Originally I rated them 5 starts because the tech that came out (Justice) was a really nice guy. But now that I think about it, it has been nothing but a headache and frustration with this company. So starting from the beginning my realtor referred a woman named Amanda Eddings (Mandi) to go over all the deals and upgrades I would be receiving. She asked me a couple questions about what I was looking for in a security system and suggested two doorbell cameras, glass break system, and a upgrade to a touchscreen panel for free . I told her I wanted to go over all the information she provided to me with my spouse first. She continued to talk about how much of a deal I would be receiving due to them having half off installation for the month of December and asked for my debit card information. I was thrown off guard but provided my debit card information anyways because I knew I wanted and needed a security system for my home. Mandi never went over how any of the systems worked with me briefly but told me I wouldn t have to pay the technician anything when he arrives and it should be notated in the notes for the technician. Fast forward the technician arrives (Justice Davis) and he was a very nice and friendly person, after he set up the panel he informs me that a doorbell camera wouldn t work because my doorbell is battery operated and said we could get different cameras instead in replace of that to accommodate what I was paying for monthly. Justice also told me that it also runs off of WiFi which I wasn t expecting that on top of I didn t have WiFi at the time because I just moved into a new house, he also told me that I had gaps as far as coverage for my glass break system and would cost me an extra 1080.00 for him to add protection for the other windows which was only two other windows, he told me I could get on a payment plan for about $97 a month EXTRA for the equipment, And that they would just bill me in the mail monthly but the next day the company ran my debit card that I provided to Mandi originally. Before I realized they ran my card without permission we rescheduled for another day to have cameras put in, I spoke with a customer service representative and told them a 4-6pm window would work best for me and they ended up scheduling a technician out at 2pm so I had to reschedule AGAIN! When the technician finally came out it was someone new (Ben) when he arrived he had one indoor camera I told the technician I was confused because I didn t need a indoor camera he gave it to me anyways and suggested I call to figure it out since his hands are tied. Let s just say they will be getting a phone call from me Monday morning to cancel and give they re equipment back.
