A BIG thumbs down on customer service. I purchased a Cricut Maker (in box) at an auction. Brought it home and it doesn't work. After calling and having a very long conversation and wait time. Their only answer for me was that they would give me 10% off a new machine and free shipping. WOW what a way to NOT stand by your product.VERY disappointed.
