I have been on hold for 3.5 hours. I am trying to find out where my order is. When I ordered the website said up to 2 weeks for processing. I checked again and it now says 3 weeks. When you call there recording says 13 business days. That was yesterday. Still no shipping info. I subscribed to Cricut Access and my subscription will be up for renewal before I get my machine. I emailed earlier and got an automated response that they are not corresponding to emails at this time. I am really unhappy. I ordered it from Cricut directly thinking that I would get better customer service. Guess that was a HUGE mistake. Considering asking for a refund.
