I wish I could put NO Stars for this review. This companies products are a complete rip-off. NEVER buy their product. Once you get it home it works like once. When you try and get support the products are obsolete and no longer supported.
Don't let anyone you know buy their product which include Circuit products!!

I don't think this company knows the meaning of customer service. I have called multiple times only to be placed on hold for hours and never speak with anyone. I have left multiple emails just to get a generic response back. Machine stopped working after 1 month, when you power machine up it's a solid red light and computer says no device found. I just used the machine the other day and it worked fine. This is really disappointing, I spent alot on this machine and can't get anyone to help me

May and today I spent 2 hours chatting with a rep and still didn t get anything resolved. I am really considering moving over to Brother or Silhouette.

This review works about as well as the help line.NOT. I spent 5.5 hours on the chat was disconnect 2x.I have 68 cartridges that need linked. No one would help. Supervisor KILEE told me to send receipts. I have original cricut. I am outraged and,was made to feel like I bought them off the black market. Really who has receipts. I would not recommend at all AND THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING TO EMAILS!! Was told by supervisor there is no one else to speak to. I would think long and hard! If this is their best practice an customer service.

My review is not for my cricut. It s regarding the customer service I ve been trying to get for my easy press 2. I have spent three days and roughly 3 1/2 hours on hold with both the phone and the chat trying to get an answer about an E3 code on my easy press. I received a computer generated email saying they no longer do support on through email. I replied to it in the appropriate area asking what to do. I have spent 40 minutes, 50 minutes, and 30 minutes three days in a row on their phone without anyone acknowledging that I m even out here. No replies like you re number four in the queue, it s a 20 minute wait , nothing. I had the same response from the chat room when I signed in each day...I got absolutely nothing acknowledging me. I guess reporting to the Better Business Bureau is my next step.

I live in Brazil and they come to our mega craft fair once a year, when we talk to them or attend the lectures it is evident the passion that each one has to work in this company.

The return policy is flawed, the sticker paper ruined my printer, I am sure its great if you are doing their projects for $5 a pop but a useless piece of equipment for custom stickers. I am out @ $700 and all I have is a really expensive paper weight.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever received. Spent so much money on becoming a cricut lover and wasted too much time and money on poor customer service for them to only charge my card monthly for things I didn t purchase and burn a hole in my pocket. 0/10 recommend this business. If you want a vinyl cutter, go somewhere with better customer service and better prices because this company IS NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY OR TIME!

I ordered a product from this company and was told that there would be a 2 week delay. It has been nearly 3 weeks and I've gotten zero updates on the status of my order. The money was taken from my account almost instantly. I contacted them by phone, but was basically told to wait longer (although the person I spoke with was sweet and told me what they could find). I don't mind the delay, what I DO mind is that they are happy to take my money but not update me on my product. Tell me to wait longer, that doesn't matter. Communication and customer service is what matters, and this company lacks this in a serious way.

Edit: It has now been 3 1/2 weeks since the order was made and I have yet to hear anything from the company. Since the warranty states that it is from the purchase date and not the shipping date, I will not be getting the full warranty. Not only am I having to wait without any updates on my product, but I'm losing time in my warranty period. This is unethical. Again, absolutely zero updates through several means of communication on my part.

In my opinion, Deceptive advertising, poor customer service, refusal to issue refunds. Buyer Beware! Cricut would rather rip you off for $30 than help a customer that has spent hundred, or thousands of dollars on machines, cartridges, etc.

I m sadden that a Company of this Respect lies to there customers. I won a contest with a Facebook group with Lorrie and back on September 27, 2019 Cricut sent me an email saying they would ship my prize box. We are now on October 18, 2019 no box no email. When I contacted Lorrie she said someone by the name of Lauren had emailed me twice. Which is a lie I always get my emails. This is the first time in 10 years I never get a suppose email. I was going to order more product but have decline to do so because they can t ship a basic item not going to risk ordering something and not getting it.

