I ordered a product from this company and was told...

I ordered a product from this company and was told that there would be a 2 week delay. It has been nearly 3 weeks and I've gotten zero updates on the status of my order. The money was taken from my account almost instantly. I contacted them by phone, but was basically told to wait longer (although the person I spoke with was sweet and told me what they could find). I don't mind the delay, what I DO mind is that they are happy to take my money but not update me on my product. Tell me to wait longer, that doesn't matter. Communication and customer service is what matters, and this company lacks this in a serious way.

Edit: It has now been 3 1/2 weeks since the order was made and I have yet to hear anything from the company. Since the warranty states that it is from the purchase date and not the shipping date, I will not be getting the full warranty. Not only am I having to wait without any updates on my product, but I'm losing time in my warranty period. This is unethical. Again, absolutely zero updates through several means of communication on my part.
