not contact us as he promised, but the supervisor also initially lied and told us the car was still available. We wasted a Sunday and will have driven a total of 4 hours for nothing. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Bait and switch. Given a low internet price and Told that even lower prices available at dealership then Assistant to the Manager Chinny (chimney?) says he won t budge a penny. Also the low internet price is only if you meet ALL specials (which most people never do). Drove 2 hours, next time I will buy local. Fair warning to all don t believe the internet sales department either Chiny or Shawn, they just want to bait you into the dealership. This is my first online review ever so that should let you know how bad they are. Update I called the dealer back per their request. No response. They don t care about customer service, just a show for google reviews. Poster child for shady car dealer. Stay away.

brought in Friday, September 15 promised Saturday promised Monday promised Wednesday then on Friday morning after limited contact was promised Monday the 25th only discounted $20 from cost however did offer loaner car on Saturday the 16th I declined expecting it to be ready Monday I did pick up the loaner car on Tuesday. Service is usually very good as it was this time however the contact was limited I am slightly dissatisfied however the past two years have been very good

Going here reminded me of what excellent customer service looks like. It still exists here! I can't believe they don't have a 5 star average rating right now. It was a joy to work with Terrence, who is a kind and honest person to say the least. I felt no pressure to buy and it was a totally different experience from other dealers. Terrence was very professional. I highly recommend buying from here because they are invested in the purchase working out for you. This is both because they are representing the Chevy brand but also because of the people that work there like Terrence, Alfonso, and Jerry in finance. They aim to build a long term business relationship with you, so they are not going to pull any tricks. To give you an idea of how they went the extra mile, they filled the tank up for me and detailed the car again right before I left with it, and they are going to call tomorrow to check in on how it is going. I actually enjoyed the experience of buying this car.

Went in to buy a car they have advertised on line for 16,304 and they tried to sell it to me for 28,885. It s false advertisement to say the least but pretty scandalous if you ask me. Lots of other dealerships in the area that won t try to deceive you.

Brought corvette in for tire change: Goods- provided a loaner car while service was being done. Bad- the technician who was installing the tire damaged the rim, requiring repair of the rim. This process took 2 weeks ( reference Good of loaner car). I was disappointed that I had to repeatedly call to gain status updates, and was often given incorrect timelines for completion. -extremely disappointed that my 65k plus car was not cleaned when I picked it up. There were salt footprints on the mats ( due to car being outside during snow storms during 2 week delay) and technicians not cleaning their shoes when they got in. Audi and BMW clean the vehicles after service, may want to be a model that you emulate.

Absolutely terrible! Until I went here, I had never actually been talked out of buying a vehicle. The sales associate had the vehicle sold and was great, then the sales manager and a middle man got involved and was playing games like a time vampire. It was an absolutely childish ordeal and I drove over 300 miles to purchase a specific vehicle with the sales manager saying we will beat anyone's price after knowing what I was already being offered... yet they could not even match the price until I said I had enough and was leaving. Then all of a sudden it was easy, just a phone call.... Last I checked, I drove the 300+ miles one way! Do your due diligence and stop being lazy until you know the sale is off the table because your customer is tired of you wasting their time. Unless you are local, stay away. They literally tried the tactic to trap me for more money because I made the drive. Any rebuttal to this ordeal from them is an absolute lie.

I go to NOVA community College and was just walking buy Lindsay Chevrolet, I bumped into Marc Elliott on the lot, I had told Marc that I was just passing through and was not buying and was just killing time, Marc asked if I could give him 5 minutes of my time, Marc gave so much information about a Cruze that caught my attention, turns out the car had more options than I thought, I may look into purchasing one in the future. Purchased a 2017 Silverado 1500, had a check engine light on it, was told it would get fixed. They kept it for 3 days. Got the truck back drove it for a day and now the truck wont run due to to transmission problems. It was a Pre-Certified vehicle but obviously the certification standard wasnt very high. Reaching someone who was able to assist was nearly impossible nobody had answers and didnt get to anything but a bunch of voice mails. I was promised call backs and received nothing. Will never do business here again. Still dont understand how after 1 day on the road my 2017 truck now has transmission problems.

Lindsay Chevrolet, Big Waste Of Time! I live 3 hours away and drove down to Virginia to look at a truck. Turns out the Lindsay Love It Price is contingent on you qualifying for rebates that they give sometimes and not others. They advertise an internet price based on these incentives which you won t qualify for. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

I was in the market for buying a new vehicle and shopping around. Lindsay of course sent emails. Calls, and texts which I understand. I ended up buying from another dealer and even answered every phone call from them to inform them I was no longer in the market. This is where it has gone bad. Every salesman who calls has become pushy with what time I can come in and not interested in what I have to say. When I inform each one I already bought a vehicle they just hang up without letting me ask to remove me from the call list. Take with a grain of salt but maybe the news salesman need a retrain in customer relations. I would call the dealer and ask to speak with someone but I feel they would not genuinely care.

