RCP Management Company Review

I have been working with RCP for almost a decade and I have been impressed with the quality of their hires, their professionalism, reasonableness and general responsiveness. Whether it is an issue to our condo's common areas or need for bespoke advice they have been terrific.

They provide excellent management services. They are not the board of directors so don t complain about board decisions. They are honest and trustworthy advisors.

I am having the exterior of my house painted and needed to know the exact colors. Russell Prinzi came out the next business day and texted me the information I needed. He was professional and attentive to my concerns.

RCP does a great job assuring that our surroundings are maintained and aesthetically pleasing not just on my property but throughout the development. Their fees are very fair and on the low side compared to most of New Jersey. Sandra Harms has always been available to me whenever I had a question or concern.

In my view, Katherine is the most responsive, professional property manager I've had to deal with since I've been living in this building. Her demeanor is always friendly but professional and I've found her to be incredibly responsive to questions or owner needs, providing guidance as necessary.

Katherine Henriques is my Building's manager at the Executive House and I just want to give her big thank you for being so helpful and responsive to my own issues within my unit. This management company is a very professional company. Even during this pandemic Katherine still made sure to be transparent and communicative with me. I am a new home owner and she definitely helped me feel more at ease knowing I can trust someone to help me with any problems. I feel much better now that my issues have been resolved. I would recommend working with Katherine and this management company.

I have known the owner, Mary Faith since her days as our property manager in Lawrenceville in the 90's. She was excellent in her role. Now we have Svetlana Malinsky as our property manager. She is the best manager this community has EVER had and I have been here for 11 years! No task is to difficult and she is hands on when something needs to be done. Her responsiveness to email after business hours is just part of her concern for residents and the community in all. She deserves a 10 star rating.

Katherine Henriques is our property manager . She is extremely diligent and responsive even on weekends! She goes above and beyond the call of duty.

We were self managed for a long time but wanted to bring in a management company. Went with RCP and very satisfied with results. Our financials are stronger and I feel the complex is in much better shape. Katherine is super responsive when it come to requests.

Here in the Elements community we have had many property managers come and go. When Svetlana Malinsky came to us, we thought she was too good to be true. Right from the beginning she made it a point to get to know the residents and has worked conscientiously with the board and the various committees. The welfare of our community means as much to her as it does to us. She works well with all of the contractors and knows how to solve problems. She responds quickly to emails even after hours from her home. She goes above and beyond with everything she is responsible for. We are very grateful to have her as our property manager and we hope she is here to stay.

This would be a 5-star rating for our current property manager, Svetlana Malinski, but we have suffered through many changes in mulitple property managers over the past several years. We have lived at the Elements of West Windsor for over 11 years and Svetlana is the best manager we have had. She is friendly, conscientious, professional, and quick to respond to any question.

Depends on who is the community manager. Very pleased with new manager. The previous one who was here for decades was very unprofessional and treated homeowners like tenants.

RCP Management Company is extremely professional. Their response time is great and they understand the importance of good communication. They do a great job balancing out the needs of the homeowners and the mission of an HOA within the framework of keeping CVCC a great place to live.

Also call all your property manager on their phone day time and see how many responding. My property manager never picks phone and screams on owners if asked in person. She have the blessing of our corrupt board members.

Since Jackie took over things have improved considerably. She and her staff get the jobs done fast and efficiently.

I own a condo/townhouse. Once in a while there are issues and normally HOAs don't respond or not helpful. Katherine Henriques is the community manager at RCP for my development and whenever I need anything they are prompt efficient and respond. I even ask for mundane things and they provide it. Appreciate all their help despite COVID they are working and taking care of NJ

I have the opportunity to work with Svetlana at Elements as a member of the finance committee and pond committee. She is by FAR the best property manager we have ever had. She not only works so incredibly hard, but she sees problems before they develop. I am so thankful for Svetlana being a part of our community.

If I could give them zero stars I would This is by far the WORST MANAGEMENT COMPANY. They offer no assistance, with anything. Anything that's wrong with your building, don't expect them to step up and assist. You're on your own. They have no idea what they're doing or how to manage anything. I own in a building that just had to have a complete facade done. They changed all the windows. You'd think there was trim around the windows when they pulled it out, that they would replace it. Absolutely not. It's a 1/2 ass job at best. They put the completion of the window trim on the owners. Not only that, if you're replacing the facade and the windows, you should have your contracts check to make sure everything works. Nope. 2 windows already not working. The cranks are coming off the hing. When I contacted the management, might I add with numerous calls, no one is willing to call back and all they do is respond via email with their word scramble. Frustrating to say the least. It's absolutely unbearable dealing with them.....THEY SHOULD BE FIRED!!!!!!!!!!!! For anyone looking to buy anything, make sure RCP is not your management company. You'll be sorry. All these 5 star reviews are clearly bogus. No one in their right mind would even give them 1 star let alone 5.

