A wonderfully situated hotel in the heart of Berlin

Very comfortable. Friendly staff Beautiful views from their rooms. Excellent location.

The rooms are getting old ... in the bathroom there are corners for example the towel holder or the toilet paper holder that are totally dirty. After asking the reception to clean it, nothing happened. The staff bar and breakfast is very courteous and friendly the breakfast plentiful and well organized.

I made a visit to Berlin specifically to stay in this hotel and I was not disappointed. The entire lobby from top to bottom is a marine aquarium. It is so big it has an elevator in the middle. We asked for a inward facing room and we looked out from our balcony for hours and hours. The rooms were clean and modern and the staff were all very professional. We didn't eat in the restaurant as there were many bakerys and restaurants close by to try.
The swimming pool was also very nice with a high powered pump so you could swim against it.

Have a nice big aquarium. Hotel room is abit too warm and doesn't feel like a 5 star hotel

One could have informed us that currently the aquarium is not operated, that was the reason the hotel had to take. Instead, we were fooled that it belonged to the SeaLife. But if you advertise with it you should also answer for that. Ambiance was ok but at most 3 stars. Finding staff who spoke German or even English was a challenge. 2 nights for 430 in the superior room therefore significantly overpriced. Never again!

Room was quite dated with mold, marks on wall and yellow lamp shades. Nothing exceptional for European hotel but not worth the price.

Ideally located next to Alexander Platz and 2 'from the Cathedral and 5' from the Museum Island .... What more could you ask for! The Brandenburg Gate is 30 'walk which allows to cross the center pleasantly. The room is clean and the breakfast offers plenty of choice. So not 5 stars? A small smell in the bathroom that denotes aging equipment. But nothing serious

Great location next to the Spree River where there's a river cruise station. Some tourist attractions are literally within walking distance from this hotel, for example the museumsinsel Berlin and the Berlin Dom. Great service and check-in process, and of course, the giant fish tank makes the lobby one of the best hotel lobbies in the world.

The lobby area is cozy. Staff responsive. The million-liter aquarium in the hotel lobby is spectacular! You can see it even better inside the pool by buying a ticket to Aguadom & Sealife. Hotel rooms basic good, but by no means special. We had a balcony overlooking the Spree River and the Berlin Cathedral - great views. Breakfast basic ok, not special. Hotel location really good. A taxi to Tegel cost about 25 .

Nobody is uncomfortable at home, even unable to change a name on a bill, how should I do that ?? not at all disappointed competent I will not come back

Very high standard. Only been present for a meeting. So no idea what the rooms are like. Nice and courteous service staff!

Beautiful and marvellous aquarium. Awesome experience.

The hotel is in a great location, clean and quiet (very good windows!) Equipped with a small spa which has everything.
Also the aquarium in the lobby is worth mentioning, however the elevator which is in the middle is not for the hotel guests, but for the visitors of the Sealife which is right next door.

Great central location, near the Riverside and shopping district. Walking distance to most of the key tourist areas.

Unfortunately, I can ever rate the aquarium and that's great and worth seeing. Unfortunately, there was a lot going on so we had to wait longer but it was worth it.

Radisson Hotel great location, the view from the room is beautiful, facing the square.

Great room, friendly service, an amazing breakfast, a multi story fish tank (that's stunning), and my only complaint is I didn't stay here longer. Fantastic experience. Highly recommended.

Hotel and location are great. Reception as well as the advice are good. The hotel bar is staffed only with very few staff who do something. 5 minutes waiting to be served, I think too long (considering that very few guests were there). The offer and the quality at the bar would be consistent, only the service does not fit in the hotel.

The massive fish tank in the center is such a pretty thing. Biggest gripe is that housekeeps decides to knock on your door every 5 minutes even IF you have the "Do not Disturb" sign on the door

Beautiful interiors and friendly service. Aquarium with lift above the bar is breathtaking.

Every time I go to Berlin, I stay in this hotel. It in a prime location near the Museumsinsel (on the river spree) and Alexanderplatz. Public transportation is very near: U-Bahn, Tram (Lines M5 and M6), BUS (100, 200, TXL) and more. During my saty it was a bit crowded and the hotel was fully booked alongside some conferences and lots of tourists from around the world.
You can use the new "Radison App" to chat with the hotel, and ask for early check-in or late check out etc.
Using the App, Is a very good way to ask for things like an extra pillow, some tea, sugar, plates, more shampoo etc.. usualy they send someone within an hour, some cases less than 10 minutes (!).
The service of the staff is always the best from my experience, and most of them speaks very good English. You have many services given by the hotel, including Laundry, Sauna, Concierge, Grab and Run, Free Wifi, 60 Channels on LED HD TV, safe deposits box and many many other.
The breakfast is ecxellent! the varity is huge!
The prices are ranging from 100 Euros to 500 Euros a night and even more, you should know that there is also Berlin City Tax (about 10-15 Euros per night per room).
The main attraction is the huge aquarium as a part of "Sea Life", can bee seen when entering the hotel lobby and the galss lifts.
No wonder why I keep make reservation everytime I think it is a good value for money, but sure it isn't come cheap!