Brought my car in for service June 1st. Replaced spark plugs and cleaned the fuel injection system. Within a week one of my ignition coils failed. Now they want me to pay $500 to replace it. Had them check the warranty on my car. Turns out it expired at the beginning of the year. I only purchased the car 2 years ago, and they sold me a 5 year extended warranty but failed to mention that it was from the original sell date in 2014. I would have never purchased a 2 year warranty!! These people are trying to steal your money and whenever you try to get a hold of somebody to help you, they pass you around, and no matter how many messages you leave, they never get back to you. I am very dissatisfied with this dealership and wont do business here ever again.

My experience with Chinedu was easy and comfortable. He followed up with me and to top it off he saved a car that I had been interested in. I was in the process of moving and my timing wasn t as expected and he stuck it out with me and kept his word that he would not sell the car under me! Phenomenal job on his part. He sold me in the customer service. Lindsey was friendly and very professional and gave me great insight into what to expect from my vehicle considering she drives the same thing in a newer version. Your dealership has earned a new customer, can t imagine dealing with any other dealership, as I have had nightmare scenarios before

I was in the market for a 2016-2018 Camaro 2SS with kalahari interior. I happened to be in the Woodbridge area at the time and saw Lindsay Chevrolet had the exact model for which I had been looking. However, the pricing on the website is a bit convoluted in terms of figuring out which incentives, if any qualified, and the out the door price. Despite this, I do the financing Chevrolet financing application for which I was instantly approved. I also had approvals from Pentagon Federal Credit Union and USAA. On my drive to Lindsay, I got a call stating that my finance application was approved and to bring my pay stubs, which I already had on me. The dealership closes at 8pm and it was roughly 7:20 by the time I arrived. The finance person said he would have a gentleman by the name of Angel meet me when I arrived. I met Angel and we proceeded to a desk where they immediately got another finance application for me to complete. At this point I m confused. I had already been approved and received an alert from USAA that GM Financial had pulled my credit. Why am I being asked to do another application? Anyway, I do it because the finance manager says he needed a signed paper version and to just transfer, from the printed application he had, to the paper version. At this point I m doubly confused, why couldn t I just sign the application he printed with my information on it. So I go ahead with the application and sign it. Angel asks me for the key to my current vehicle, which I would be trading to get the VIN and mileage. No fewer than 10 minutes go by and my credit has been pulled by 5 different lenders. I m sitting at the desk alone for over 30 minutes. 30 minutes turns into 45 minutes, not even a peep. They haven t even brought the vehicle that I inquired about around for me to see. We haven t talked about out the door price, USAA member pricing, Costco member pricing or GM Supplier Discount yet. I see all the representatives huddled in the finance office but no one has come out to me, apologized for the wait, asked if I wanted a bottle of water, thanked me for my patience or updated me on the status. After about 50 members, I go over, tap Angel on the shoulder and ask him for my key so I can leave. He asks, why the rush? , to not cause a scene I simply said, I need to get back to my wife, not to mention I ve been here for an hour. I haven t seen the car and I don t know where we are on anything. He asks for 5 additional minutes, and I say ok. After 5 minutes the finance manager comes out and says, we need more time. I told him I need to leave. They set me up with an appointment to come back in on Sunday 11/19, which I did not go to. I got a voicemail from Angel on Monday 11/20 saying, good news we have you squared away. So I call him back about 15 minutes later and leave him a voicemail asking that he return my call. 2 hours later, I don t get a call back so I call again, once again I get his voicemail. He has yet to return the call. I won t go back in Lindsay for them to waste my time. They didn t even ask if I had already secured financing to determine if they could beat the terms prior to submitting my information to every no name bank known to man. They didn t tell me how much they appraised my trade. They didn t get me pricing. They didn t even bring the vehicle around for me to see. I ve already bought the exact same model, trim and color I was looking for, with the additional magnetic ride control suspension for less than the asking price on Lindsay Chevy s website after all their convoluted incentives for which no one qualifies. I shouldn t have wasted my time. Listen to the reviews, they aren t wrong.

I just went to Lindsay Chevrolet to get a part for my 2012 Chevy Colorado pickup. It was a bit expensive, but since I couldn't find it online I didn't have a choice. I called & found that they had the part & stopped by & got it. The people at the parts counter were pleasant & helpful. And, best of all, no salespeople swarmed around my truck when I drove into the parking lot.

