The actual routine service work is usually pretty good although last year, the maintenance was a little sloppy. We still bring our car for service because our service rep, Luke is really on the ball and took action to resolve our minor complaint.
Everytime we go for routine maintenance- Luke takes care of us- extremely helpful, professional, courteous and goes above and beyond to ensure our needs are met. We really appreciate the friendly staff and helpful customer service.
