My experience with Nationwide has always been great. I started w/ Alex & now I ve been working a lot w/ Kristen/Kay. They make everything effortless and super easy! I recommend them to anyone!

I m very skeptical about most insurance companies, and when I was referred to Dorsey & Associates I had no reason to think differently about them either. However, after speaking to Steve, he came with a sense of purpose, he actually cared about my issues wants and needs, he went as far as to explain in detail the coverages provided compared to other companies and he tailored my policy to all my specific needs with the best prices available. I went from skepticism to appreciation. It was so refreshing to finally feel like my needs were important and not just a number or statistic. And what really got me was an unexpected phone call a few weeks later thanking me for my business and that he will always be available if I needed him...Now that s old school service and value.

I originally contacted Mr. Dorsey in the days leading up to my move to PA because of his online recommendations and location in my community. Once I was able to reach Mr. Dorsey, he was pleasant and patient while explaining the coverages and how they are different in PA. I did have some trouble making connection with his office originally (and later in receiving policy documents) but I assume this was only a hiccup of some type. In fact, Mr. Dorsey reached out to me personally with an explanation the same day that I left a review detailing my frustrations.
Because of this personal attention to customer service, I have amended this review to reflect my experience. I am happy to keep my business with Dorsey & Assoc.

As a consumer of all things, including car insurance LOL I found my experience with Kay, to be easy breezy. She was very helpful in gathering multiple possibilities and found the best match for my budget. She was patient when asking several questions she was thorough and providing me the best information possible on multiple Insurance Company. Not once did she make me feel like I was a burden. In an industry like this it does require patient so I'm so thankful that I finally got my insurance through her and Dorsey Associates.
