I had a very positive response from Katherine Henriques at Executive House Condos this week.. There was an issue regarding trash/garbage rules not being followed and I reached out via email to report the issue and provided a picture. Within 2 days time Ms.Henriques had responded to my email advising me that the issue was immediately addressed and that they were working with staff to resolve future matters. I was completely satisfied with the timely response and the professionalism proved by Ms. Henriques. Its nice to have a property management company that actually cares.
