The worst experience ever. It felt like everyone wants to hide information from you just for their personal interests to tie you to a deal. I wasted my 2 days and it was all for nothing because they didnt give me priority and they kept saying please have a seat and we are working on it when i can literally see they are helping the more "valuable" customers. Which made me feel really bad to the point where i felt like if i had more money to put down they would treat me better. Just a terrible experience. Definitely going somehwere else to buy the car where you get good customer service.

They take FOREVER for even the simplest services! Minimum of 2+hours for an oil change, with an appointment, and they ask if you want a complimentary car wash. When you say no, they do it, when you say yes, they don't. I'll be happy to never come here again.

I have always had a very good experience, I don t know if it is because of Mr Dwayne who is always courteous and lets you know more or less if the wait is longer than expected. The service is much much better than Bill Page Toyota where I initially bought my RAV4 hybrid from and where I had to wait 3 hours for the first scheduled maintenance. Priority is the way to go as far as I am concerned.

I was really unfortunate to buy the used car although it is toyota certified car with only 20,000 miles on it. A month has just passed by and I started to have noises from breaks I came here and to talk to them about it and as expected they are like it s been a month we can t do anything. I met with a Pre owned sales Manger Karim Motaweh and he was talking to me as if I have said something offensive to him. He was aggressive yet he was saying respectfully after every sentence. I am not missing any point so people should be aware how they will treat you after you had bought the car not when you are here to buy it.
I do understand it s brakes but still I don t like the way I was treated.
I would highly recommend don t buy the used car from this place.
New cars are good everywhere. Don t buy this certified pre owned cars thing it s just a lie.
They people don t give a damn after you bought the car from them.

The salesman Mauricio really helped us through the whole purchase process on our two times visit. We decide to buy the car from Priority not because of the lifetime of oil change and other stuff, it was really because Mauricio's willingness to help his customer and his honesty on trying to share with us what he could. When we asked one of the employee on the phone to ship our new plate home since we were out of state, and I think somehow he forgot or whatever the reason might be. Mauricio drove to the house and left the plate after his long hours shift after the sale has closed. We really glad his assistance with the whole buying process, it showed true care for the customers. Not just getting his sale and walked away.
I give this review a four star because the final buying process, the financing and extra sales stuff really took a long time for something about 3 hours, waiting for a long time really wasn't a pleasant time, especially when you got two hungry adult there and ask them to just wait after wait.

My experience with the service department has been either good or bad. This last experience was today was good. I purchase my 2016 Toyota Prius from is dealership in July of 2016. The sales department then was great. The service department is sometimes good; sometimes bad. I have come to understand that it is the coordinating service adviser who can determine what type of service experience you have at this dealership. The person I had today was exceptional. Mr. D. McClain is a great listener.
I was pleased with the service I received because he kept me informed. And because of this I didn't mind waiting.

Springfield location is too busy to pay attention to details. When you buy into the "Priority" experience in northern VA you're essentially limited to the Springfield location for service. This dealership is under enormous pressure to get them in and send them out. It shows. While I have no trouble with the employees, the pressure they are under produces errors, omissions and lack of detail attention. If there were another option for another "Priority" dealership in NOVA I would definately give them a shot.

I have headaches when I go to this dealer.the service give to me is nor reasonable.Please give to me reasonable services recommendation.
1.why you asked me replace the tire with in 28k?this tire is original from priority and at least must run 60k to 70k miles.the service was given by priority until 25k for free.why you did not tell me uneven wear of my tires.if so why you did not do alignment? You did not see the car well and you wait me for payment? What do you think about it?
If the tire has problems you need to replace it by the factory warranty, because the tire worn less most factory warranty which 60k miles.
2.why some cars have car wash and you do not to me?
3.why you did not clean inside that you covered plastic when you give to me service.
Next time I come give me your reasonale service please.

No. No. No. They will fill your email with spam about cars you didnt ask for, and they dont stop. They will have sales guys call and call after repeated asking them to stop. The some sales guy named Paul will hang up on you when you call them to tell them to stop calling and emailing. Then 2 hours later another sales guy will call... their "priority" is to drive you insane so you will do business with them... leave me the hell alone.

Can't lie about this place. One of the best dealers in the NoVa area. Awesome staff. Super helpful, clean dealer, not like other smaller dealers where sales people jump on you like colturess circling a carcass. Anthony Vargas was an awesome help with getting my wife her new car! Will defiantly visit them in the future

Every time I bring my car for a regular service/maintenance, different assistant service managers are there (they must have a very high turn over rate) and do not appear to give a damn about their jobs. They do not follow-up with services. I had to call many times to find out what s going on for the car I dropped off. No one ever returns my call. An assistant service manager (Paul) was a very snobby guy, who talks with very condescending attitude and did not follow-up with my inquiry. I plan to go to a different service center next time.

