I own a condo/townhouse. Once in a while there are issues and normally HOAs don't respond or not helpful. Katherine Henriques is the community manager at RCP for my development and whenever I need anything they are prompt efficient and respond. I even ask for mundane things and they provide it. Appreciate all their help despite COVID they are working and taking care of NJ
