Finding the right on-site property manager is a lot like finding the right marriage partner. Sometimes it takes three or four divorces until the chemistry is right. After five or six tries in as many years here at Elements we've finally found our partner for life ... Svetlana. Too bad the 'alimony' experience up to this point meant a lot of aggravation, but Svetlana has the right stuff and our entire community has embraced her totally, and for many good reasons. So, three stars above is an average for the past six years ... current performance is outstanding.