Good luck trying to figure out what new tires, mounting, balance, and disposal costs. All the "service dept" can do is ask you if you would like to schedule an appt, but they need an "advisor" to tell them what basic labor costs are for these things but they are always unavailable answering simple questions for the rest of the uninformed service staff. I don't understand why in the world the parts dept needs to weigh in on labor costs. They did give me the direct line the parts dept and I am 1 out of 8 today reaching them.

On the other hand, this place is great for recalls which there seems to be plenty off. Best part is, they get $0 of your money.

Take your regular maintenance to a local business instead. Unless of course you know how to do basic maintenance yourself. If you do, (hint: you're not toyota's ideal clientel) and are concerned about costs before you commit to having someone else do the things that require specialized equipment, then look elsewhere. Otherwise, plan about 3 days ahead of time to get someone on the phone that knows what they are talking about.

I am sure that at least 10% of the staff know cars well enough to discuss servicing them with you.

The salesman called Jae was very passionate and tried to accommodate our schedule. It was a very fast process and pleasant experience at Priority Toyota. I bought a used certified toyota camry 2019. The salesman was very good (Alex) and very helpful. However, the manager with whom we were trying to negotiate about all cost, he was very very rude and aggresive. He lied about a lot of things. The cost which he added on the vehicle (PDI) was irrelevant and this cost was a scam. There should be no PDI on this and I have confirmed with all the dealership. He was trying to show that he is negotiating deducting the PDI price which was totally irrelevant. I did the trade on with my old car also and they showed they gave me a price deduction in that price but they didnt. I went there after driving so many miles but I didnt like the behavior of the manager who was dealing with it. He was very disrespectful. I am not happy with the way they treat customers and play the game of misleading someone.

Our sales rep., Kirk, was excellent. I came in looking for him due to having read a strong review about him from a satisfied customer and he was the one who greeted us as we walked into the door. Kirk took his time with us, answering all of our questions over the course of two days and was very knowledgeable from all angles. He also worked with us to get a great deal on our highlander, matching a lower offer from another dealer and getting the nod due to the "Priority Package" offered at this dealership. We are very happy with our purchase overall. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that the finance department did not give us the APR rate that we expected based on the Toyota website calculator. We will be shopping for a better rate after Christmas.

Salesperson took the time to help my wife pair her iPhone with the RAV 4. Finance did not pressure us into purchasing extra stuff like warranty, etc, just gave the straight facts.

I used to avoid this location from previous experience but my new service adviser Paul Sonnahalter, has got me believing again. Prompt responses and lots of updates about how long my vehicle was going to take. Found an issue with the car during routine oil change and got it fixed at the same time.
If you are like me and avoided this location, it is time to give them a second chance. Contact Paul and he will take care of you.

if you want a lips service and lies go to this dealership .i was referred by my friend who bought a car from this dealer one year ago and i found one used car that i really like and through the discussion with the salesman named wahib i asked a question about how many keys i will get if i ll buy the car and he told me that i will get just one but i can make a double from home depot and it will cost only two dollars .
i purchased the car and two day after that i went to home depot to get the double key and i was surprised when that will cost more than 100 dollars because it`s not a regular key.i went today to see them but i was chocked with the behavior of Mr Sten Gutierrez the used car director at that dealership who ignored and diminished my concern since the cost of they is not a big concern which my be true for a million dollars business but it matters for a simple costumer who does not earn that much money .consequently i recommended to friend who been with to buy a car to leave right away after the meager`s behavior .It `s a business role if you keep selling lies to your costumers you will ruin your company . i decided to make a double key from home depot but i was so disappointed and i will never go there anymore and i don`t want anybody to face the same issue and deal with those liars .

I got an awesome price on a BMW convertible. Veronica was great. Everyone is so professional. I would highly recommend buying a car here. I was lucky because someone traded in a BMW for a Toyota. The other places I went felt like scams. I kept catching the sales guys at other dealerships in lies. But I liked that Veronica gave me her personal cell phone. Also, I brought a friend with me who is a mechanic at Passport BMW in Bethesda to check out the car before I bought it and the staff at Priority Toyota put it on the ally (I think that s what it s called) so he could check out underneath the car too. He said the car was in awesome condition. I am so happy I got an amazing car for a fantastic price. Amar was helpful too (especially when I hit a little snag trying to get insurance).

Buyer beware! Stay far away. Used car dept worst I have ever dealt with. Does not provide ANY details of major or minor flaws. Does not honor warranty posted. You pay inflated 50% of neccessary repairs after purchase. Safety issues not told to customer. So called 160 point pre inspection is a joke. Value n.a.d.a 10k to 12k would not sell less than 17k. Needs work! And no contact after sale for parts.