Worst management company. Zero transparency with financials. Refuses to send me, as a homeowner, the yearly audit! I have the legal right to know where my money is going. Horrible at negotiating services as we are over paying for grounds and snow removal. Community is starting to look horrible as RCP is not doing their job. Go with another management company! Trust me on this one.

I have had the pleasure of working with The RCP staff at Knob Hill and have been very impressed. As a homeowner who had issues at my condo a year and a half ago, Jackie was there every day and promised me things would be taken care of, and they were. She and her staff are working harder than most people I know during this Covid pandemic, even at the risk of their own health. As a new board member I get to see first hand just how many things they have to tAke care of on a daily basis. They are amazing!!

Worst company. Unresponsive and very arrogant. I am sure they do unfair ways to get the property management from the boards of directors.
They don t serve the community and every year the bill goes sky high.
Get rid of this company and don t hire.

Svetlana is the best thing that has happened to Elements. She has embraced the community as if she lives here and cares more about the community than many of the residents. She gives 110% effort in everything she does. Projects that have lingered for years are now completed due to her diligence and hard work.
Not only does she excel as our property manager, but she also has assisted the social committee in making sure their events are successful.

During these trying times when everyone is working remotely and it s hard to connect , RCP has been very helpful while I m dealing with the manalapan zoning board to get a deck approved. Both Jackie and Ediza have gone above and beyond!

We have used RCP for 18 years and have been extremely happy with their performance. Our property manager is excellent and very well trained. Out equity value and resales are very high based on the performance of our property manager. RCP also offers excellent corporate support and is available as needed. Highly recommend

From 17 Jackson avenue - I had called the Montgomery hills association regarding installing patio. Sandra was very helpful and prompt in providing the information. Only concern is that we need to have one application that contains all the information required and we need to try to make it as simple as possible.

Our HOA representative has been with us for a number of years.
During that time she has proven herself to be invaluable to our community.
She is professional in all matters.
We have all found her work to be very thorough, knowledgeable, reliable, accommodating, organized and transparent.

I have lived in a community run by a management company before and RCP management is horrific! The people they hire are rude, condescending, and do not care at all about your concerns. They do not get back to you through emails and have only one go to person to address all your issues. You ask them questions about policies/procedures and they refer you back to one person who is someone you don t want to deal with. When you call corporate office they email the very same person who you dread dealing with because of her hateful attitude. I made a HUGE mistake buying into this poorly run down community. Awful!!!!

We have been working with RCP Mgmt for many years. Throughout, they have always been very professional and very responsive to our questions and our needs. I recommend them highly to anyone looking for a property management company.

ZERO STARS. I fell outside the building and had a leak in my condo and they were not only unhelpful, but extremely rude. Hung up on my insurance adjuster. They do not care that I am living in an home without a floor or kitchen. Pains me to pay them monthly!

The service is poor but I always end up getting my issue resolved. You have no control if the board of directors in your community don't really understand the business and go along with everything the RCP manager tells them. Only the directors have access to the finances- makes you wonder. You need to dig deeper into this company -there is a lot below the surface and available to the public.

Having served as a member of The Elements Board of Trustees for nearly four years, I worked with several different property managers. Most, though not all, did a very good job. However, as a board member the rate of turnover was a significant concern. We currently have Svetlana, whom I am pleased to say is our best yet. In additon to being very competent, she continually displays levels of enthusiasm and pride I have not previously seen. It is clear that she enjoys working with us, a fact that is very important to me. I hope that she will stay with us for a long time.

I really enjoy working with the team at RCP, they are responsive and attentive to all our association needs. Katherine especially is easy to reach at any moment and works 7 days a week to deal with any issues. As a board member for our association I strongly recommend RCP to any potential client.

RCP management and more specifically our on site manager are easy to work with, and very responsive. Sandra makes our board competent and efficient with all her Dayton day management of our property!

