Jackie and staff are very pleasant to deal with. They respond to my concerns with expediency and in an efficient manner and understand when due to health reasons I may not be able to comply with, for example, screen repair due to roofing damage until it is medically safe for me to do so.
I have lived in Knob Hill since its inception in 1997 and am most pleased with this present management supervision.