Stay away from this place. They lie and cheat their customers. I bought a car more than a month ago and they told me that the oil change will be free for life. But when I checked the paperwork I found out I will pay about $ 2,000 for that. I returned to them and asked to cancel the agreement, but they began to lie. First, they said I had to wait 90 days. Then they gave a numbers to call. When I called the numbers it directed me to them and when they answered they said everyone is busy, we'll call you back later but they didn t. Currently I am trying to cancel the agreement because it just a waste off money. If you are looking for a reliable place to buy a car, do not go to Toyota priority in Springfield and do not believe that they will give you any free service. They just say it to make customers buy the car.

I recently bought a Toyota Highlander from this dealership and everything was ok until I set up online account and find out that the price , interest rate and term we agree on are a way different from what I signed. It s over by 15k and I have my documents and witness at the time when I bought the car. I ve been trying to figure out what s going on but no response from them until now. Even when I came in person they told me that no one available to see me and some one will call me to set up appointment but no one called, when I called again they told me to wait for 72 hours to have someone just to talk to me. I have to call the bank to solve the issue but they send me back to them. It s unbelievable that something like this can happen. Now I m paying 50k plus interest rate for Highlander LE plus can u believe that?
However the original deal was to remained balance after down payment 28k for 48 months interest rate 3.3

Worst customer service! Kevin sold me a car that supposedly had nothing wrong with it then find out the a/c isn t working! Come back to the service dept and they try to charge me $300 to fix it when I had this car for only a month. This is rediculous! Words can not describe how upsetting this is when you pay $9000 in cash for something that doesn t come with the things that they say included! Arian is very rude and did not help at all and try to get smart and have an attitude! Looking down on people is not right and have better training in people and customer care! You would think they would care by they only want to make a sale then when you have an issue within a month try to slap you with a bill. Not helpful at all!

Beware! I scheduled an appt two weeks out to get a safety recall taken care of. When I arrived, they said they didn't have the part, but they would give me a rental car until it comes in at no charge to me (I'm sure the bill goes to Toyota). I asked why they didn't order the part when I made the appt. No answer. I said no thanks and he had the nerve to say he shouldn't let me leave!?!?! The safety recall only affected the front passenger seat (airbag issue) - nothing to do with safe driving. Pure bullying to make an extra buck! Not only will I not go back for recall work, I won't go back for oil changes (as I had been doing) and I won't purchase a vehicle there.

My elderly uncle purchased countless cars from this dealership, did all his service work at this dealership and always recommend this dealership to family members, today I went into the dealership to assist my uncle in getting his WARRANTY that he PAID for his NEW BATTERY, because they had given him a defective battery that keeps dieing every DAY Or two, we come in as normal customers go to the service section that he had initially purchased the battery and explained the situation, the two employees that were assisting us were unprofessional to my uncle and kept saying that he has to purchase another battery because they can t pull it up in they re system , my uncle asks how much they d charge for another one for they replied we ll give you at our dealer cost and it was double the price that he had payed a month or two ago, I confronted them about why it was double then they lowered the price, needless to say this dealership is dishonest and untrustworthy and has lost a very good customer.

I've come to really appreciate Priority Toyota's servicing of not only my vehicle, but of me as a customer. The service is done well, and reminders of the next check-up are always noted on your car's dash. They also provide a stellar waiting area that is attractive, inviting, informative (two TV choices to view while you wait), kept clean, and makes any wait bearable. I wish more Toyota dealerships would follow their quality servicing example!

I had to post this because I had an app @ 11, I came on time. I ended up walking out @ 2:30 pm.Even though I just needed an oil change, emission, inspection. I seriously don t ever post reviews. But next time you go here make sure you push the workers because the one I was assigned had no consideration/care to get me out as soon as possible. It was just the lack of consideration as if I was not even there. She didn t even apologize or care.

I was very disappointed with the way I was treated...

I was very disappointed with the way I was treated. The car was in for safety inspection, which I thought was something that you do and if there is something wrong you alert the client to let them know why the car could not pass.
The associate who was in charge of my car failed my car, did not call to let me know why the car had failed only to get a call after 2hrs (E Cruz) saying the car was ready after 2hrs of waiting, no mention of the car failing because of torn wipers. To me this was unacceptable, this is not my first car but from my previous experiences someone would call you and let you know why the car was not passing inspection then it would be up to me to correct the issues and have them corrected. My car was apparently failed because of torn wipers. Of course, I understand it is a safety issue but let me know so I can have you replace it, that is all the reason why the car was brought in first place. Do not just assume I was not able to pay for the wipers. This is not the first time I have brought my car in.
This associate was rude from the torn of his voice. He was not at all pleasant. I just fill like looking for another Toyota place to take my car. I work in a service industry, and this is not the way you treat your customers.