This company has quickened its responsiveness and the quality of its communications recently thanks to the Addition of Katherine Henriques. I own 3 units in 3 different buildings and am partial to the other 2. I've found RCP to be less timely and more succinct (nearly terse) in their communications in the past. Recently there's been an improvement in this area. While the board holds the ultimate decision making authority on spending I'm seeing increased efforts recently in the areas of delayed maintenance/deferred upkeep (roof/balconies) which has adversely affected the resale/market value of units. The building's staff is adequate, although I would like to see them be more proactive and less interested in the personal affairs of residents and more hesitant to share that information with others (e.g., who is moving from what unit and when). I would like to see RCP offer unit owners (not just the board) advice on improving/maintaining the value of their units and advocate for bulk purchase of things like windows-screens /ac-heating, electrical outlet upgrades, CO-fire alarm detectors, etc., to save $ via volume purchasing. I would also like to see an improvement in the street side landscaping to be on par with the buildings in the nearby area. Also the curb in front of the building is in dire need of scraping/painting. They get the star for most improved.

Recently there has been confusion on their part in the accounting department. Their billing isn t the best (I find it confusing) so keep track of your payments and statements and look out for mystery charges. Credit balances disappear.

They ve improved from terrible to tolerable but keep your own records.

Low quality services. Will not support you if you're have a legitimate concern. Calls get bounced around. Questions are dodged. Horrible company. Reconsider buying if Rcp is the management company. Property manager lied several times. This was my experience. Check yelp, a lot of the same negative reviews. Rcp = really corrupt people.

Nina Chan has gone the "extra mile" with respect to what she has said "is simply doing her job"!!! Her responsiveness, and attention to details is quite rare these days, especially when dealing with accounting matters, and making sure everything is in order.

If more people "simply did their job" in the caring way Nina does, the world would be a much better place!!!

Jackie and staff are very pleasant to deal with. They respond to my concerns with expediency and in an efficient manner and understand when due to health reasons I may not be able to comply with, for example, screen repair due to roofing damage until it is medically safe for me to do so.
I have lived in Knob Hill since its inception in 1997 and am most pleased with this present management supervision.

there was always someone to call when i needed them, and often the problem-solver showed up in a short period of time. they cared about the property and genuinely helped me. No easy task given they are not the builder and things needed to be figured out.

My 5 star rating is attributed to our current property manager, Svetlana Malinsky. In her short time at the Elements, she has made an extraordinary difference in the services provided by RCP. Her motto,"if it's worth doing, it's worth doing well", exemplifies how much she cares about her work and serving our community. The quality of her work is outstanding, going above and beyond to exceed our expectations. We are so fortunate to have Svetlana as our Property Manager and she is one of reasons the Elements is such a great place to live.

My dealings with RCP have been positive. When I email Jackie, she always answers me and does her best to resolve any issues that I may have. The other 2 women in the office are very polite and helpful.

RCP has done a very good job for the Greenbriar Golf Course. Work is done on time and we have corrected earlier problems so that everything works smoothly now. Mariaellen Varelis has worked very well with us. She is wonderful and very competent. Sam Schneider has also done a good job for us.

I had difficulty obtaining a COI for a delivery to my condo. my property manager Katherine Henriques went over and above to make sure I was able to obtain this. Kudos to Katherine, she saved my day. I am grateful.

completely incompetent. We sold a unit there and we still receive notices for maintenance and late fees because they can't figure out we no longer own it. Closing documents were sent by our attorney the day of the closing. If you call them they are extremely rude and nasty IF they actually answer the phone.

As a Real Estate Agent, I have worked with Katherine Henriques of the Executive House in Hackensack from time to time. Katherine has shown to be very responsive, resourceful, and professional. When it's come to scheduling moves or any inquiries I've had regarding questions about the building or how I can service my clients, she's been helpful.

As a brand new homeowner at Station Square, I had a few HOA questions. I emailed our community manager Katherine Henriques and she replied in less than 5 minutes. She took care of the immediate issue, and later that same night provided answers to the rest of my questions along with all the necessary electronic documents. Katherine is very friendly and welcoming, and we are happy to have her as a manager and look forward to continuing to work with her!

RCP responds to negative reviews in a negative manner rather than trying to help resolve the issue in a human and positive outcome. That says it all.

The common ground behind my house was not being mowed so I emailed Russell Prinzi and the next day, the grass had been mowed. I really appreciate how quickly Russell responded to my question and resolved the issue.

