Terrible! I bought a condo in Belmar managed by RCP Management. The property manager who handles our building is the nastiest person I have ever dealt with. She either doesn't return calls and when she does acts as if I am bothering her by asking a question. Yet if you ask her where to get an answer she makes sure to tell you she is the property manager. She should act like one and treat the owners with respect. I would have never bought in the building if I knew the management would be so unresponsive and difficult to deal with.

Displays a level of fascism that is frankly unamerican. They will bend over backwards if you are in violation of one of their ever changing rules yet hard to get a hold of if you have a problem that needs to be addressed. Exorbitantly high fees as well. Avoid at all costs!

Our new management company, RCP,- has demonstrated a " Hands On" and immediate response to us residents, in terms of information and things affecting our community. Their representative, and Property Manager, Mr. Javier Deanta,- came out of the gate, so to speak,- very much interested in addressing matters that affect our residents, and our quality of life, safety, etc.,
I am anticipating his cooperation and involvement, in all things which will secure, and enhance our quality of life in our community. as a 22 year resident,- I am hopeful that our concerns will be heard and addressed, in a cooperative, and just fashion. Very pleased thus far, with his direct, and straightforward cooperation, and interest in serving our needs as owners and residents.

We have tried to get a light in a traffic dumpster fixed for months. After we had reported to RCP that the light was out, we were told by our RCP liaison that a contractor had been out to fix the light but that did not happen. We informed RCP that the light had not been fixed and were told that the contractor would be out to fix the issue weeks ago. Either they are incompetant and do not check on work that they have contracted our they are out and out liars. I'm not sure which is worse

My first introduction to RCP and Mary Faith was in the community I lived in for 20 years before moving to Elements. During those 20 years, Mary Faith's tenure as our property managed far exceeded any manager we had before or after her tenure. And we are once again fortunate to have another exceptional property manager here at Elements in Svetlana Malinsky. She is thoroughly dedicated to our community. She answers the phone when she is in the office. If she is out attending to something in the community she calls as soon as she returns. She is always available, effective and efficient in her job. Her follow up skills are impeccable. She is also our Social Director, and in that capacity has worked diligently to bring a number of activities to the community. We waited a long time for Svetlana and I hope she is here for a very long time. Thanks for all you do for us.

Svetlana is the epitome of a great manager. She is thorough, timely, and has a vested interest in the community she manages. I have met very few managers who are as diligent as she is! She is an asset to her community and to RCP!

The process of gaining approval for having a hot tub on our patio was simple, timely & fair and professional.

In my opinion, Svetlana Malinsky is the most dedicated property manager we have ever had from RCP in the seven years that I have lived here. She works very closely with the Common Grounds Committee of which I am a member and we are so appreciative and fortunate to have her. She is knowledgeable, responsive and communicates well with residents and vendors and follows through on all of our many requests in a very timely manner.

It has been a pleasure having Svetlana M. Our manager at the Element. She is hardworking and when there is a problem or a situation that need to be resolved Svetlana handle the issue right away. When ever I call the office she answer the phone or if I have to leave a message she return the call that day. Thank you Svetlana for being professional and dedicated to your position as our Manager. if i could give zero stars I would , the worst management company. i have written numerous complaints, none were answered. the manager that they hire is unqualified and the building is run poorly.
the residents are always spoken to rudely and the quality of services are horrible.

Svetlana Malinsky is an exceptional property manager. Anytime there is a concern she immediately addresses it and gets back to you with a remedy. I often see her out inspecting our landscaping and making sure everything is done properly. Our community has never looked so good and I am so thankful for all Svetlana and all she does to keep this community looking so beautiful.

Generally good management of important issues impacting the community

These ratings are given only for the period Svetlana Malinsky has been in the Property Manager Position We ve lived in Elements for more than 7 years and Svetlana is the only Property Manager that warrants such a high rating, in my opinion. Without exaggeration, I ve seen Svetlana out in the field doing her job more than I saw all the prior individuals combined that have been our Property Managers. She must be recognized in a meaningful way for all she has done. She has handled herself in a professional and respectful way in every contact I ve had with her. Things get done and she s confronted numerous challenges that confounded her predecessors.

Our community has had a good relationship with RCP over the years, and we've appreciated the time and effort that Katherine and Kristina have spent dealing with the day-to-day issues of managing the property and assisting us in planning for our long-term health.

I asked for a branch to be trimmed away from one of my windows and it was done. The tree trimmers actually trimmed back a lot of branches from all of my windows and removed 2 weed trees. As a result, I have move direct sunlight into my unit which I am enjoying. Great job!

It is a pleasure working with RCP Management. They make you feel like family and always make decisions based on the best interest of their clients.

The folks who manage this property are responsive, and professional especially Katherine. Any issue I had she is there to listen and guide me in the right direction. You need people like that to run a community like this. To keep it visually pleasing and safe. I would recommend anyone to join our community.

Our manager is outstanding. She is truly concerned about the homeowners well-being. She responds quickly to any issues and follow through. Her name is Svetlana Malinsky and we are lucky to have her.

The representative I spoke to, Nina Chan, was very efficient and helpful and friendly. She answered my question with a clear explanation and took care of the problem immediately.

I believe it is to the benefit of the owners for us to have standards for the development which are adhered to. My experience is that the RCP management team does this in a professional and responsive way. They give helpful advice on projects and try to find a way of being accommodating while still maintaining the essence of the restrictions.

RCP Management Company manages our community, but the real credit goes to our onsite property manager, whom they assigned to our community property. Jackie is personable, honest, stays focused and acts swiftly to maintain our community property. She keeps communication open and shows a presence to our community members.
Jackie has accomplished more here than previous managers in the past and her devotion to her responsibilities are being met with professionalism and concern for the people residing here.

Svetlana is the best property manager we ve had in the over four years my family has lived here. She is dedicated, efficient, responsive and thorough.