Once again very disappointed, 2hrs of waiting and a call to tell you the car is ready, when the car was not ready (UNACCEPTABLE)

She was told that there is a law about the thickness of the brake pads and she can t leave the dealership with out fixing it yes. They made it sound like she has To Do it!!!! We did inspection 3 months ago and she barely drives the car!!

We will be reporting this behavior!

I purchased a new 2018 Toyota Corolla from Priority Toyota Springfield this passed week and I could not have been more pleased with the experience. I worked with both James Hibbert and Christina Cowan and they were both fantastic. As this is my first time purchasing a vehicle, I greatly appreciated the way James made the process as painless as possible. He was very pleasant and explained everything in a way that a new car buyer could easily understand. Christina went above and beyond to make sure I got the new college graduate discount and that I was comfortable with my new vehicle from a financial standpoint. One or two other team members stepped in to help out and provide advice as well. Overall, I am so glad I chose Priority Toyota and look forward to taking care of my vehicle there.

The dealer is the most dishonest dealer in this area. My husband leased a RAV4 but he lost his job due to COVID19. I called them and asked them how they can assist us.. Their response was we dont care we cant help you at all., Dealership does not help you. It is your problem
Please take your business where honest people and human being are doing business.

Actually we came in talk to the manager and they gave it the same response. Stop responding and acting . This place should close down and sell watermelons. They might be better at that.

The parts were in stock and I got an AMAZING deal saving me hundreds of dollars. I regularly service my car at priority but this was my first emergency. They have my business for life!!

My husband purchased a vehicle at Priority Toyota of Springfield. He had nothing but great things to say about the sales person (Gustabo Arguera Granados). After the sale, we noticed a problem in the sales contract. Normally, after a contract is signed and the vehicle leaves the lot not much can be done. Everyone is nice enough, but we waited 2 hours for a service that should have taken minutes. Moreover, it was their oversight during the process of buying the used car that caused us to have to return. Sadly, it's what I expect from a car dealership. We certainly were not a priority. Jeffrey and Nicole were as helpful as possible.

First of all, I would encourage everyone to research the price of the vehicle you wish to purchase from multiple dealers to get the lowest price you want to pay. Once you have negotiated the price, walk in with a check from your local credit union bank to avoid the hassle of dealing with finance people.

The finance folks here are clueless. They don t walk you through the contract, play with APR numbers (even with good credit) and make errors. I had to make multiple trips to get my finance situation straighten out.

Folks here are just not professional and lack courtesy to customers except some.

I m sure they will reply back wanting to find out who I am. I don t want to disclose my name on Internet. Sorry!!!

The main drive battery on my 2007 Prius failed. I took it to the nearest place, Priority Toyota. They wanted $3746.71 for the battery and added a bunch of other service recommendations for a total of $5232.76 (about what the car was worth). My battery warranty was one year beyond the the 8 year limit. I called Toyota corporate and got them to knock off $1000. Unfortunately, they arranged with Priority to get it done. I had read the reviews which put this dealer near the bottom of area Toyota dealers. I did a lot of reading at Prius Chat and went back to Priority. My guy there was Luis Galarza, who seemed a nice guy, but he was clearly doing the dealer upselling dance with me. In fact, he said the original battery replacement cost was actually north of $4000 as "we had discussed." He had never mentioned anything like that. I had his estimate in my hand. I was having none of that. He backed down. Later he said that it was a misunderstanding. Maybe.

I walked through the rest of the estimate with him and just went with one modified other service. Then, on the advice of an attorney friend, I wrote Luis an email with my clear understanding of our agreement. Next time I will record the agreement on my phone when I face an expensive repair.

After that they gave me a nice free loaner car and Luis seemed to work hard to let me know when the battery had been received and worked quickly to put it in. So far, so good.

Would I go back to Priority? Probably, but definitely with my guard up.

I had the best experience with Teddy over the week...

I had the best experience with Teddy over the weekend! After stopping by priority, we checked out a few nearby dealerships and one was terrible, the other so-so. Either way, Teddy and the team at Priority blew everyone else out of the water. I'll definitely recommend Priority and specifically Teddy to anyone looking for an honest, car buying experience. The finance team is also very honest, I wish I took down their names but one of them was an older gentleman who mentioned he'd only been there a few days. Overall great experience!

If you re looking to buy I recommend dealing with Marcelo. He is a one of a kind salesman and you can t find someone like him anywhere else. For the most part my experience was okay, however there were a few miscommunication in the finance department when I purchased my vehicle. In the feature, I will be coming again however I do not wish to have Sam as my finance person. This location is really big, it offers a nice size Kid Zone, Clean bathrooms, lots of waiting room chairs and much more. I do recommend coming here only if you re going to work with Marcelo!