I am a vendor of RCP Management and I have had the opportunity to work with a few of their managers. I have been in the condominium repair business for over 25 yrs providing Roofing, Siding, Masonry and many other general repairs, I have to say the managers I have worked with are well versed in the work we perform and are great with the homeowners too!

Finding the right on-site property manager is a lot like finding the right marriage partner. Sometimes it takes three or four divorces until the chemistry is right. After five or six tries in as many years here at Elements we've finally found our partner for life ... Svetlana. Too bad the 'alimony' experience up to this point meant a lot of aggravation, but Svetlana has the right stuff and our entire community has embraced her totally, and for many good reasons. So, three stars above is an average for the past six years ... current performance is outstanding.

Our building recently changed to RCP, and they ve been great to work with so far. Katherine Henriques is incredibly quick to respond to requests for information/documentation. What a breath of fresh air compared to our last property mgmt company!

One of the worst property management companies I have ever dealt with. My complex has had 2 different companies in the last 8 years. They bid low on the contract and then just don't deliver...the owner is fond of "bending the truth" to cover his mistakes and lack of professionalism. I know their employees are spread much to thin and not allowed to prosper. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this property management company that has an extremely shaky reputation.

Property Manager Svetlana Malinsky is an excellent property manager, who takes pride in all she does. Always receptive, ambitious and friendly, there is never a time when she isn't willing to not only help, but fulfill requests and answer any questions. Any community would be extremely fortunate to have her as a property manager, but we're thrilled that she's here.

The team, especially Katherine, have been consistently responsive to an array of topics. They are proactive, and prioritize and hold the interests of the community as if they too we residents of the community.

I have found Jackie, our manager, to be very responsive and resourceful. She has definitely improved the community not only in aesthetics but also in organizing events to bring us all together. I have lived here for 14 years and can attest that Jackie from RCP has made a huge difference.

I live in The Fairways at Knob Hill since 2006 and I really enjoy the community. It is well maintained, the grounds are kept really nice. I like that our collected money is used to better the community. I have had some experience with Mods, exterior repairs and such and have never had any issues. whenever I reach out to management I always get a reply back or callback. I think communication is key and not delaying things. I have been in contact with Jackie Boker who is the Property Manager for Knob Hill and I must say... Jackie always get back to me in a timely fashion and it shows that she cares about the community. Her work experience is helping the community become better and I'm thankful for that.

The absolute worst. Don't put yourself through this nightmare. Unresponsive, no follow up, lack of oversight, ignored complaints, ignored violations and an incompetent accounting department. The CEO did nothing to improve our Association's situation. We had 4 RCP property managers in 5 years. Their incompetence is reminiscent of a bad nightmare! Don't trust RCP to run your financial operations. Google Peter Berkley, It's unfortunate that RCP has current/former employees leave fake 5 star reviews on this Google forum...

Any RCP Management Company managers that I have worked with have been fantastic! As a vendor it is very important to have responsive managers, and RCP Management has some of the best! Our most recent project with Ashley at Indian Head North went great and she was a big help in having such a smooth process! Very professional, fair, responsive, and fun to work with!

Our property manager Svetlana is exceptional. She is always on the grounds checking on things to make sure all is in compliance.

We have been owners at The Brownstones at Port Imperial in Weehawken, NJ since 2004, and we are generally very happy with RCP Management Company. Katherine Henriques is a responsible and capable community manager who communicates promptly and clearly about all kinds of individual issues, big and small.

RCP Management is the maintenance company my HOA has contracted to maintain the common property. These company is charging an over inflated service fees for a small building of 24 units with zero amenities and are blocking the delivery of repairs for life threatening damages. Worst company ever....

poor management of condo community in Knob Hill Manalapan -- not responsive, mis-handling of new key distribution forcing buildings to get 2nd set of new keys within 1 month ( someone decided to give out one key that works all 9 doors of buildings 1-9), mishandling of pool badges that meant everyone had to go again to get them re-taken, feral cat issue not being addressed, hardwood floors being shown on for sale condos but hardwood floors are not allowed -- good luck to new owners when they find out the cost of replacing them with carpet.

I had a very positive response from Katherine Henriques at Executive House Condos this week.. There was an issue regarding trash/garbage rules not being followed and I reached out via email to report the issue and provided a picture. Within 2 days time Ms.Henriques had responded to my email advising me that the issue was immediately addressed and that they were working with staff to resolve future matters. I was completely satisfied with the timely response and the professionalism proved by Ms. Henriques. Its nice to have a property management company that actually cares.