This was a terrible experience. We were car shopping for a second vehicle today. The sales rep put all his focus on my s.o. and pretty much ignored me completely. They walked much faster than I could get my toddler to go and the whole thing seemed rushed. He had an appt on the way, so it most likely was. I waited inside while my s.o. went for a test ride. He came back and liked the car and the way it drove so we asked for the numbers. They insisted a number could not be given unless a credit check was run. We insisted that it wasn't necessary as we are car shopping, going several places and would only allow the "winner" to run the credit check, no joke, he directed us to the website... I informed him I was looking for the estimate to the car we wanted to actually buy vs just a standard model. We did however show them our credit score of 780. Apparently, this was not enough to get an estimate. I think they saw "born yesterday" stickers on our foreheads. As I argued with the second rep that was brought over, he simply gave me this incredulous look as if I was the one acting out of line. I just wanted to know about how much we would be looking at, this is not hard. I got up and walked out. The GM followed us out to the car and apologized, but then added in that he "sells 300 cars a month and everyone has good credit until it gets checked." Really? Calling your customer a probable liar is a good way to get them to come back and do business? Good luck with that buddy. We WILL be leasing a second vehicle and it will NOT be with them.

Immediately greeted by DJ when we got to the door. Very professional. The lounge was clean and inviting with plenty of room to sit and watch tv. Even with terrible weather outside, DJ showed interest in my needs for a new vehicle and showed me to each one that I wanted to look at. We went to the second lot where he let me browse and answered any and all questions smartly. During the paperwork process, DJ was very attentive and helped in getting me the price I wanted and tried his best to add more to benefit me with more commodities. Definitely recommend Lindsay Chevrolet and DJ.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! By far the worse dealership ever. These people are shady and will try to take as much money from you as they can. Purchased a vehicle January 201, and since have been calling because we never received tags which at time of signing had informed the finance and sales person it would be out of state. We received a 2nd key that is for another car, and they are refusing to give correct key (bought 2017 they gave us 2016). Have called every day about tags and everyone keeps saying they will call back, but never do! this is 2nd time we've had to request new temporary tags at last minute because again, they never follow up. They had nerve to call and get $900 more for registration of the vehicle, because they failed to get the correct information, even after being told several times the vehicle would be registered in another state. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Yesterday me and my husband went to Lindsay Chevrolet and was greeted by a gentleman name Wendell Thurman. Mr. Thurman walked us through the entire process and it became too late......LOL so we decided to go home and Mr.Thurman ensured us that we he arrived to work at 10am he was going to continue the process and give us a call ..... So I was still sleep when my husband walked through the door around 11am from work and said to me let's get to moving. My husband informed me that Mr.Thurman contacted him and expressed that he had good news so we needed to come to the dealership. So I got it together and we went to the dealership. Again upon arrival, Mr. Thurman again came and greeted us at the door he had other customers that he was taking care of so he sat us down and gave us something to drink. While working with his other customers he was able to multi task and take care of us also. Which I thought was excellent and extrodinary. Mr. Thurman than completed our deal and again walked us through the entire process of our new purchase vehicle from Lindsay Chevrolet.....I wanna say thank you so much Mr. Wendell Thurman for all your time and patience with me and my husband through this process because as you can see we are a handful at times. But you really made our day not just our day but our entire family was happy and in love with our new purchase.........If you are looking to purchase a new car go and see Mr.Wendell Thurman he is the bomb ..............Saved the best for last we drove away in our new 2020 Chevy Traverse(the top of the line #1) Not bragging just screaming hallelujah thank you Jesus for that blessing its a beauty!!!!!!!!!!

Poor costumer service. Lack of training, I was there yesterday waste almost 5 hrs it was kind of weird not even give me a copy of my credit report, and when I asked about my score they couldn t even answer they just see their face each other there were like 3 the manager and 2 sales men, they want me to pay about 1,000 of monthly payment for a car that it s 37,000 for 84 months. Not even the manager was really trained I asked them again what s my credit score and instead of giving me a copy and offers from banks to see and decide what s the best offer for me they were just guessing my monthly payment. Very disappointed, very unprofessional. And after wasting 5 hrs just left there cause I didn t accept their deal. Forgot to mention manager name Derryl.

Bought a 2015 camaro ss, was a huge hassle eventually located the car I wanted on my own and had it shipped to lindsay where they tried to sell me every add on under the sun. Two years go by and my truck starts to die so I go back to look at a brand new silvarado that they could not locate, fortunately enough they had plenty of Silverado's all more expensive then the base model I wanted. After two hours my wife locates the vehicle on a back lot we test drive it and make a full piece as advertised offer just to be given a counter offer of ten thousand over advertised. SCAMMERS . Not to mention the four times it took them to fix my airbag light, on 3rd attempt the light was still on when they brought the car out of the bay, good thing I took off work early to not pick up my car. If you like your mental fitness in fact please avoid them, it will only frustrate you. If you can make it to Ted Brit Chevrolet ask for Scott he will take care of you.

I went through USAA Buying Service to find a 2015 Corvette. While many local dealers sent an "automatic"email, Nathan was the first to call and follow-up. We met and discussed a variety of options, and he offered I should order a new one from the factory, I never considered that option. We built one and now I own one. I have been driving Vettes for 36 Years, and this was my 5th Vette purchase. Great experience and a pleasure to deal with during the purchase. More impressive is his follow-up post sale!
