My review is not for my cricut. It s regarding the customer service I ve been trying to get for my easy press 2. I have spent three days and roughly 3 1/2 hours on hold with both the phone and the chat trying to get an answer about an E3 code on my easy press. I received a computer generated email saying they no longer do support on through email. I replied to it in the appropriate area asking what to do. I have spent 40 minutes, 50 minutes, and 30 minutes three days in a row on their phone without anyone acknowledging that I m even out here. No replies like you re number four in the queue, it s a 20 minute wait , nothing. I had the same response from the chat room when I signed in each day...I got absolutely nothing acknowledging me. I guess reporting to the Better Business Bureau is my next step.
