The absolute worst. Don't put yourself through this nightmare. Unresponsive, no follow up, lack of oversight, ignored complaints, ignored violations and an incompetent accounting department. The CEO did nothing to improve our Association's situation. We had 4 RCP property managers in 5 years. Their incompetence is reminiscent of a bad nightmare!