A huge aquarium laughs at the reception of the blowout. It is quite shocking. The atmosphere is modern and clean, and the location is convenient and I think it is a good hotel.

The best breakfast for a long time. Great rooms and an impressive lobby.

Rooms are designed well. Beds are comfortable. Location is good; there's a lot to do around there. The room has a view of the aquarium, which is really nice.

Had over mydays a spa voucher. The spa is great for hotel guests, but not as a spa for non-hotel guests

Clean, modern hotel. The rooms are clean. Great breakfast buffet. The waiters are very quiet, you can barely clear them. Unique aquarium in the middle of the foyer. Many elevators. Good location right in Berlin at the TV tower. Have booked a parking space in the garage.

We were guests at radission blu from 15.2 to 17.2.
Super friendly welcome at the front desk and very helpful.
The page was very, very friendly and warm and explained everything great.
You felt very comfortable.
The highlight is of course the aquarium in the lobby.
Room very clean with a beautiful view of the cathedral.
The breakfast was very fine, very varied, fresh organic juice smoothie eggs, scrambled eggs warm.
So according to us, keep it up.
But I already have a few points.
When bathing a lot of the view of the fittings and the shower head.
The fittings worked optically but had a few cleanings behind them.
The shower head was chalky troz lay down with the chalky side up it was not cleaned.
My wife had not removed her make-up correctly and left residues of the make-up on the pillow.
But that was not changed when cleaning.
The garbage can wasn't emptied either, although it wasn't full either.
In the swimming pool / basin, the covers in the floor area had turned slightly brown.
It's just not so visually appealing.
But it wasn't dirty
But these points are really complaints or suggestions on a high level.
Would love to spend time in the hotel anytime and longer.
I really recommend it.

Fantastic place, great hotel, there are family rooms where parents will register with three children; phenomenal location on the Spree next to the TV tower, in the season a lot of cafes and street artists. Restaurant and especially breakfast very good. A drawback is access to the aquarium from an external point and not directly from the hotel. The sight of divers feeding fish and cleaning the aquarium is one of a kind

Air conditioning too loud for the night, but can be switched off.
Otherwise standard.
The view from my room was very good.

The rooms are very old; Traces of nail polish throughout the room, broken tiles, completely rusty bathtub faucet, discolored carpet, discolored lamps, etc.
just a shame, looks relatively grubby.

Breakfast is great and also incredibly productive, there is everything your heart desires.

The location is also great, a 10-minute walk to Alexanderplatz. Bus stop 2 minutes on foot. Various locations around the hotel.

It was more often, dreamlike to stay in the Radisson. Whether the welcome or the service at breakfast, the staff at the Radisson is always more than accommodating. The room was clean and the only thing to do was to put the towels on the floor, which had to be changed, was very eco friendly. We would go back.

Nice view from my hotel room of the cathedral, the city, the S Bahn, the street, the ships. Experiences for big city fans.

Very central and great connections.
The interior of the hotel is convincing.

Unfortunately, I met an unfriendly employee in the hotel.
Questions should be considered before asking them. I knew that later. I didn't feel at home, just tolerated as if I had broken something.

My conclusion.
It should be considered beforehand whether a spontaneous visit to the hotel is appropriate.

Absolutely great. Radisson Blu in Berlin is a fantastic hotel with everything what you might need. Professional staff, tasty breakfast, very tidy room and stunning view on aquarium. Lift could be better - I had to wait even few minutes but I believe it was only temporary malfunction. I strongly recommend this place.

Fantastic centerpiece of the hotel is the Enormous fish tank! The breakfast is really good and the hotel rooms and the service is also really good, my first choice of hotel when visiting Berlin. Also really good location close to a lot of tourist attractions and museums.

Had booked this hotel mainly because of the aquarium. Coincidentally, I have read in a review that this is covered. Neither in my booking confirmation nor on my note "please room with a view of the aquarium" was pointed out. Only after telephone demand in the hotel I found out that the aquarium until December is renovated. I have reposted!

It was a beautiful hotel, no complaints about the space, cleanliness or anything. Plus you HAVE to mention the stunning aquarium!!! I could have sat in the lobby staring at it all day.

