I have lived in a community run by a management company before and RCP management is horrific! The people they hire are rude, condescending, and do not care at all about your concerns. They do not get back to you through emails and have only one go to person to address all your issues. You ask them questions about policies/procedures and they refer you back to one person who is someone you don t want to deal with. When you call corporate office they email the very same person who you dread dealing with because of her hateful attitude. I made a HUGE mistake buying into this poorly run down community. Awful!!!!
