After many attempts to connect my Cricut Expressio...

After many attempts to connect my Cricut Expression 2 to my work computer, MAC and desktop, I am at my wits end. My husband and I spent over 4 hours on chat with 3 different people and the problem is still not resolved. The reason for 3 techs is on their end....each of them could not answer our issue and just left the chat conversations. Very frustrating....I really with someone would contact me and help me set this thing up. It appears to be a great product but I would love to expand my options to my computer. Really disappointed in their customer service. It's actually lack of customer service.