Very nice hotel on the museum island. Top room, very nice and competent staff. Very good breakfast buffet and very good room service.

Lovely hotel... clean and tidy situated centrally in Berlin! Absolutely massive fish tank in the middle.of the hotel which is a must see! I didn't have breakfast here but I'm sure it would have been lovely! Hotel has a very small pool, sauna and Jacuzzi. Fyi - you have to go completely naked in the Saunas otherwise the German will make complaints!

Unfortunately, rooms are a bit shabby and there are no sockets next to the bed. For the price you could expect more. I find the staff very friendly, especially the early shift was very nice and had to happen. Greetings to the nice blonde lady with the Berlin shower. Breakfast well organized enough available. We also found the dinner to be very good.

Was welcomed on arrival and helped me check in despite my basic German skills. When I mentioned this was my first time in Berlin, I was presented with a city map and the lady checking me in highlighted some popular tourist attractions. The hotel itself was well presented and clear and has a dramatic fish tank above the bar. The room was clean and modern and the bathroom was spacious. The bedroom was very cosy, there was a good range of TV channels on offer and the WiFi was free and handled anything I asked it to do. The breakfast was pricey however there was a full range of hot and cold food on offer and it was delicious.

The hotel is well positioned for exploring Berlin. Rooms were spacious and well equipped. Fantastic breakfast buffet. It was a shame an elevator ride through the foyer aquarium wasn't included - but guests need to buy a ticket from the SeaLife centre next door for this.

Breathtakingly beautiful hotel, with a huge aquarium, pleasant staff, very hygienic standards, well-kept furnishings, great view from the room of the cathedral, very central location, top offers with pool / fitness and much more. The food is also highly recommended there. Prices correspond to the services!

Close to everything. Very clean. Nice sized swimming pool. I loved it. Only one thing I don't like was the useless 20 dollar aquarium.

A wonderful hotel! Great location (central & at the same time quiet on the Spree). The rooms and the food are outstanding. And the service is incomparable. It is no problem at 12 o'clock to ask for ice cubes or tea. Even if the wait takes a little longer, is by the nice service, immediately forgiven. Highly recommended and earned

I love this hotel. And will return for sure. The hotel s staff, I mean all of the staff, from the luggage service attendant, the receptionists, the bar staff, the breakfast service staff, the business conference manager, the room service staff, and the concierge - every single person that works at this hotel was absolutely delightfully kind, welcoming and courteous. It was clear to perceive that the people that work in this hotel are happy to work here.
This is the first hotel I ve experienced where everyone that works there seemed so content being at work and extended a warm greeting to the hotel guests no matter if the guest was a business executive regular or a tourist.
The spectacular aquarium was so well maintained and the livestock looked vibrantly full of life.
My room was on the 2nd floor overlooking the aquarium, it was so awesome!!! The receptionist did recommend a room on the 4the floor for having the best view of the aquarium, which I will take on my next visit for an upgrade charge of 40 .
The breakfast buffet was incredibly scrumptious with a huge selection of everything your mind can ever think of having for breakfast.

This has got to be one of the best hotels I ve stayed at in Germany !!!

Nice, clean and modern rooms. Our room in 6th floor had a great viev to Alexander plats and river. Lobby bar has a great selection of drinks. Friendly staff !

On same block there is nice Italian restaurant called as Trattoria Peretti. Couple of blocks from hotel, there is super great beef restaurant called as Brooklyn.

Excellent hotel, good service, I especially want to mention the Russian-speaking receptionist, very courteous and attentive. Next visit to Berlin will definitely stay here!

I really liked the location, very convenient for sightseeing (Berliner Dom, Brandenburg Gate, Museum Island, Unter den Linden Street, etc). A very good hotel with modern design. A large AguaDom(aquarium)in the centre of the lobby attracts you attention at the first sight and creates unusual atmosphere. Among the pluses of the hotel I can admit tasty (but pricely) breakfasts, free wi-fi, indoor pool, fitness centre, nice view from the window and friendly staff.

Good value, great location, but a bit disorganised. Housekeeping woke me up before 9am on a Sunday, the day I was checking out. Wifi was also slow and unreliable. Otherwise, the room and bathroom were in good condition and clean.

A hotel that definitely leaves an impression when entering the lobby. Overall, everything is very clean. The only point of criticism is that the interior of the room could get a bit more attention (shower head holder was very loose and chromium partly burst, several cabinet doors hung clearly after they were opened).

Stylish hotel city hotel close to the aquarium. Well known for its own aquarium in the atrium. Good location impressive entrance but they could increase the staff on duty in the bar, one guy was not enough.
