Having served as a member of The Elements Board of Trustees for nearly four years, I worked with several different property managers. Most, though not all, did a very good job. However, as a board member the rate of turnover was a significant concern. We currently have Svetlana, whom I am pleased to say is our best yet. In additon to being very competent, she continually displays levels of enthusiasm and pride I have not previously seen. It is clear that she enjoys working with us, a fact that is very important to me. I hope that she will stay with us for a long time.
