If I could give it zero stars I would. TERRIBLE customer service. I placed an order in April 2020 and still have not recieved my full order and it is June 2020. It is UNREAL. I understand that their busy and there is a Pandemic but when you send me 4 shipments and I still do NOT receive everything I ordered and then tell me I received it all Its unreal. I will NEVER order from cricut again NEVER. Their customer service number is not even ringing I dont understand it. I cannot believe it.
