The service is poor but I always end up getting my issue resolved. You have no control if the board of directors in your community don't really understand the business and go along with everything the RCP manager tells them. Only the directors have access to the finances- makes you wonder. You need to dig deeper into this company -there is a lot below the surface and available to the public.