I was maki g a ton of ornaments and I recently purchased permanent vinyl to do so. Meanwhile my cousin had ordered som off brand of permanent vinyl from Amazon , for me to use until I got mine. Needless to say it was completely horrible. So then my sister gives some Oracal 651. It was doing the job. Finally... I get my cricut permanent vinyl. I print a whole page so I can get started. Everything I printed was ruined. It would not weed correctly. I'm so bummed that I wasted my money. I thought it would be even better. Oracal was the best hands down. What can you do for me???

I have been on hold for 3.5 hours. I am trying to find out where my order is. When I ordered the website said up to 2 weeks for processing. I checked again and it now says 3 weeks. When you call there recording says 13 business days. That was yesterday. Still no shipping info. I subscribed to Cricut Access and my subscription will be up for renewal before I get my machine. I emailed earlier and got an automated response that they are not corresponding to emails at this time. I am really unhappy. I ordered it from Cricut directly thinking that I would get better customer service. Guess that was a HUGE mistake. Considering asking for a refund.

Good luck getting ANYONE to answer a phone here! Absolutely ridiculous! Poor customer service. I would never buy a big item from them simply based on the fact that if you have a problem you'll have to drive down to their physical location to get it solved! I only gave them 1 star so that I could post this, they don't even deserve that.

The worst company ever!!! If there were a way to give negative stars I would. I have spent more hours on hold than I can remember, spoken to at least 4 representatives (after being hung up on by many other individuals without speaking to them) all of who have not been able to get my replacement machine sent out. I have been 4 months without a machine because of an internal power issue, the initial representative put in a machine color that isn t in stock after we established a color that was in stock so that I wouldn t have to wait. I ve had my ticket closed out twice without a replacement machine being sent. When asking to speak to someone higher up being told to email the account on the contact page, in which I m still waiting for a reply from June. I would not recommend, spend your somewhere you are valued!!! Buying with Cricut is the biggest regret in crafting.

I understand that their busy and there is a Pandemic but when you send me 4 shipments and I still do NOT receive everything I ordered and then tell me I received it all Its unreal. After many attempts to connect my Cricut Expression 2 to my work computer, MAC and desktop, I am at my wits end. My husband and I spent over 4 hours on chat with 3 different people and the problem is still not resolved. The reason for 3 techs is on their end....each of them could not answer our issue and just left the chat conversations. Very frustrating....I really with someone would contact me and help me set this thing up. It appears to be a great product but I would love to expand my options to my computer. Really disappointed in their customer service. It's actually lack of customer service.

the product is absolute trash now, the program does not function properly, it constantly does not recognize user names, does not open or load projects, deletes or does not save projects among many other issues. the customer service people are overly nice for the lack of problems they actually fix. it seems like they are more there to just listen to people complain. I would not purchase this machine again and would return it if that was an option

I have had a horrible experience with cricut. I purchased a cricut cartridge for my mom, that was on a promotional sale. when I had not received even an email after 2 1/2 weeks stating that it had been shipped, I emailed cricut asking for an update and received no response. I then contacted them through their chat option. The first person that spoke with, told me that they had given me a digital copy of the cartridge (as of today), and I could access the cartridge that way. I told that this was not acceptable as I had purposefully purchased a physical cartridge and my mother would not be able to use the digital version. I informed him that I either needed the cartridge that I purchased or a refund. He said thank you and disconnected the call. I called back to chat with a different representative. This one said that she would give me a credit for the purchase price and I could wait until it went on sale again to purchase this cartridge. I was very diligent in making sure that this was not listed as a digital cartridge when I ordered it, and am not going to wait to re-purchase the item so that they could do the same thing. She did eventually agree to process a refund, however, I have been very disillusioned with this compay and will not purchase from them again.

I would never buy anything from them. They don't even have a customer service line. The mailboxes are always "full" and have been for over a month. They have old warehouse numbers listed as active numbers that just ring and ring. The 5 star ratings are from their employees. Look at the other ratings to see the real Provo Craft. This company is poorly managed.
