Our install tech was very professional, informative and patient with us. Mr Earnest Wayne Casket Jr showed up on time, had everything laid out and completed most of the Insta) day one. Was very mindful of any mess he made and assisted us in fully understanding our system prior to leaving. He did reschedule a second day to install the ring door bell, because we couldn't find the power for the original door bell. He again showed up on time to the minute. Installed the new bell and set us up with training and reviewed all of the paper work. Great job! Will recommend ADT to all who I know need security systems. Well at least Safe Haven Security. We hope the monitoring side is as professional. We haven't had the system long enough to say more for ADT side of the house specifically. Contact us in a month or two for any follow up questions.
